I have had a really stressful week due short notice moving out of my apartment, and having to put things in storage. Joann and Jaelyn (spelling might be off) have been incredibly helpful and even assisted with a promo they have going on currently. After going over everything to be set up Joann mentioned that if I needed any further assistance to just let her know and she will happily assist over the phone. Over the top customer care - I would highly recommend their service. Looking forward to moving my stuff in when I can. This stressed out person has one less stress to worry about

I received and error message with the online process. Then I used the online chat and spoke with David, who then contacted the facility to give me a call. About 20 minutes later Jaylen called me from the 5017 Bowden Rd Site in Jacksonville FL and his customer service was great. Information was clear answered the questions I had and provided options. To me that is great customer service. I would recommend this place just off of Jaylens customer service.

There is literally NO ROOM to unload!!!! Had to rent my uhaul for two days just bc there is only one entrance to this storage and upon arrival a moving company had it blocked. First come first serve just to walk a maze to the storage unit. The guy at the counter never even mentioned there is only one way in (single car line up going in one direction) and one way out. Unfortunately it was the only available storage with the unit size I needed. But please... Skip this company. Your welcome!

They were very good as a storage place. They worked with me very helpfully, and they even notified me when I made a mistake in payment so that my property wasnt lost. Now after emptying out, I can say this is a solid location. Also, Jaylin was very helpful in the checkout process. Would recommend.

Great location next to Wawa helps even more. Super clean and cats to help move in easier. Also very bright in the hall but less bright inside your storage unit because light comes from hallway not inside your storage unit. Heads up, first of the month and Saturdays try to avoid because there is only two doors on both ends of the building. And a limited space infront near doors for load/unloading. Also you need to enter your code every time you want to enter the building. Hope this helped

This was my first time getting a storage unit Jaylin responded to my online reservation quickly and answered all my questions. Made sure I knew where my storage unit was and that I knew how to work the lock properly. Also made sure my pass code worked ! great first time experience !!!

Amazing staff! J.R. gave me a call as soon as I reserved a spot online. He was super friendly and let me know his assistant, Naila, would be in the next day when I was checking in.Naila was awesome!! She made my experience very welcoming and stress-free. I just moved to Jax and was worried about finding a place to store my stuff until I found a home. As soon as I talked to her, I knew I made the right decision. She showed me the exact unit and was prepared when I realized I needed a bigger unit. She’s a hard worker, was very attentive, and super sweet!The unit was super clean and they prorate your month if you give 10 days notice. I also got my first month free (only had to pay admin fee and insurance). Normal prices for the climate controlled are pretty great too. The furniture dolly they had available for use was extremely useful. My only complaint is that the elevators close faster than I would like lol. Highly recommend!

The store manager Jaylin was very well informed, helpful, insightful, considerate, and made me feel completely comfortable in my decision. The facility is super clean and probably the most pleased I’ve ever been with a storage facility so far. They also have great rates and specials. The only thing I did not like was that military ID was not enough to qualify for military discount. A lot of very detailed information required to obtain.

J.R. made this process super simple. He called me after I put a request in online. He made sure he answered all of my questions. As far as the facility, it bar far is one of the cleanest storage facility I have seen. They take amazing pride in the upkeep of the building. I was welcomed to my unit with a tag with my name on it and a number for any other questions. Its the small attention to details that make a huge difference! Job well done!

My experience with former management (JR), was unacceptable as he never followed up with me on a request concerning my reservation and left with no feedback. However, Jaylin assisted me by providing EXCELLENT customer satisfaction! The facility is well kept and very clean.

Easy to make arrangements online. I made call the day before and an appointment. Paperwork was done, so I came in handled under 10 minutes and was moving my stuff into my unit. Outstanding staff assistance, courteous and helpful!

This storage place is great, very clean and best of all there lights and AC . compared from where I moved from where I was in a building and it had no lights due to them not wanting to fix so I had to use four flashlights to move out so I can see. And I reported it to them for 2months there issue was we have a work order in. The only thing that’s a very very small draw back is entrance to the building there fixing it now pavement but it’s hands down a great place to store you stuff

The manager was very professional explain everything to me in detail I was impressed by the location the cleanliness such a beautiful building very secure there’s cameras everywhere I got the unit right next to the door again the manager if it wasn’t for the manager I would not have gotten it meaning I would’ve just walked out because you know I didn’t want it indoor but he help me and showed the unit next to entrance door and I was sold. I recommend extra space on Bowden and Phillips to anyone looking for a storage unit.

I just opened an account with Extra space storage Jacksonville (Bowden) location. Brand new facility and the faculty has been great. The whole process was quick and easy from the beginning.The only small issue I have had is my unit is on 2nd floor, they do have elevators but they dont make it easy to bring up multiple items up cause of doors not being able to stop.
