Staff was not tech savy and not familiar with samsung phones. They seemed more interested in selling expensive phones then in supporting current products. The forced switch to end 3g service also seems to be an excuse to throw up their hands and say I dont know, it doest work because you bought it from amazon... my phone worked just fine 2 days ago and it is LTE compatable. What is worse is that a quick google search on how to setup access point names resulted in my phone functioning again, something I guess I should have done first... instead of trusting the people in a store where they should know what they are doing. It is good to know where i should not go again.

We started having issues with our tv asking us to sign back in with our user id and pasaword. We would type our user id and pasaword in and it told us it was wrong. The people on the phone were not helpful at all. So today we decided to go into the AT&T store..... We dealt with the employee named Brandon and another employee named Tory also helped. They went above and beyond to help us with this issue and they were extremely patient.... It was such a wonderful experience deal with those 2..... THANK YOU a million times to those 2 for all the help!!! BRANDON AND TORY YOU ARE AMAZING!!

Switched to AT&T after having Sprint for years, and it was probably the best decision my family has made. The employees there were welcome to help us with any questions we had and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. SO much better than Sprint!!! Very satisfied overall

Went in to get my dads landline transferred to a cell phone and the rep who assisted us, Sam, was very helpful. The landline number transferred quickly and we left the store with his cell phone all set up with a SIM card and everything. Quick and easy. Thanks for the straight forward business, and not trying to sucker-us in to all the extra deals every place seems to try to push on you.

I wish I could give more than five stars. Last weekend, my family visited the Janesville AT&T store to switch our plan to them and get three new phones. We were helped by Zach. The store was busy all day and as customers flowed in and out, the staff did an amazing job at helping everyone with personalized service. We’re so happy Zach helped us because he redefined to us what it means to stop by our cellular provider and switch phones. Before, we would dread going to our old provider because it took forever and the staff was never able to answer our questions. Zach was knowledgeable and had a great personality. Even though the store was busy and the customer service phone line was completely blocked up for two hours, Zach maintained a positive attitude and even played Heads Up, the phone game, with us while we waited for customer service to pick up. You can’t always control the curveballs life throws at you, but you can control how you react to the situation. Thank you so much, Zach for handling our situation with care and tact and having a couple laughs along the way. We’re proud to say that we walked away with a new phone plan, three new phones, and a new best friend. Thank you!

Got my HBOMAX working.

I came to AT&T because I needed a new phone. I had been locked out of me cell and my original carrier didnt know how to help (I went to 5 different people!)Zach W. was patient and determined to help me and he did!!!He restored my old cell and was able to get me going again. I was not at all disappointed. He is brilliant.

I came to your store incredibly frustrated by the lack of service that I received from a third party representing AT&T at Sams club. After the initial sale and switch to AT&T nothing went right. out of desperation for answers and hopefully solutions. The minute I walked in Zack Holmes met me and as soon as I said I was having issues through Sams club he immediately reassured me that he would help me figure it out. I ended up in your store and hour past closing to get my five phones squared away. We cancelled everything from the other place and started over. I am spending 250-300 more at the store than I would have spent at Sams club but having the personalized service and follow through was worth it to me. I left there feeling so much better about things and am now excited to have finally made the switch after being with US cellular for almost 30 years. Zack made it happen and I will be coming back and discussing my WiFi as well as tv service with him.

Tori is awesYeah I did not write this review^^^^ obviously Tori went on my phone to leave this review as my girlfriend and I went to get lunch because the transferring of our old phones to new took close to 4 hrs...thanks for invading my privacy. I will never reccomend you guys to any since you dont respect peoples privacy and like to falsify reviews to make yourself look better.

Ive been having issues with this company for the whole term of my contract which has been 2 years. Ive talked to 6 different people on the phone and 4 or more in person at the location in Janesville Wisconsin, just to get left with no help or resolution. Apparently whoever set up my contact really messed up. They even have someone elses information with mine.

Ive been an AT&T customer for over 20 years and will not change. The store in Janesville has ALWAYS given great service. The associates are friendly, laid back and so helpful. Knowledgeable and not too pushy. Sharise was amazing today getting my new phone set up and me back in touch with the rest of the world again! Keep up the great work.

After several unsuccessful calls to at&t, I chose to go to a local store. Outside of the store I was immediately greeted by Zach W. In less than 10 minutes, he took care of my issues and offered additional information in reference to my account. GREAT service!

Took in a brand new phone, hadnt even opened the box yet. Completely unlocked phone. By the time i left, could only make phone calls. Had to take to a friend to get it set up correctly.So i ask, wheres the service in customer service.

Sam (the store manager) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, able to answer all of the questions I had. Logan (store associate) was also excellent and together their customer service was fabulous! I am leaving the AT&T store a very happy long time customer!

My mom and I came in to switch over to AT&T from another provider and buy new phones. We were helped right away by Brad and Blake. They were both so nice and beyond helpful! We had some trouble getting some account information from our old provider, and Brad just laughed about it with us and was extremely patient. They were both friendly, talkative and great. We’re glad we switched over at this location!

Nothing but bad service. Empty promises. Signed us up for a phone on an expired deal. Management said they would fix. Said watch for fix in two months. Never done. Followed up. Told they probably couldnt fix but never returned call. Sad! We will switch as soon as we can.

Purchased a galaxy fold from this store three days ago. Brought it back today for an even exchange due to the right side of the phone over heating after only about 15 minutes of use. I believe I was wrongfully charged a $55 restocking fee by this store. The phone was only three days old, still under warranty, and defected Therefore, how am I responsible for a restocking fee for a phone that was sold to me defected. I was not returning the phone because I didnt want it. I was exchanging it for the same phone because it was defected. I guess it policy according to them to charge me a restocking fee even though I was not responsible for the phone being defected.I wonder if this place will resale a defected phone being that I did pay for them to restock it.Being that I dont agree with this charge, and I disputed this unfair to the store, as well as AT&T customer service, I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company and retaining my funds.

Zack H. is the best! He always goes above and beyond customer service. Hes super friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Its super rare to talk to a salesperson who really listens and helps you.

Went in at 11:30 didnt leave till 5:30 .Setting up a business account was a joke .but the group for employees they had there were great. thomas and morgen were so funny along with the other guy that helped us out .they kept us entertained, they were a blast to hangout with .Thomas was awesome in making sure everything was taken care of.

No help whatsoever. Been having issues that need to be resolved. Customer service had me on the phone for 4 hours. Thought I would just go to the store and it would be easier. Spoke with Riley and he was helpful, told me he would get on the phone with me and help me out. I then had to go so told him I’d be back. Came back hours later and spoke to Logan. Sat alone for 10 min for him to tell me he can’t help me out because I didn’t have an ID and therefore he couldn’t do anything. He didn’t offer to get on the phone and help, just kind of shook me off. I regret switching over to At&t. The service is horrible.

Sam and Blake helped me the process of shopping, buying, setting up and transferring into a new Samsung Note! They were both extremely helpful patient and polite through the entire process. They streamlined the process. I highly recommend ATT to see them.
