Tony is a great guy and really helped me out with my service. Very personable and great customer service. He is very willing to offer suggestions and share his knowledge.

Opened late, without any signage or google update that they do now on Saturdays. And even then when it WAS time for them to open up, not a soul in sight. I would have known this had they bothered to call customers back when I asked if they needed to schedule appointments. Not very professional. Now Im more annoyed about this because I showed up first but didnt park in the apparent line area they had so two are going are in front of me. Despite this, I did end changing my review to 4 because they got through those people quickly and finished my car in 20 minutes, so at least their efficient.

2 stars for offering convenient drive-thru service. -3 stars because the staff was so rude I didn’t end up staying to have car serviced. This used to be my go-to place every time I needed my fluids topped and changed, but unfortunately it has changed. Staff was unprofessional and not helpful, whereas they used to be pleasant and welcoming. Looking to spend my money where I feel my business is appreciated.

They lie about not taking Groupon, claim they will give you a free oil change to keep your business, then take the Groupon number to get their money. He is rude, inconsiderate, and yelled/spoke over me the whole time. Didnt provide a receipt. Will NEVER go again. If you have an issue with Groupon, dont offer Groupon.

The two guys were friendly enough, but definitely doesnt seem on the up and up. They did the work, but kept saying the internet didnt work there so they wouldnt be able to accept a debit/credit card. So, I had to go get cash to pay for the service. In the future, Ill go elsewhere.

Something not right with this two guys specially the bigger man is like the boss and I dont understand why it keeps saying internet down, only cashafter that oil change my car is not running good. I dont know if the oil filter change because I heard the guy is having hard time to get it out. I told him his the onedid it last time. The bigger man telling me story about he work over 100 hours and his boss just pay him over $200. I told him just keep the change.

This place is awesome, came in needing a oil change and was able to get synthetic oil change cheaper then anywhere else in town. the service was quick but done correctly with good quality. Chris was my service provider very polite and helpful with any questions I had and super laid back will definitely be returning. 5 stars forsure!

I have had nothing but problems since the new owner has taking over and changed the technicians, I have to watch over them to make sure that they do everything that is being paid for, they can never find the correct air filter for my truck because its always listed under a different number, had to tell them to check the air in my tires and top off fluids,when I paid $49 for full service, come to find out when I get home the wiper fluid was not filled, it was dry, Plus the technicians were Very lackadaisical, Waited 20 minutes for one car in front of me to get done then another 20 minutes before mine was done, If you notice the newer comments with one stars are from 3 months or less ago and the 5 stars were older comments

My son had a Full Service Oil Change done there and not one fluid was filled up. I checked my car since I had one last week and also nothing was topped off. Will never return. Such a shame because the owner is a really good Christian person. Im shocked he just lets these idiots run the place without supervision.

These guys go above and beyond for there customers satisfaction came in today for a oil change explained I had some metal rubbing sense I could hear it while driving, management said Say no more! he knew exactly what was causing it fixed it in 5 minutes while changing my oil didnt even charge me the best shop in southern Indiana and greater Louisville forsure!!

They drained the oil with out checking the level. Did not ask the year..... so hopefully I have the correct amount of oil and correct filter. Did not check the tire pressure or windshield wipers, so Im sure they didnt lube the chassis. No fluids were topped off. When I got home, there was oil all over my hood and on the top of the engine. The only positive was they were fast with no wait

This is a little off the beaten path now, but still just as good nonetheless. I had a Groupon for an oil change here. The worker was very familiar with Groupons and took care of everything very quickly. I appreciated his kindness and also to explain why I had to pay a bit extra even after I used my Groupon. My only complaint of this location and reason for 4 stars is the way the lot is set up. Its actually pretty difficult to make the turn to pull into the garage with a mid-sized SUV.

Not happy at all. Been taking my truck there for 5 yrs and always had good service. Took my 2013 Mazda 3 to them on 10/19/18 and service was deplorable. The tech actually put a DING in my passenger side door when he started the process with their equipment!!! Had to ask them to check air in my tires repeatedly. When he did actually get around to it. He dropped the caps to the stem behind my hub caps and lost 2 out of 4 in the process. Oil was all over the floor and thereby in my car as well. Not the service I expected. Will not be back.

Excellent service. Very nice, friendly, and helpful. Fast oil change and did not try to upsell me and I love that! I told them what I wanted and that is exactly what I got. I will be having all of my oil changes done here from now on.

Was the manager for a bit. Somethings could have been easily fixed or changed. My salary and commission were never upheld. Kody and Micah were the best things to happen to the manager, but were treated poorly. Every manager gets bad reviews so I dont take mine personal. With lack of working equipment,training, missing pay, employees abused or.injured it left a poor taste in my mouth. A good college job at best

If you thinking abt going to this place Don’t Ecspecially if you are a person of color.The owner is the most racist person in southern Indiana...everything about this shop is a lie and everything is broking and cheap.doors don’t work they tell everybody they use Pennzoil But use the cheapest bulk brand there is...the full synthetic is not really full synthetic.Over all the place is a BIG RIP OFF....they Never have my air filter or oil filter they always gotta order it....this place is a big waste of time trust me when I say don’t Ever Ever Ever Ever got ther you will be so disappointed

Been getting my oil changed here for years. Never had a problem

They changed the oil and filled my water up and that was it. Two new employees and one goes below, one with half his teeth missing stays on top (black). Dont know if the one below knows what the one on top does because everytime he yells the guy puts it back in. Yes he walked up to my car messed with his pants, I looked away like I was doing something else, he stood in front of my car pulling it through his boxers, went in the office and kept looking over and messing with it so each time I would have to look away. Was never so uncomfortable in my life. I had just told my friend to go here as she was going to get hers done after we showed a place and the next time I saw her I said dont ever go there. If a man would not have came and got out of his car I dont know what would have happened because this guy, everytime he got in front of my face would try again, even with this guy standing behind him. Ladies stay away. He didnt top off anything else and I didnt ask or ask for new wiper blades or check my tires, as I just wanted out. I gave a one because you have to and they did do the oil and give plain water for the wipers. This place is in front of Williamsburg Station or PNC Bank.... Again Ladies and young girls stay away.

I was the assistant store manager there for a couple of months. This was hands down the most dangerous and scandalous business I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure to work for. The owner has not paid me what I am owed. There are multiple safety issues. 6ins of a mix human feces, oil, and water with electrical wires running through it(Just to name one). The spring that holds up the bay door was broken for 3 weeks before it finally snapped again while above me causing a back injury. Who would of guessed for 3 weeks it sat there broken but you know what literally the next morning the owner paid to fix it. Now I am owed paychecks he refuses to give me. And stuck with hospital bills because the owner Phil seriously gave me a business card to use for insurance.
