Looking for FAST movers to get your things in/out of an apartment/home? Call these people! Vince, Tony, & Cabot had my things out of my apartment in 55 minutes! They carefully drove my belongings 40 minutes across Jacksonville (I moved to the other side of Jax) and unloaded my furniture in what barely seemed like an hour (mind you, my apartment was fully furnished). Total moving time was barely 3 hours and their prices are very reasonable. Needless to say, I am very pleased with their sense of urgency to get things done, I am 100% satisfied, and I 100% recommended this company ✊🏾

I used Bud for my local move 2 weeks ago, and from the start of my move until the completion and through follow up my experience was not pleasant. To begin with they were 5 hours late to my move, I was notified less than 40 minutes prior to they they would be starting my move no later than 11am when the original requested time was 8am. Just before 11 they called to say someone would call me within 15 minutes with an ETA, an hour later I called them and left a voicemail to which I didn’t get a call back. My sister had to keep calling in order for someone to answer and we still had another 45 minutes to wait. They finally arrived at 12:45 pm and started my move, they provided the movers with incomplete instructions. The movers were nice and helpful but left a few items at the home. I asked for management and was provided the run around when I finally did speak to someone they offered to refund only $50 of my 800 bill I wasn’t satisfied and asked to speak to someone else. I had to call back as no one followed up on my complaint and was told this happens and they could’ve just canceled my move like other companies do. And they refunded 10% and advised the standard is only 5%. The experience was horrible overall and I feel the level of compassion showed was insufficient. Half of my day was wasted and they were paid in full and promptly. I would hate for anyone else to have the same or similar experience.

Just used BMC for an out of state move and wow was I impressed. Tia got me scheduled quickly/easily for my move and then worked hard to get me rescheduled to Saturday when my landlord wouldn’t allow me to move in a day early. I was updated via email/text up until my move in day. Tony and Vince called me the morning of to let me know they were on their way, handled packing all my items quickly and efficiently, and took care with bench I pointed out as being sentimental (my grandpa built it). They even helped me move heavy pavers/boards and disassembled my bed. Upon getting to my new house they promptly carried everything where I asked, including 2 heavy beds and 3 dressers upstairs. My move was much less stressful with Tony and Vince’s help- I really appreciated their hard work and friendliness with my dog :) I’d recommend Bud Moving Company to anyone!

The guys that loaded up our u-haul were excellent. They loaded it skillfully, carefully and to where all our things could fit. They disassembled our beds and did their best to ensure our items were safe during transport by stretch wrapping and using furniture pads. We were very impressed by them!

Although initially disappointed in the way my belongings where handled, transported and stored, I contacted the owner. He provided three men to repack my storage unit and was provided with pictures of damaged furniture. Once meeting me at my storage unit Vince, Ronnie and Keith were polite, hard working and efficient. I would highly recommend these three men for any of your moving needs.

BMC is a great company. I had the pleasure of meeting a few of the guys, while my client was moving into her new house a few months back. There was a gentleman name Vincent who I was very impressed with while my client was being moved in. We were scheduled to do some work together at the end of the month, but he gave me the main business number instead of his. After two decades of moving with the Navy, (and having no say over who came to unload your truck) it was great to hire a local crew of professionals that; showed up on time, were professional, courteous, hard-working and showed great attention to detail with all aspects of our move. Moved 2 months ago but I can’t seem to find my computer. I know it was moved from my storage from the moving company. Maybe they forgot and left it on the truck. UPDATE: The company contacted me regarding my computer and they just dropped it off this morning.

As it relates to the move. The actual movers were excellent, fast and thorough. I gave you a five star rating because it did not have 4.5 stars. I would deduct a star for the disorganization of the front staff, mainly Tia. When I would call I always felt like I was bothering her and she was not as friendly as the rest of the employees from Bud Movers. But I’m not paying for the personality of a front desk person but I’m paying for the moving ability of the company. So I would highly recommend this company but suggest that you speak with the owner when you’re reserving your move.

My fiancé and I thought these guys were awesome! Our move was a smaller move, but moving furniture down two flights of stairs would have been such a hassle when we needed to move into our new apartment with only three days notice to lock in our awesome price for rent now for a nicer place. Because I knew I had a lot of things I opted for 3 men intend of the usual 2. They arrived on time and items on the truck in what I believe to be a reasonable amount of time. When making the initial arrangements I I also arranged for a stop to be made at my storage location to drop some items off there. All of that was handled as agreed. The issue for me stems from when my items were dropped off to my new home. I did the review of everything so I thought. At the time I did not realize that I should have checked to see if the screws were put back in the slats when the beds were assembled. I made the assumption that that was part of the moving expense after all they had to be removed to load the beds onto the moving truck. I am just now getting to the upstairs to unpack and make up the beds. I am very upset because I am finding that the beds were not put together like they were when they were disassembled at my old location. As a matter of fact I cant even find the screws.Im also finding the dresser drawers were not even placed in the dresser correctly. They were all off the track, just how difficult would it possibly have been for the movers to just put them on the track?I am very, very disappointed with Bud Moving at this point. Now I have the added expense of contacting my handyman to come perform a task that I have already paid Bud Moving to do.Finally; If you choose to use this company for you move I would encourage you to check your furniture because although it may look like its been reassembled it may not be.

I had a move I scheduled for a Sunday. I had my doubts about the company in general because they require a deposit, They arrived on time and after a brief walk through they got to work. They never stopped working for a minute, not even to wipe the sweat off. I had to beg them to drink water I had specifically for them so they wouldnt get dehydrated which they were very appreciative for. I was quoted for 5 hrs, but only took 4 hrs and that included driving 13 miles to new house and back for a 2nd load. I had been quoted by another company who came and did a walk through estimate of $840, with Buds i paid just over $500 and that included adding a tip. I also bought them pizza because i was so relieved there were no problems and they were very fast and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!

I already had a moving company set and scheduled for my move, but I was constantly seeing Bud’s Moving Company post pictures and vid of satisfied customers. I decided to call and receive a quote. I liked what I was quoted and decided to use this company. I’m so glad I did because my last two moving experiences had been absolutely horrible. So I was expect the worst. They came (in the rain) moved from one location (Atlantic blvd) to Dunn Ave near new Kings road. I believe from the time they started the drive and unloaded set up was a little under two hours. I was very impressed and very pleased with their professionalism and time management!!!! My experience with this company was a great one and when I hear people mention a move I tell them about BMC!!

We had originally hired Bud Moving Company for May 9. Our apt complex called us on 5/5 & said that due to a computer error, our apt wouldn’t be ready until 5/11. I was in a complete panic, because I was worried that we wouldn’t be able to get movers on such short notice. I should not have worried, as they were able to transfer our move from 5/9 to 5/11. I appreciated the reminder text the day before and the guys called me when they were 20-25 mins out. They were on time. They were friendly and super efficient. We had them booked for 3 hours and they were finished in 2 1/2 hours. We would definitely use them again and will recommend to anyone looking for a moving company.

This is my 1st time moving with them but my 2nd appointment. The 1st appointment was cancelled due to unorganized planning with another party. I called them to let them know and the gentleman allowed me to keep my deposit on the books due to me needing them later to move. I was shocked because most places DO NOT allow that. Today I was not physically there to witness the move but my boyfriend was and he was shocked at the professionalism and how fast they moved. The driver called to follow up and the courtesy call for final payment was really appreciated. The only thing I would say is to call ahead of time and let the customer know you’re running late. Not the actual appointment time. From Ms. Shontia’s politeness to the fast pace... they deserve the 5 ⭐️- Thankx
