Tried to get the new iPhone last minute and had a big mix up but had a worker named Jera D. stay open much past closing time to make sure I got the phone I needed! Never had an experience where two stores (Center and Milton) were so determined to help me fill my needs! Best phone experience by far.

BUYER BEWARE! Before you go into this store, you should know theres a chance you might meet a dissimulator named Alex P. (if youre looking at your receipt) or George (if you catch him in a lie). If you happen to find yourself being assisted by this individual, do yourself a favor and ask for someone else or walk right back out. Alex / George is not above telling outright fabrications to ensnare you.I went into the cricket wireless store on Milton Ave. to get a data only sim card. Georges first lie was that I was required to activate in store. Lie #2 was that an activation fee would be charged even if I were to purchase the data only sim card online. Lie #3 was another assurance that I would be charged an activation fee even if purchasing the data only sim card on the cricket wireless website.After I had completed checkout, I found out there was not an activation fee for activating online. Instead of acknowledging he had been caught in numerous lies, George insisted he provided me with the best information he had at the time. Lie #4 was told after I asked for a manager and George informed me there wasnt one present (despite cricket wireless phone support insisting a manager is required to be in store during business hours). Lie #5 most likely occurred when I asked his name. He said George but the receipt said I was assisted by an Alex P. Lie #6 came when George told me he was closing at 7:06 pm (despite the clearly posted closing time of 8 pm) after I told cricket wireless phone support I wasnt leaving the store until I got a refund or credit.This is the type of person that makes honorable salespeople embarrassed to tell others what they do. Alex / George may fancy himself a closer but theyre making up for a lack of knowledge, personality, and skill with deception and disinformation.Its utterly shocking that in the modern era we still have to deal with perfidious individuals working for companies that allow them to prevaricate with impunity. If you want to charge a convenience fee for purchasing a phone and / or sim card in the store rather than online, thats fine. But just be upfront about it! I think I speak for most of civilized society when I say wed appreciate the candor.EDIT: I would just like to note that the response was generated by someone at the corporate level not a manager or owner of the authorized reseller location on Milton Ave. Prior to writing this review, I spoke with cricket wireless phone support. They offered no assistance or support whatsoever. Not even a reprimand for the unscrupulous behavior on display at this location. So, I stand by my recommendation to never go to this place.

Due to constant problems with a guy named Alex, I refuse to do any business with that store on Milton Ave,and I almost ended up switching to a different company altogether,but luckily I went to the Cricket Wireless store on Center way Ave and a wonderful girl by the name of Angela helped me so many times,in so many ways,that she alone saved that company a customer! If this company cares for its customers at all, they need to get rid of that rude,useless guy Alex. I go across town just to avoid him!

Very disappointing.. If i could give 0 i would I was pretty happy to try out their service transferring from at that time metro pcs the agent destroyed our metro phones by trying to unlock them after it was stated if we brought a sim card that the phone would work my agent who wasnt aware who was fairly new called her boss who had her to continue to destroy my phone more a phone i brought for 300 to tell me that being that i only had paid for a sim activation and ect. That they could not help me i was giving two used phones and was told to come the next day being that our phone was destroyed i was livid to as the phone that was giving to me was not in plastic just thrown in a box when went to talk about the situation with a manager who had knowledge of the situation from the day prior he became hostile i would never recommend anyone there they are a scam when asked to take the sim cards back i was told no refund just imagine having a LG k150 and being giving a used alcatel like wth is a alcatel CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK AND WHAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A PLACEMENT PHONE UNTIL THE MORNING BECAME A PHONE THAT WAS BROUGHT FOR ALMOST 200 A USED SIMPLE FREE PHONE SCAM

I walked in the store and there were three guys just sitting there. No other customers. I asked for help and if are there any deals on the phone and he said yes we have lots of deals. Thats all the service I got. Wont be back.

Signed up for new service, its lousy. Moto phone which is adequate but this phone is free other places. Nobody else was open and my phone broke no insurance.Go to Boost at least there when you start new service you get a free phone

Not happy with cricket. The staff wasnt very knowledgeable at all. We get our new phones and find out after they have no wifi calling. Bring them home and we have no service in our basement (where we sleep) our old plan had service all over our house. So we then ask if we can unlock our used phones because they have wifi calling so at least we can make calls in basement. They say yes, so I use my old phone and still no wifi calling. I start researching online and learn you dont have wifi calling on an unlocked phone, per Cricket webite. So now we have to buy yet another phone from cricket that is inferior to our old phones but will have wifi calling so we can get some service in our home. We also have to pay $25.00 restock fees for each phone that has to be returned for not working. This service was supposed to help us save money. So far we have lost money and have crappy cell service. I will never recommend cricket, I am so disappointed.

Managment refuses to honor returns policiesI traded in my old phone and got a $350 store credit. I got a new phone on recomendation of the manager i also got a case amd other accessories using up my credit as best i could. Over the night and next day i was getting used to my phone and it froze up a few times and touch screen froze as well. Apps loading slow and umresponsive. So i read the receipt and return policy was printed right on the receipt it stated accessories sales final but at the bottom it listed my phone and its serial number and stated returnable within 7 days. So i thought great i will go exchange it for a different phone and pay any difderence in price. I boxed the phone back up and all cords and such. When i got to the store and explained what i wanted to do they immediatley shut me down and stated that this entire transaction was final and that any trade in transaction is final and that i CANNOT return or exchange my new phone for any reason even if its defective. I was shocked as i asked them to call the boss or owner of this reseller store and ask why they wont do this. They called and i got same response. I then called Cricket corporate amd they advised me the store must do an exchange as its a policy that even the reseller must follow as its a franchise wide policy. They still refused. So i left the store. Im now persuing remedy though the state and reporting this business. Funny thing is the company that is named on the receipt amd displayed in the store as owner of this reseller store is named as: Unlimited Wireless 1. There is NO record of this store as a registered business with the state of Wisconsin when u do a public search using the states business lookup tools. So im going to city hall layer to investigate. I wonder if its a sham company amd if they even pay the saleals taxes to the state they collect. Will update later when more info is found. Cricket corp open an investiagtion ticket for the policy issue.
