Impact installed a screen enclosure in our backyard. Our install was a bit unique since we had them install it over artificial turf. Throughout the entire process, any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally. Eric, the Operations Mgr, personally came out on site numerous times to ensure everything was handled according to plan. Our installers, Al & John were very professional and showed great attention to detail. Very pleased with the end result. I won’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Job well done!!!

Let me tell you working with these guys start to finish was a breeze... the quote they wrote us was extremely reasonable, they had a variety of neat options that Ive never even seen before (hose hook up, one way flaps to let water OUT....). The office kept us informed of rising aluminum prices and how we could keep the costs down. They stayed in touch with us the entire way and I cannot begin to say how supportive they were with my last minute changes and alterations. we are so so so happy with our screen, the patio is now LIVABLE. Do not hesitate to give these guys a call you will not be disappointed!

From the sod remover, concrete guys, enclosure guy (Jimmy), management and finishing- I would highly recommend them. Even with a few items that had to be adjusted post construction, they were spot on with communication and making sure it got done. The installation crew worked very hard in the hot sun and made sure they kept the place clean and tidy and did a great job. The whole process from getting the quote to installation was fabulous. Our aged covered lanai has been removed and replaced with a strong new structure. The workers were extremely capable. For carpentry, Steve and Terry did a swell job.The aluminum structure was no easy task, but Al and John worked impressively for days to get the job done well . They cleaned up at the end of each day so nicely even though they had to be exhausted. Much appreciated !Thank you Eric for being there when questions did arise.

I did A LOT of research. I had FIVE companies come out and give us a quote. To be honest, IE was the most expensive. However, we still went with them. Penny was very knowledgeable when she came up and the communication during and after that was a 10/10. Alvaro (the installer) suggested a couple things that I know normal workers would just default (whatever you want)... but I want YOU to tell me what you see normally and whats best. He did not hesitate to suggest and give us his expert opinion.

Alvino did an excellent job. His Helper Angel had to leave in the middle of the day because he was sick. I thank him for doing the right thing and protecting both Alvino and us from getting sick. I was hoping that operations would have sent someone else to help Alvino because he wasn’t able to finish’s the job by himself. Angel came back the next day by himself and did an excellent job finishing the project. The new screens look great and I appreciate the great work both installers did. My only negative comment to Operations is they should have sent someone over to help Alvino finish the job in one day. The Lanai was open to local animals that kept the dogs up all night barking. I still highly recommend this company they just need a backup plan in case this happens. Thanks

I have experience with a couple of enclosure companies over the years from previous houses and these guys are the best! Truly an awesome company! They kept us informed throughout every phase of the installation. The pricing is competitive and the workmanship is the best. We had our existing screened in patio converted to a sunroom and it blends in beautifully! They matched the exterior Hardy Board and it looks as if the sunroom was there all along. The installers were very professional and took the time to get it done right. We did face challenges with COVID related material delays. Since they couldnt guarantee an accurate completion date we were given the option to back out and have our deposit refunded before they started. We went ahead with the full understanding that there would be some delays and we are happy that we did. This company is genuinely concerned with customer satisfaction and I definitely recommend them for your enclosure installations.

Project: Open view screen for lanai with dog door.From start to finish, this company truly made an impact on our outdoor projects. We had 4 estimates come and although Impact was not the cheapest, this company is seriously the way to go. Impact is professional, prompt, and all employees have great communication. During the delay of our paver install (through an entirely different company, pavers needed to be installed prior to screen), Impact consistently touched based on the status of our pavers so we can get scheduled for the screen. And this was a 3.5 month delay! They did not forget about us!Shout out to Paul who came in for our estimate and answered any question and had great suggestions. He also came through on the backend with a last minute dog door request and had the best communication with it all.

Nice work, Alvino and Angel are both very capable in there craft. Everything was done in a timely fashion and done neatly. They even gave extra effort when screening in our gable area and did it in one piece.

Impact Enclosures has done as needed screen panel repairs after storms for the last 5 years for me. This time my 12 y.o. lanai/pool cage was in need of a full rescreening. This time we used Superscreen for extended warranty and 17/20 + 20/20 noseeum protection. Additionally all framing bolts were replaced with new bolts, as were guy wires. The 4 man crew as lead by Philip arrived promptly the expected day, explained the process, set up their staging, finished up the second day and cleaned up all debris including stray bolts in the water. Thanks for a efficient, seamless project!

Impact Enclosures installed a screen over my large outdoor patio. They came out for an estimate when they said they would and took time measuring, taking pictures, and discussing potential issues with me. They provided me with what I thought was a very reasonable estimate and we worked up optional features together.They were out in less than a week of receiving HOA approval and got the job done in one day. After install, they tidied up the area to more clean than when they got there. The job was beautifully done and now we can enjoy the space without getting eaten up by mosquitos. I could not recommend Impact Enclosures more highly. The entire experience was very smooth and I felt cared for as a customer.

We are very happy with our expanded porch and screen enclosure from Impact Enclosures. All of the employees and subcontractors we worked with were great and seemed to really care about their job and the quality of work.The installers, Adam and Shae, take pride in their craftsmanship and it shows in their quality of work. They were great to talk to and took time to explain things in detail when questions came up. The job site was cleaned everyday so we didnt have to worry about the kids or dog playing in the back yard.From start to finish the job did take longer than we were initially told; however, with the uncertainty around COVID-19 and the rainy weather it is understandable and we werent too concerned. The communication was excellent at the beginning, but could have been better as the installation date got pushed back. However, both owners responded very quickly when I voiced some concern and the project was completed very quickly after that. I will definitely recommend Impact Enclosures to everyone and will use them again in the future.

From my initial requests for quotes with other companies, Impact showed more respect and concern along with having better technology to get us the quote and drawings digitally.We selected them from both their professionalism and the quality of reviews compared with their local competition. After we made our selection, I spoke with some family members and learned that Impact Enclosures also worked on their property and did a great job on their enclosure. The cherry on top was the speed to get the job scheduled and completed, which ended up being faster than their original estimate.The job itself took only a quarter of a day and the installers were very professional. Both individuals had masks and after they got final confirmation, they went straight to work. The site was very clean when they were done and we were able to enjoy our screened-in patio that evening.

After Ron met with engineers to develop a potential plan with us, he demonstrated a variety of options that would keep us within our initial budget. We were quick to sign and proceed with the process of the enclosure. We were then in contact with Lauren, who was part of the planning for our new enclosure. Lauren was an excellent communicator; she provided us with practical timelines, expectations, and answered all of our questions. We are so grateful to have worked with Lauren in the process, she kept us “in the know” for the entire process. Another Impact Enclosures employee, Richard, came out to our home the day-of the concrete pouring to assist with irrigation needs. Richard had to come out at a later date to assist with an unforeseen mishap after the enclosure was completed. Richard was a life saver; he was diligent, meticulous, and courteous beyond measure. He even came out late on a Friday evening to assist our needs. Al and another employee installed the new enclosure within days. Al called with questions prior to installation and they cleaned up thoroughly between each day and after completion. We are so thankful for the team at Impact Enclosures. Adam and Shea did a great job rescreening the upper portion of our enclosure over our pool. New screens look great and everything was cleaned up.

They may do great work, but I was unable to get them to return calls or texts. I asked for an updated quote, so we could sign the contract. I called, texted, and left messages multiple times, and Holly didnt follow up. I was really looking forward to working with them, but this was unprofessional.

We used Impact Enclosures for one home, and now for another. Holly is a skilled professional who was able to interpret and design exactly what we were looking for. We highly recommend this company for its standards in integrity, high quality materials and attention to detail. You will get outstanding service from Holly, who is a top design expert.

My experience was very poor: Started process in May and it took 5 months ( November) to complete. Delays blamed on Permits . We called the county who advised the permit had been ready for weeks. Multiple NO Call, NO Shows requiring me to call ask where they were, only to then be updated that they were not coming. Poured the footers, then paver crew said the footers were too short. Concrete crew came out and added additional height. When paver crew came back out, literally broke out all the new concrete poured days prior down to original height.Impact Enclosures was disorganized, poor internal and customer communication, unable to maintain timeline and appointments. Good at apologizing for poor customer service only to then charge full price for the experience with not a single dime of discount offered for the horrible experience.Based on my experience I would avoid this company. Gave 2 stars because the concrete contractor they used was great, and the crew that completed the screening was great. They just could not overcome the rest of the issues.

Impact was great from the estimate to the planning to the installation. The product used was exactly what we needed. The installers cleaned up and made sure it was done the way we wanted. Very professionally managed.

We really wanted the same good experience as most of the reviewers here, but unfortunately thats not what we have encountered. At the start of March, we got a quote and signed a contract with the build date being 4-6 weeks. Ron had a mix-up by not providing the correct email address so a week or so went by and he hadnt gotten our email back. After following up, we realized the error and he told us he would expedite the service of getting our screen put in. Weeks later, we decide we wanted to make the screen a little larger (this is not a huge patio.. approximately 14x14) so we had asked to extend it to cover the whole patio. We signed a new contract and have been waiting ANOTHER 10 weeks. All in all, we have been working with the company for 4 months and still have no screen enclosure. I understand we changed the size, but it shouldnt translate into this type of wait. Youd think they would want to make more money by increasing the scale of the job, not to mention treating that customer as though they are happy to do this business for them.Last week they said they thought our install date would be Thursday, then because they didnt finish a job in time, it was moved to Friday, then Monday this week. I call this morning to find out what time and was told it wouldnt happen today. I left a message with Lauren and didnt hear anything back all day. I called the office again before they closed at 4pm today and was told by Maria, they will let us know when they can schedule but they dont know yet. Fortunately, I just received a message from Lauren stating we would get our install tomorrow. I guess we will find out.I dont know about you, but most people have jobs they work at during the day and other things to plan around. Its really inconvenient to plan the day around a job supposedly scheduled for a certain date, then just continue to go round and round about when that service is actually going to take place after a few failed attempts. Apparently they must have an overwhelming amount of business and let some of their customers fall through the cracks.**UPDATE**The owner, Ryan Hammers, did reach out to me. Hiscommunication was appreciated and even though it didnt amend the issue we had, he did his due diligence to make progress for future customers. In any business, I think thats a great thing to evolve and improve when it has the opportunity. We are pleased with the end result of the work provided.

Alvino, our installer, was so great! He arrived early, was very professional and friendly, and cleaned up when he was done. Our back lanai turned out so well!Our whole experience with Impact was very positive - they made it easy from start to finish!

We decided to have out patio screened in and Alvino did an excellent job. He even provided suggestions to place the door based on the size of the area to maximize the space. Very satisfied!!!!

When I had concerns regarding the install as it related to my HOA, Alvino took the time to explain the process and logic with a particular method. He was patient, understanding and professional! Alvino did an amazing job! He showed up on time and was very thorough. He cleaned up nicely and left no mess behind. My hubby and I stacked and moved patio furniture aside before he arrived. Adam arrived on time, a big plus in my world! He was super friendly and also efficient. What a great combination. Watching him work I could tell that he had years of experience and left me with the confidence of knowing the repair to one panel of our birdcage screening was done well. We will definitely call Impact Enclosures when we decide to re-screen the entire enclosure.

In great anticipation install day was pushed up by 2 days, which turned out to be a blessing since day one was a wash due to rain. Day two Jeff and Mitch showed up to get the job rolling. Both installers are polite and soft spoken. Jeff filled me in on day one of how the building process would flow. It’s great to see two people working in harmony as their job site tunes pump from their mini Dewalt music box. Both installers were professional and in their Impact Enclosure summer T-shirts. In blessed anticipation of a final product.

The service we received from Adam was amazing. Not only did he complete the quote but checked all other areas also to make sure we had no other issues. Just had a major storm go through and all of his repairs held up perfectly. Cleaned up every night and always arrived on time. Could not be more pleased. I would use him anytime and he gets my highest reference. Also happened to be a really great guy-professional-always pleasant to be around and an incredibly hard worker.

The workmen came and got right down to business. They did a very thorough job and finished extremely fast. They explained to me what they were doing and why and in a manner that I could understand.
