Easy to get to and great facilities. The climate controlled storage is what I needed and I appreciated the free use of the carts to move my stuff to and from the second floor.

Manager is very customer service oriented. Great climate controlled units that are all inside access with keypad security. They have flatbed carts you can use for free to get stuff from vehicle to unit. Storage units, restrooms and office are all clean and spotless. Highly recommend.

Easy and quick check in process.

I was planning on storing with them for a year but life happens and I had to scramble to move. Ron and his staff were great. The unit was clean, well lit, truly climate controlled, and most of all, secure. I highly recommend trusting them with your belongings.

I was fortunate to work with Manager, Ron Acree at the Plummer Cove location. I drove a moving truck from WI & originally had set up a storage unit with another company. I am so glad this was the location my rental truck was due back to; Ron was extremely helpful & understanding; especially in dealing with me during a very stressful move time. The storage area is immaculate & has clean public restrooms.

The management and staff of this CubeSmart has been fantastic to work with. They contacted us the day before they expected us to move in, and we explained we were delayed 3 days. No problem, they extended the hold on our reservation. On the day we moved in the agent on duty was courteous and helpful all day long. And just today we received an email reminding us we signed up for auto pay, and that they would be charging our credit card on the 24th, in case we wanted to make any changes or in case we were now using a different card.

The staff, location, security and cleanliness are top notch! We feel very comfortable having our belongings kept there!

Such a good experience, Tiffany and Britney were very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. Unloading our truck was done with the ease, there is an overhang to pull under so even in bad weather moving in or out could be done. Plenty of carts to help make it a breeze to go from the truck to our locker. Clean facility, large elevators, professional service. I would definitely recommend the storage site to anyone looking for one.

The staff at this facility is very helpful and understanding. I was working on a low budget to get moved in a short period of time with friends and family helping me. Trying to move into my unit on a Saturday and when I returned (with the truck that I rented from CubeSmart) there were 4 other trucks there either moving in or out at the same time. Freddie was completely understanding and extremely helpful with the limited time I had for the rental. The facility is very clean and I feel that my belongings are in safe keeping. Thank you guys for understanding my situation it means a lot to know that there are people who still care and are willing to go the extra step to assist others. God Bless each of you.

Wonderful service! Great facilities! Ive had items stored here for almost 5 years at this point and have NEVER had an issue. The employees are all great and help with a smile. Its also located in the dead center of Jacksonville right off of 295 which means its near anywhere you might be moving to or from!

Checked their website on pricing. Got to the location only to be told we would have to pay an additional $12/month for insurance on a 5x5 unit. They dont tell you that in the pricing on the website. Their office admitted that was hidden until further along the process. Only after several minutes of confusion and asking questions did the gentleman finally admit that if we had a homeowners policy than we can have the fee waived but he required the actual policy so HE could make a copy of it and only then would he waive the fee. Disgusted, we left and went to Atlantic Storage across the street and the guy explained the whole insurance issue and only required that we send him an image of the front page. He didnt have the size we were looking for but called several other locations for us to find one. We ended up at the unit on Shad Road, friendlier staff, cheaper rates, they waived the admin fee and had honest policies. Ill never do business with CubeSmart after this experience.

So far so good. The facility is clean and cool. The staff had been very nice and helpful. The unit I needed to get was a bit pricey, but the size was necessary. When I rolled up in a uhaul, Chris came out and locked the doors in the open position for us, which was a huge help! We didnt even have to ask. The only issue I had was lack of 24 hour access. I was told there would be a fee for it. I used another Cube Smart location in town in the past and was able to have 24 hour access with no fee. But I called and explained I really mainly needed it for a couple of days as most of this move was being done after I got off of work and had an end date due to closing. Chris was extremely accommodating and gave me access for the rest of the week at no charge. That one gesture was huge in an otherwise chaotic and stressful situation. Next move will be to go through the stuff in the unit...yay... (my moms stuff...we sold her house and moved her in with me..shes a hoarder). Hopefully they wont mind us showing up with a dumpster and tequilla the day we have to go through it.....

Unit is new and clean, access is tedious, forced place insurance premium is $11 monthly, $1.75 premium w/ $10.25 administration fee & does not cover the two most likely causes of loss, theft or water damage. There is no gurantee your rate will not be increased following month and “promo” will expire when they deem fit. Corporate “makes the descion”, manager has no say.
