Absolutely could not be happier with our pool!! Lifetime Enclosures made a dream come true for us and exceeded our expectations along the way! Professional and very communicative throughout the entire process. Lifetime Enclosures made our backyard a fun and entertaining place for our entire family!

We are at the finishing stages of our project and was informed that the siding inside or outside would not be painted to match the house and wasnt even given an option of at least white this Color is light brown and doesnt blend at all .Next we was just informed by the electrician that the extra outlet they where suppose to add will not happen. Next I found out they will install the light but we have to go buy the light . Every time we call they say the paint or the light was not included. Why would I pay over 20thousand dollars to paint it myself. If I was aware of this I would have never gone with this company make sure u get everything in writing if not it will not happen . They made a lot of promises that they didnt keep. So are you going fix my issues because the finished product looks tacky .

We just had our Patio Awning installed this weekend and we couldnt be happier, unfortunately because of the hardships of the Pandemic and the issues with the Cargo Ships backup in California it took almost 6 months from signing the paperwork to the installation.Jen and Glen were right there for us every step of the way to keep us up to date on whats going on with the progress and to push to get the work done as soon as possible!Brad Smith and his Assistant did a Fantastic job building our Patio Awning, its Beautiful, its high Quality materials and it was worth the wait.Thank You Lifetime Enclosures for a Job well done!Brian & Olga SmithAtlantic Beach

I love our new screened wrap around porch. This two man crew worked together efficiently and professionally. They wasted no time getting the job done timely. If it wasn’t for the rain the project would have been completed in 2 days instead of 3! Very pleased with Lifetime Enclosures and enjoying the new space every day.

I felt like it took forever (almost 7 months) but when we finally got our screen enclosure we were extremely pleased. Roger and helper did an excellent job on our footings. Steve and William did our screening and they were fantastic. The first thing they did was introduce themselves and explained what they were going to do as well as how long it was going to take. This started a good relationship and after that they were a pleasure. The work they did was done efficiently and expediently. They were polite and conducted themselves professionally. Steve answered all our questions thoroughly (and there were many) and with much patience.

Professional operation from start to finish. It was nice to have Lifetime come in and complete the screen enclosure after having had to micromanage several other contractors that preceded them on this particular project. Jim was great to work with on the design and layout phase. Steven and William handled the buildout and were absolute pros from start to finish. Highly recommend Lifetime and will use them again if we ever need another enclosure built.

Lifetime Enclosures did an excellent job enclosing our lanai. The roof was extended over our lanai and a screened enclosure attached. Greg Walker was a phenomenal and professional amazing person .He was the most professional I every dealt with. He came out to the home and did measurements .He explained in details what will go on also how long the project will take. With that being said I love love love my floor.

They did a great job. They were professional, as well as personable, and kept us informed of what they were doing. The carport is just what we wanted. After reviewing several companies we chose Lifetime Enclosures for our patio extension. Initially it was the staff and design crew that impressed us, then the patio extension was installed and the installation crew and work also impressed us. Please do not do business with this company. I had a representative from their company come to my house for an estimate. My husband was working in the back office and was not available to join us. After giving Jeff specifics on what we were looking for, I left him to measure the area. Once finished, I asked for the estimate-the representative refused to do business with me unless my husband was present. When questioned, he said he wanted my husbands input. I assured him we were on the same page. I specifically asked him three different times - “are you refusing to do business with me without my husband?” to which he replied ‘yes’. I then asked him to leave and told him how unprofessional he was. I then had to quickly slam the door and lock it in his face because he tried to push back in after me. It was terrifying & disturbing on so many levels. He also smelled of alcohol. Please stay away from this company.

The service was very good and the people more than helpful! We made a choice based upon their recommendation that when installed met our expectations. We have one issue with our back screen door, which is being addressed, so the Warranty that comes with their packages seems to be important to them. The office staff, is more than happy to help with any and all problems one may face, during and after the install.The product and materials they use are of good quality, we hope to get years of benefit from our investment.

I’m a repeat customer. This is my third time using Lifetime Enclosures to enclose the lanai on one of my homes. The very first home I purchased back in 2016, the 3rd home in 2017 and my 4th home in 2021. Obviously I’m a very satisfied customer!!!They’re very professional and use quality material. It’s a great investment and adds value to my home!!!

The room is beautiful, took far longer to complete than originally stated. Installers we’re friendly, but project managers were missing and barely engaged until complaints were made. I can get over that now that the project is finished, but not that fact that if I sit in the room while it’s raining it’s drowns out everything whether it’s a light or heavy shower.

The only complaint we had was due, most likely, to the pandemic caused delays of materials needed to put together our new kick plates and sliding windows with plastic windows. Otherwise, once Lifetime Enclosures had the necessary parts, everything was perfect!

From Mr.Deniz helping me choose my screen and materials to Ms.Jen at the office who kept me informed of the schedule and Paul doing the contract job was very professional and finished very fast. This is the second time weve used Lifetime. The first was years ago when they took an open patio with just a roof overhang and turned it into an indoor sunroom - windows and screens and walls. They even found discontinued lap siding for the outside to match exactly what we had. It was (and still is) great. So it was a no-brainer to call them this time - we screened in, with a solid roof, a large section of a concrete pad that runs alongside the house. Jay came out and discussed options, recommendations and pricing. With things coming out of Covid and the amount of work they had backed up, they were very upfront about how long things would take - which was understandable. However, instead of disappearing and leaving us wondering, someone called almost every week to give us an update - permit status, where or stuff was in the process, or even if there was nothing to update. But they kept in touch and were transparent about what was happening. Our time came, and Jarrod and Jeremy were our install team - professional, efficient and friendly. Explained what they were doing and answered any questions we had. Outside of all of this, whats interesting is that when talking to their people, regardless of where they work in the company, they are all genuinely enthusiastic about working for Lifetime and doing what they do - and it shows in the final product.

I contacted Lifetime Enclosures for a re-screen on the amazing enclosure they installed for us in 2007. I dealt with Tonya who did an amazing job of getting the quote to me in a timely manner as well as the quick scheduling to have the work performed. I was in a time crunch to have the work completed as we were in the process of selling our home. The technician came out and did the job and cleaned up prior to leaving. I cannot say enough about the fantastic services provided and the awesome customer service they gave to me. Thanks to all involved.

We love our enclosure! The project team and James did an excellent job. The quality of the product is great and we will be spending so much time outside!My only note to the company is that there should be more synchronicity between contract services. We had framing go up, but our electrical work order wasnt placed until the day of this construction, which resulted in us having to wait 2 more weeks for that work to be completed to have James come back and complete his portion of the job. We also had to wait another 2 weeks for flooring to come in to complete the entire project. Our lead time was already outside of the projected timeframe at the time of purchase (due to factors outside of Lifetimes control), but these delays added another month to our enclosure being ready for complete use.Would highly recommend this company! Look forward to working with them in the future.

Poor customer service, no follow through or communication. When you do get ahold of someone to get updates they are VERY rude. Project was supposed to be completed by May and am still waiting for it to start at the end of August. Would not recommend this company.

Started a lanai to sunroom conversion in August of 2020. Paid 50% upfront. Was told it would be completed by the end of the year. Their main selling point was how well they would communicate during the process. Unfortunately communication was extremely poor. Install wasn’t done until Feb. Windows are all scratched up and they tried to use some touch up which was a different color. Multiple broken screens. One screen was replaced with one with a different color, and they knew that. Window frames are so scratched they look like there are used. It is now April and the job is still not completed. I was told they don’t use any subcontractors and then subcontractors show up. Very disappointed with the entire process and will likely need to get an attorney to get this resolved.

We highly recommend Lifetime enclosures. From the beginning Eddie Allen walked us through the design phase, listened to what we wanted and even made suggestions on things we had not talked/thought about. He stayed in contact with us until we were handed off to the production team of Jim and Michelle. Michelle was always available and stayed in contact with us through the lengthy HOA approval process. The guys who prepped and poured the concrete slab, were awesome and ensured no damage was done to the side lawn shared with our neighbors. Gavin and Bryan were the absolute best. Professional and friendly, they gladly answered all of our questions and encouraged us to ask even more. They walked us through the entire room in and out, to ensure we didnt have any questions or issues. The electricians from E3 Electrical, were also great. Karen from Lifetime Flooring was very friendly and amazing as we asked questions about our flooring requested samples to match with paint. The flooring team was amazing, we cant believe how great they were, from prepping the floor to laying and grouting the tile floor; it looks outstanding. Over all, we could not be happier with the outcome, quality, sheer professionalism and customer service of the Lifetime Enclosure team we had. Thank you all very much, Jim and Ann

Wrnt in to get information and they turned me away saying they didnt do solarium even though their website shows they do. Then continued to say they were too busy to even take any new work. Really felt like they just didnt want to help

I contact Lifetime Enclosure to get an estimate for a room extension-a sunroom or whatever they would recommend. The design consultant came out to take pictures and measurements. Weeks went by and we never heard back from him. I did a follow up call to their office to try to find out what happened. The supervisor called me back and told me that the sales consultant had already contacted me and such-gave me multiple excuses. I said since the initial visit from the design consultant we did not receive a call or an email from anybody at Lifetime Enclosure. I told him if you guys didnt want to do the project then just inform so. The supervisor said he would check into this but then I never received a call back from him. Im glad I did not enter into a contract with these people. Very unprofessional.

On February 18, 2021 a technician named Lee came by my residence to make repairs to a leaking pan roof. This was his second visit because the roof was wet on his first and he could not make the necessary repair on that day. Everything about both visits was highly professional and the repair was successful. It rained the following day and no leaks in sight. Lifetime enclosures stands behind their products even though the roof was over a year old. Without hesitation I give Lifetime Enclosures a Five Star rating.

We are totally satisfied with our experience with Lifetime Enclosures, from the salesman Eddie to the craftsmen who installed the windows and door that enclosed our back porch.The product itself is fantastic and allows us to use the room year round bug free and climate controlled.Gavin and Bryan (the technicians) were fantastic from the time they showed up to start the project to the last time they were here to fix a minor issue. Always very polite and always cleaned up behind themselves. They did a superb job.

My screen enclosure is so gorgeous and very strong framing. I opted for an upgraded door and it is fit to be used as a front door! Sturdy and two-lock system as well as being a solid screen with no bar across the middle. Pricing was more than I found elsewhere but I went with quality rather than value.

Should have checked Yelp reviews before I called this place. They made an appointment, for which they required both my husband and I be present. We both left work early to do so, and they never showed. Nor called to reschedule. Reliability is my number one requirement in choosing a company, so they have lost my business.

I am still waiting placed order in June with the salesman, the installer did another measurements in July and he said after the end on July. I have made two payments and haven’t heard from anyone and when I call to inquire never can get a date for installment for my screened front porch. I understand it was Covid-19 beginning stages. Poor communication and this not first bad experience with them years ago and when I mention my previous experience back after yr 2002 The salesman that took this order, came to my house same day to get my credit approved no down payment installation. WOW. Salesman faster then installers now make payments to keep my credit at good rate

With that said, operations team was the best! They took care of us and walked us thru every step of the way. The enclosure is solid and gorgeous. Its just a shame we had to start off on the wrong foot.

I am a very pleased customer, I signed my contract on 2/21/2020 and then the Covid-19 pandemic came about, we have all been through many ups and downs and to have this wonderful addition to my home has been a great distraction. When Geoff Blackwell came over to quote the room he was ready to give us everything we wanted and at a great cost he worked very hard to seal the deal. I marked on time for this room even though we were behind on the project, due to Covid-19 things were delayed, but I was kept well aware of when my project would start and so it was good to know we would be getting going. Mike Green was very helpful through the process and the final design was exactly as we wanted. Now to your super team of fab guys Gavin and Brian, they blew the doors off once this project started rolling. I was extremely impressed with they way the handled the whole project, they gave me the hit list for each day for what would be completed and it was, they had everything ready for the electrical team to come in and do their part which made that go perfect, E3 Electric did a great job as well, now back to Gavin and Brian, once they had the go ahead to finish, it went flawless and once finished my yard and porch was cleaned very well and all debris was hauled away. Lifetime just installed a patio cover on my home. The installers, Harrison and Greg, were outstanding!! They called when they were on their way, were on time, and were the most respectful good ole Southern young men!! They did a great job laying our tile however it took a while to get it started. We had a problem with the strip that connects the new tile to our carpet. They half fixed it a couple of times but it would pull when we would vacuum the area. They ordered a strip and it took at least 4-6 months to get it put in. Now we have the old strip that is tan and the new strip is stark white!

Great experience from beginning to end. Starting with the consultation conducted by Thomas, back in August! He was never pushy, but when it came time to schedule, the quoted price was still honored, nearly 4 months later. That to me is a commitment to service. Since the project was small - a lanai enclosure - they were a lw to fit it in and complete the work in one day! Love the new space, the look it added to the home and how much more that space will get used!

Several employees on several occasions promised me this porch would not leak. After 4 visits and claims that it was fixed and would not leak, it still leaked. Had to hire and pay a roofing company to fix the problem.

Very dishonest an unprofessional business. First at all they wont provide itemized cost of project for obvious reasons, but they wont tell you the truth, also overpriced compared with very competitive quotes obtained of the same project, also after so many complains written here about the usual delays - as it appears is a common team, Eddie told me that was a 2-year old problem that has been solved now, yet the project was expected to be completed 18-24 weeks after contract was signed (????? really???) and finally upon review of contract - and also warned about this by many responsible customers that posted the common problems after they experience those themselves, company would not amend statement that company is not responsible for property damages. Finally, when asked them to remove clause that authorized them to profit with before and after pictures, the manager pretended to get them for legal purposes instead. Very unfortunate experience

We are loving our new Lanai. Lifetime enclosures did an awesome job. If the weather permits, I dont even want to be in the house, I want to be enjoying the pond enough the view from my beautiful Lanai.

Everyone we dealt with was highly professional, and knew what they were doing. We were particularly impressed by the installers. The lead guy was obviously highly experienced, and he was very meticulous in his work. My wife suggested a slight modification to our threshold for the outside door, and he was able to determine how it could be done and executed his plan perfectly.Our next door neighbor had used this same company, Lifetime Enclosures, and she recommended them to us. We have identical house plans, and we both had our lanais changed from screen to glass enclosures.

I contacted Lifetime on my daughters behalf to get a current status of her project. She has not heard from a single person since she signed up with the salesman over a month ago and no one seems to want to call her back. The staff here does not know what theyre doing, they are rude and incompetent. I was transferred to two different people and was not successful in getting a clear answer on where they stand with her project. If we would have known this was the kind of service they provide we would have encouraged her to go with another company. This is not a company that earns your business, seems as though they are more concerned with collecting your money quickly and less interested in providing you with any type of customer care from then on. There are many companies available in the Jacksonville area that do this type of work. If she does not hear back from someone by the end of this week I will encourage her to dispute the charges made to her card and cancel this project all together. We do not recommend Lifetime to anyone looking to purchase an enclosure. My daughter is currently a month and a half in and it has been nothing but frustration and silence leaving things up in the air for her as a new home owner. We wish she would have done more research before electing to go with this company. The reviews Im seeing here speak volumes and are exactly what weve experienced with them so far.

Lifetime Enclosures did a remarkable job on the installation of our enclosure. Communications with the front office were Top Notch throughout our project. Lisa kept us in the loop on all details and exceptionally answered all of our questions. They are true professionals in their craft.

Lifetime Enclosures recently did our backyard screen room and we are thrilled with how it turned out. Overall I ended up with a beautiful addition to my house. It took awhile between going through HOA and building permits, but then completed in 3 days. I did ask for a couple touch ups and that was taken care immediately. Nice job...

This company was one of the few companies I have had the pleasure of doing business with most of the other say how professional they are but dont deliver. My experience was professional from day one and time from contracting and final product complete enclosure 4 months to include Christmas season. I recommend this company so much I am now having my front enclosure done with them.

Amazing job by Lifetime Enclosures! Great craftsmanship, super employees from Geoff our salesman to the concrete guys, to the two guys that put everything together.. Very accommodating and tolerated our barking dogs for several days. We got the top of the line sunroom, totally worth the money.

Lifetime delivered the best product for my new home 3 years ago. When a problem arose three years later They came out and fixed it at no charge.I was totally blown away by that.I expected to pay but the technician said its our pleasure.Total class act!!

The initial installations of windows were very poor quality. however, they ordered new windows and they are much better.

We recently had our enclosure completed and I wanted to caution folks that if you are having anything more than a glass enclosure or screen enclosure then be prepared for an extended completion. We went with a knee high brick wall which took a long time to coordinate. Communication initially with the production staff was timely, but turned to nonexistent unless we called to get information. Prepare for 8-9 months if you go with anything special. Quality of work done is good, but not the frustration.
