Excellent service only took 2.5 hrs start to finish, followed directions very well!

Team came and packed our belongings for 2 days, were very efficient and did an excellent job. They were also great to work with coordinating what needed to be packed and what didnt. Would definitely recommend.

The movers were so nice and helpful! 🥰 Some of my stuff was already in boxes but they helped to repack and organize so it would be safer to move (like books packed in a way that wont bend them). I had a great experience!! Definitely recommended 👍👍👍

Our team, consisting of Michelle, Scott, and Erin, were exceptional. They were on time both days, very professional, and I must say EFFICIENT!! As soon as they arrived, they asked for a quick walk through of the house to see what they were working with then divided up amongst different rooms and went to town. My wife and I were amazed at how much they had gotten done just on the first day. They made sure to ask and clarify if there was anything they were uncertain about before moving forward. They carefully wrapped items that needed it before placing them in the boxes and on top of that, arranged the boxes neatly and orderly throughout the house so that we could still maneuver around inside. Once complete, Michelle went through all the paperwork and made sure we had the documents we needed and they all wished us well on our future travels. We were amazed with this service and wondered why we had never thought about doing this before. We will be doing this type of move again in the future and hope we get a team as great as this one. Thanks again Michelle, Scott, and Erin for making this part of our move less stressful!

We had two days scheduled to pack up the house and they had it done in a day and a half. They were on time each morning and reached out early letting us know they were on the way. Some of the absolute worst service we have received.From the top to the bottom...from management Stephen, Michelle to the folks who answer the phone/coordinate Brittany, Denver.As a dual physician home, we paid for ease of move and this was exact opposite.Movers schedule to pick up our stuff 3 times and canceled 3 times the morning of the move. So picked up late. The movers they assigned: one had a respiratory issue (during COVID) not a good thing, one could barely walk ...it was terrible.Our stuff arrived 2 weeks later than they said.Then upon drop off, we paid for and conveyed that we would need unpacking. We were told it was in the quote by Denver but then Brittany had a different story to tell. Long and short we got stuck with 42 boxes without anybody holding themselves responsible. Not to mention they damaged some of our stuff.Never again. Will post about this place everywhere we can and to every person we can. NO EFFORT made insofar to refund this as this was a complete disaster of a move.

Wow we were charged an arm and a leg and the move was ANYTHING BUT EASY.As two working parents with a 3yo, we paid for a service we did not receive.Not one person actually tried to make this right. Every step of the way, it felt like people were going through motions and there was MINMAL communication among parties, leading to gigantic delays in us starting work among many other things.And no effort has been made to rectify this. We are stuck with 42 boxes in our home memorial day weekend when this was to be delivered 2 weeks ago. 3 times movers were scheduled to come to our home to pack and canceled. Finally when they arrived, one person had Lord knows what respiratory issues during a pandemic. 2 week window instead of a 3 day window like most places.DAMAGED my barely used Mitchell gold circle chair.I honestly cannot even speak to how poorly this move was handled.Will be posting on every FB group and moms group I can.We dont mind paying for a service. Expected to have an easy move at the price we paid Mayflower and Conser for this move and received the EXACT opposite.

Incredible moving company!!26 years in the military, 11 moves, and this has to be one of the best! Will definitely request them through move.mil for our next move!Above and beyond with care, expediency, and communication. Those three things are often first to suffer during the peak part of moving season (May-July). Packed out in two days, loaded in one day by Dan (driver). Unexpected trailer problem forced a reload of our stuff to another trailer. Positive note- relocated from Florida to California, our stuff arrived three days after we were in our house (eight days total from pickup to delivery). Unheard of, as it was a very short waiting time. Spoke with Conser Logisitcs and Operations, Nellie, and knew every step of the way where our stuff was, with ample information for planning purposes. Delivered by Neil and Sylvia, and unpacked by Sol Crew in California, amazing.From packing, to loading, to delivery- absolutely impressive company! Very personable and open about schedules and expectations. Accountable and credible every step of the way. Highly recommended.

The 3 packers were polite, professional, courteous, thorough, patient and kind. We werent ready for them and they worked with us. When we spoke to them they faced us and listened to what we said. They worked every moment of the 11 hours they were here. They repacked a whole set of China we had in storage because the old boxes were falling apart, they inspected each piece and rewrapped them. I’ve relocated a few time in my career and to my recollection they were by far the best.

I am very impressed with the amount of professionalism that this company provided. Ranging from the original planning for the move to the execution on the day of the move. They provided me with ample amount of information to read up on and answered any questions I may have had. The employees that they sent were polite and friendly and made working with this so much better. They were very prepared for packing and were very gentle with all of our belongings. I would highly recommend this company and it’s employees to anyone looking for help with their move.

These people are horrible. I booked with them 3 weeks in advance only for them to cancel 3 days before my move. It was on a holiday weekend, I ended up having to move everything by myself, And I was told by the Accounting manager, yes we basically screwed you.

Facilities are modern and well maintained. Employees are knowledgeable, super nice and easy to get ahold of.

For the most part, the movers were very professional. One thing that needs changing though is, furniture pieces need to be kept wrapped when being moved with dollys. We have several pieces that are now damaged, dented, and scratched because of it. Treat them as if they were your own.

This company is going on my blacklist for the military. 98% of my items arrived intact, but due to their movers being hasty and not wrapping my washer in padding.. my washer is leaking which means I’m without a washer until the part arrives.

By far the best moving experience we have ever had. The survey, scheduling, and crew were on time and very professional. We had a 2 week period between locations and they safely stored all of our furniture and belongings until we were ready for delivery.I highly recommend Conser Moving. I cant say enough about how great their employees are at what they do!

First impressions are key. The guy who came to my house was beyond arrogant. Then he said it could be up to 2 weeks to delivery? NO. When I told him that wouldnt work he left pretty quickly without even trying to accommodate. Almost kind of like he was pouting. Sad service.

Ive moved twice using Mayflower and the service has been outstanding. Everyone from the original contact to the driver were on time, professional, and helpful.

Worst move ever! Items were poorly wrapped and lots of damaged at the other end. Most of the broken items were signed by one particular mover who was more worried about what she was going to have for lunch than packing. The movers at the other end were amazed how the items were packed with one even saying he wouldnt have a job if he packed like that. Strongly advise against using this company.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! EVER!!!! Your stuff WILL be damaged and broken. They literally THROW your boxes in the truck over other boxes. Everything WILL be poorly wrapped. Save yourself the stress!!!!!!!

I would have given a zero star if was an option. Packers dropped several things and i know something broke as i found glass shards. One of the packers buried some of my glassware in my garage recycle bin under plastic containers i had thrown away instead of packing it. Very disappointed with them and regret buying them lunch.

Worst experience of my life in 20 yrs of military moving, and that includes the time some of my things got wet and completely ruined. They showed up with no call, ate my food that they found in bins and left the wrappers on the floor all throughout my house. They broke a lot of my things just by the way they wrapped things! One person who was packing was more concerned about her food then packing my stuff. They put way too much stuff in one box, several times that even the ppl moving me in had trouble carrying the box to where it was going. I also had asked for a few days to be taking off for packing and they didnt work with me or on the day to pack and move it out. I was suppose to be door to door and it was more like a week and a half move. But according to them it was never in storage! This was all just a joke from packers to movers!
