So I rented a truck on 5/25 for 3 1/2 hours, because I didn’t do a mobile check in they charged me a $20 convenience fee, what a rip off, I will never use this location again, anything to get more money from hard working ppl

Had an appointment today at 3:00, get there they tell me because 2 employees quit 2 days ago they have to reschedule me. No phone call to let me know, even though they mf want one if I canceled. I made the appointment yesterday, they even called yesterday to confirm. Horrible professionalism, I see why mf’s be quitting. Will not do business with uhaul again…..

I have gone in twice on 2 separate occasions to get propane filled both times they told me that the propane refill was closed. I asked when they closed and the guy stumbled on his words and couldnt give me an accurate time of when they opened and closed the propane refill. do yourself a favor and take your money somewhere else.

Id like to give 1/2 a point Solely for the competent customer service people who are trying to work within an unworkable system. They have tried to help but their own companys self-defeating blockages prevent customer satisfaction every time. Store you Stuff elsewhere.

This location is the best in Jacksonville for truck rentals! Customer service is phenomenal.

I had an appointment for installation of a hitch. I arrived to find the manager not managing. She was setting down using the computer while 2 or 3 customers wandered around looking at boxes etc. She made no effort to assist anyone. I walked over to her desk, sat down across from her for 2 or 3 minutes before she even looked up. She asked me what I needed, I told her I had an appointment to have a hitch installed that I ordered on 6/12. She looked in the computer and askeddid anyone call me to come in and I said no one called me to not come in. She then told me that they didnt have my hitch and even if they did they didnt have anyone to install it. I asked her if there was any other place that installed hitches nearby. The place she sent me didnt even do hitches but was very helpful and called another uhaul nearby and I made an appointment for the same hitch I had ordered in June to be installed the next morning on July 8th. What a difference a good manager makes.

Donyell was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Very pleased with the service I received at this location.

I was charged a late fee for not making a payment on time but after talking with agent it was discovered the error was on their part and refunded my account the late fee. The agents are courteous and prompt in helping their customers.

Got there and they gave me a price of 74 the guy was friendly but when I came back they double charged me saying I drive extra miles when I all I went around the corner the price after was 140 when I returned the truck not going there again

I went over to get to propane tanks filled and I was never acknowledged for 15 minutes and I went in and they were just looked at me and with the people standing there and then come after Id already been there not counting the fact that it was a white gentleman I dont know his name he was driving a truck around the yard at U-Haul like a maniac dont think Ill ever go there again
