The store is always clean and very welcoming. I love the snack bar and the coffee. The sales girl is always attentive and very friendly. Shes always willing to help with any questions or issues I have. Heard about this store from a friend and am glad I came. Definitely beats the other stores in town by a loooooong mile. Will be returning.

Walked in and there was about 4 customers in store. Thought it would take me a while. But the girl quickly greeted me and took care of my bill payment while helping the other customers. I was in and out in about 5 minutes! Impressed and will return when im due for an upgrade!

Very clean well decorated store which has a very Halloween themed welcoming environment. Jasmine was a great help and fixed my problem and got me out of there in no time! Definitely the best one in the city.

Jasmine has excellent customer service my husband and i have had problems for more than a week and have visited two other boost locations here in Janesville, however Jasmine was the only one to take time to not only answer our questions but she was also able to get the problem fixed. I would recommend anyone who has boost mobile to come to the main st location for not only outstanding but friendly service as well.

We had some issues last week but the girl working had called and had her co-worker/manager (not really sure) to come and fix the problem she was very helpful and fast at solving the problem. It saved my day for sure I had her write her name down. So Tayla I would personally like to thank you on here for being so quick to come and assist with the problem and being so kind and understanding. People like you make companies great!

This is my favorite store especially when that pretty, real smart girl was working... I wish she was still working there. But I do highly recommend this location over all the rest.

I came in yesterday and the lady was very helpful and kind. I felt horrible that I had her trying every thing to make my phone work, but she never made me seem unwanted or annoying which was nice. Although I didn’t get a phone right then and there she offered me a great deal and I will be back soon to see her. I highly recommend this Boost Mobile.

I stopped in at the local Boost in my new hometown and Oscar was very helpful and informative. Not only did he explain about why Boost here does not sell the Cool Pad hotspot device, that it works on a different system. So together we figured out that I only needed to upgrade my plan from the $50/month to the $60/month plan. And we set it up. And discussed my going back to my old phone due to weight of the LG G6 compared to the LG Stylo 4.Keep up the great attitude and service Oscar. I will definitely be back.

I needed an upgraded phone as mine was over 1300 days old and barely worked! Tayla Hernandez helped me to pick out the right phone for me. It was very difficult to sinc my phones as mine was so old. She was amazing! So patient, she refused to give up even working on it a half hour after she was supposed to leave! Anyone else would have given up! She did a great job and was able to answer all of my questions - I had many! She needs a raise! This is the only Boost store I ever go to, everyone there is great but shes extra special!

Tayla sold us 2 galaxy a 20 phones for an awesome deal very impressed with our service sales lady very down to earth kept it real and honest from the start very sociable always a plus any questions we had she answered wrote down what info we needed thank you for the excellent customer service my hubby n I are psyched to use our new phones.

I say this place is beyond 5 stars especially when it comes to their customer service. I have delt with the other stores in town and they are ridiculously rude. When I came in to this particular location I assumed at first it would be the same go around, but it wasn’t the girl Tayla that was working helped me get my phone storage back up and transferred my stuff to my SD card. She even explained how to back up my stuff to my email. I was amazed with her knowledge and professionalism.

This is the best i have ever been treated at a phone store Tayla was so nice and she was very knowledgeable. Even when there was a bunch of people in the store she catered to everyone’s needs while keeping her cool (which is rare). I will recommend this store over any other in Janesville for sure!!!

Very fast with service and polite.

My mother - who doesnt know a ton about tech - went here. They tried to tell her she needed a new phone because her memory was full, rather than selling an expansion card or helping delete things. Thankfully she called me before buying. Best Buy set her up with a memory expansion for $15. Boost also blatantly lied about the cost of a first month with their service. Shady, shady practice, trying to take advantage of people who dont know any better.
