The countertop industry is full of small operators, with little experience in the American style of customer service. Detach, on the other hand are high professionals, clean, and caring team. It was a pleasure after the installation was done and I needed two holes to hang a range vent on the quartz wall, so I called the company and within a couple of hours, they dispatched 2 guys with a drill. Great service from Destack countertops! My under mount sink was detaching from the granite ( after 17 years!) I called plumbers, contractors, handymen - no one could take care of it until I called Destack and they were able to come out the same day. They did an excellent job - and the sink will never detach again. I’m having them come back tomorrow to reseal the counters. Good people - you won’t be disappointed!

Paulo an Alceu were great to work with. The bid was competitive, and we are pleased with the final outcome! We had quartz countertops installed and a tile backsplash as well. We picked out the quartz at a local distributor, purchased the tile/grout we wanted, and they took care of everything else from there. The install crew was prompt, clean, and polite. I had to touch up some of the drywall where the previous countertops used to be, but overall was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend!

Look no further…..These are the guys you want to do your countertops! The owner Alceu is a master craftsman and his work is impeccable. Soooo precise considering they cut the pieces offsite once they made a template of our kitchen cabinets. Paulo is his office manager and made the entire process seamless. We chose our own slabs of quartzite and quartz from two different places, which is the more daunting task, and they coordinated the rest. We absolutely LOVE our countertops!

Our point of contact, Paulo, answered all of our questions and was incredibly responsive from the estimate to installation. He directed us to multiple different granite suppliers and also helped guide us on our needs and expectations.Once we had selected a slab and had final measurements done,we set an installation time for following next week. Destack was able to beat the estimated install date by a full day (with our approval) and get the job done cleanly, efficiently and professionally well above expectations. These guys at Destack did an absolutely fantastic job. Due to the unique slab pattern and size (approx 60 sq ft) they made a distinct effort to match patterns at seams which kept the cost down dramatically. Other companies incl big box were 30% higher on price because they needed to go with larger slabs to match patterns. Destacks workmanship and timeliness were awesome. One of the very few companies I have found since moving to JAX that can aim high, not over promise, and still manage to over deliver. Refreshing to read reviews and have that same quality play out in your own experience.

AN AWESOME JOB!!! Our family engaged Destack Countertops to assist us in the remodeling of our 20+ year old kitchen in Ponte Vedra Beach. They provided us with a few suppliers to visit so we could pick our granite, and we found a couple of slabs that would be perfect for our vision.The fabrication process took a week or so, and once it was ready, they delivered it and installed it all in one day. Their Team initially removed the existing tops and cut down a raised area to prepare for the granite. They also provided us with a craftsman to install a ceramic tile backsplash above the granite for a beautiful finishing touch.Our whole family and many of our guests have raved about the New Kitchen. We would wholeheartedly recommend Destack to anyone looking for a SUPER job at a fair price.

After talking with 5 different fabricators, Destack stepped up to the challenge of creating our design with Taj Mahal quartzite and this gorgeous mitered bar. We initially did not have great communication from DeStack and had to follow up about our quote but after expressing frustration we had significant communication from both the sales person and owner of the company to try to remedy things. Ended up not doing the counter tops so cant comment on the end product.
