After a very bad experience with u-haul rentals I gave penske truck rentals a call they were very efficient and very professional I would definitely recommend Using them again. Denise was very professional and is an asset to the rental company

I had to give 2 stars because the individual that helped me get my rental was quick and efficient. They also exhibited excellent customer service. If it werent for her then i would give them 1 star. Penske company is holding my refund and telling me i have to wait an additional 3 to 5 business days to receive my $60 refund. I received my rental on the 07Nov19 returned ot on 07Nob19 and have yet to receive a refund. I spoke to representatives on 2 occasions. The first was yesterday 20Nov19. On this date i was told my refund was not posted but the woman was able to speak with manager Connor to correct this issue for me. They stated the refund will be in my about yesterday 20Nov19 or today 21Nov19. Today i call penske a lot more distraught and confused because i was told my refund would be posted but i have yet to see a dime. After speaking to Lisa M. Customer service rep, William Rock Retail manager and Dustin Dance District Manager, I am basically being told Im delusional and that the money was already returned to me. Yes Id admit they attempted to help by posting the 60$ again (in quotations because i never received the first $60) but say it wont post for another 3 to 5 business days which is absolutely absurd. They are literally playing with my money and my livelihood and expect me to continue waiting for my money. With this being said i wouldnt advise anyone to use Penske especially not the Jacksonville FL branch because of their lack of professionalism and concern for their customers. On a lighter note Uhaul deposits your return the very next day without any hiccups. They are a little more expensive but the total experience is 10 times better. With this being said shop wisely my friends.

Clean, fast and reliable. Penske has the nicest vehicles around town. They are worth the extra price for comfort and convenience!

Very dissapointed with these uscurpulous ladies @ C & L automotive. We rented a 26 truck from Penske on February 27th. Normally we go to home depot on regency but having no trucks available we were referred here to this Penske Franchised Location.The truck was nice. Check out time was 30 minutes, it took them nearly 20 to charge our card. This truck had 14/16 fuel (if not less) when we left with it. We used it and we fueled it up to the cap to avoid any issues such as this. And guess what? We were charged 69.00 additional for for 8.5 gallons of fuel @ $8+PG.I have tried to call twice and both times, I am promised a call back and no one will even acknowledge it. Luckily I have my fuel receipts and the pictures of Mileage and fuel at checkout. Penske, is this how you treat your loyal customers who rent multiple times a year? Shame on all of you.

Denise was amazing at helping me get the best rate and savings on my rental. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Not to mention the dog was super cute. Penske doesnt charge by the mile if it is one way travel (pick up and drop off at a differnet location in the same city) and it was about $185 for sat-sun. would have been over $300 had I returned to the same pick up location. Much cheaper than budget and uhual ( who only give free miles if traveling over 300 miles which is about $280 for my same travel window).

Its a lot better than U-Haul they aint no good...
