Their team was responsive, and kept us up- to-date from the initial sales process with Joe; through out the building permit and final installation process with Dan, Andrew, and the on-site crew. We are truly enjoying the finished product to the fullest.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Schnorr recently designed and constructed a covered patio and full cage over our In ground pool. The design far exceeded our expectations and is absolutely beautiful. The crew that came to construct the structure was absolutely professional and pleasant. We have recently done many renovations to our property and Schnorr has been the best and easiest company to work with. I would highly recommend contracting with Schnorr for any of your screened patio needs!

After retiring from a lifetime in architecture & construction, my wife and I decided to add a glass-enclosed sunroom to our home. We researched the available contractors in Jacksonville that met my exacting requirements which included both the quality of their work and willingness to resolve problems. We selected Schnorr Home Improvements.The sunroom is now complete and we couldn’t be happier. The design, specs, concrete, framework, glass installation, installers were all first class. After completion, we had a problem with the air conditioning. Doug Schnorr and the AC sub (Jim Jones, Tropic Aire) pleasantly & professionally resolved the issue which required replacing the AC system at no cost to us.We can, without reservation, give Schnorr Home Improvements (and Tropic Aire) our highest recommendation. Just re-screened one of their enclosures and have to say it was the best built enclosure Ive ever worked on. The way their built withstand storms and keeps your panels lasting longer. This company definitely knows what there doing and I would recommend them to anybody.

My parents had a screened in porch added on by Schnorr more than 30 years ago and it is still holding up well. They came out to help with a leak and once they realized it needed more expertise, they had another man come out - not a leak since. I then had my back porch enclosed with the vinyl sliding windows and absolutely love them. That was more than 10 years ago. I highly recommend them.

I hired Schnorr to replace the sliding glass door to my lanai. They did an excellent job! They came with suggestions on which door the recommended and gave me a couple suggestions/estimates. Once we settled on the design/door, they laid out a timeline and stuck to it. The guys that showed up were great! They were very conscientious and made sure everything was spotless when they left. I plan on using them again for another project. I highly recommend Schnorr Home Improvements!!

Schnorr Home Improvements built our pool enclosure over 20 years ago and we have always been told by any contractor or inspector at our home it was very welll built. Only last year did we finally have to replace some storm damaged screens and they came right out and took care of us. So great to have a business you can count on for the long haul. We used Schnorr Home Improvements about 4 years ago to have a roof put on our patio. Initially, the roof was a bit longer than we wanted and what really impressed me was that instead of offering us a discount on the cost, Schnorr actually came back and recut the patio roof to the size we wanted. No questions asked!! This past fall, we used Schnorr again to rebuild our Florida sunroom and they took all the time we needed to decide on what WE wanted. The results are nothing short of outstanding. Everything was done with care. Their workers were on time, friendly and courteous, plus they even cleaned up after each portion of the job was done. Should we need any further remodeling down the road, we will not hesitate to call Schnorr.
