4 days, no call back. Was told id get multiple call backs from their affiliates after being asked to repeat all of the details of my project, my name, address, and 2 different phone numbers at least 3 seperate times to the same person on the same phone call. Clearly I should have repeated it 4 times, but my money will go elsewhere at this point.

Renaissance Patio did an amazing job with my new pergola in my home near Middleburg. The contractors they sent were friendly and helpful and the final product is more than I couldve hoped for in quality and appearance. 10/10 work, highly recommend
