We had the best experience with this Company. Great selection, lowest price in town. They were late in coming to do the install, but they sent me text messages with ETA so communication is wonderful. We purchased the Dallas White and it took 2 weeks to have them installed. We also bought the sink and its nice and deep. They were quick and professional.

The entire process from beginning to end was great. Jessica, the office manager was extremely helpful. There were lots of stones to choose from, and the installation was perfect. The process was quicker than we thought it would be. We are very pleased.

We chose Quartzite Bianco Avion for our counter tops and we couldnt be happier. Everyone we dealt with at Avigna Granite World was professional and a pleasure to deal with. John, the salesman, Jessica and Kayla in the office, Ray and Jonas, create templates and cut the stone, are all outstanding and assets to your company. There was a problem with one of the side splashes but Jessica and Ray were instrumental in making sure it was fixed and it now looks beautiful.

While the Avigna owner made a mistake regarding the installation of our bathroom countertop, and said he would compensate us for the mistake, he delayed the compensation. We chose a beautiful stone and they cross cut it instead of giving us what we purchased, a beautiful desert like stone. He finally sent the check agreed upon, but, based on our experience with him, we are waiting a couple of weeks to see if the check is good. Looks like the check is good, so, at final, I would say, with significant effort, we were treated fairly.

John and the rest of the staff were amazing! They were extremely helpful, had a large selection, and got everything done quickly! The counters came out beautiful!!!

I had a huge master bathroom and shower remodel. over 180 sqft of granite needed with many pieces (4 custom niches, 8ft bench, shower curb, dual sink counter top with backsplash) They offered fair pricing, a quality install, and friendly customer care people.While the installers didnt speak English and tended to ignore you and go about their business as if you werent there, that was ok with me because they were very helpful when I needed an area drilled out for the curb. But I had to speak up when they almost secured the niches without evaluating whether they were balanced or tilted.On another note, the quartz I asked for and expected was not the quartz I received. I asked for and wanted black with gold flakes, and received black with reflective silver flakes. When my order was delivered, another customers granite was also on the truck.. which was Black with Gold flakes... so it did exist!!!However, my wife was happier with this one so I said nothing.As it turned out, they had to prepare the niches with dog ears on site. I also had to wait on one piece that was not delivered with the others.. but they returned as promised and finished the job in no time.The finished product is perfect and the pay online option was ideal.My Net Promoter score for them is a 9.I would use and them again and recommend them.Overall, Great service, great pricing and install went well.

The crew did a nice job except for breaking a tile at the top of my stairs & their cleaning. The countertops are beautiful, but when I had the broken tile fixed & was assured it was going to be paid for well, Im still waiting for that. The price was ok and the workmanship was ok, just the crew was a little rushed and not very careful with my house.

We went in a bit frustrated having not found the quartz we wanted for our bathroom vanities, at a reasonable price or stocked to provise a good timeline to install (not months). Avigna solved all problems. In short order, we left there with exactly what we wanted, at a price that was lower than the Orange Big Box and others, and made put decision from stock that was there that we could visualize based on our design wishes and not a few inches of a sample... Amazed!!!! We cannot wait for installation soon.

Agivna Granite did a great job on my kitchen countertops. They were professional and prompt. Their estimate was on-point and I love my new countertops. They are beautiful. Had a small issue which they came out to handle quickly.

A++++++. Beginning with John the sales man to the final installation! Appointments were on time. Initial installation was delayed but understandably due to thanksgiving. The work is beautiful! Back splash had to be installed first and was out of line (from my dad).They did an amazing job making it look as flawless as possible!

They had the most perfect piece of granite to complete my custom made cabinet. It was perfect. They were very careful of my specifics of the specific area of the granite I wanted and the cut. The backsplash flowed into the top, and looks like one solid piece. The staff and installers were wonderful, clean, thorough and knowledgeable. I will be doing more of this type of work and will contact Avigna first. I have also recommended them to my son-in-law who is in construction. Love them!! Oh, and the price was incredible.

First, I chose these folks because they did it all from sourcing to fabricating to the installation then followed up to make sure I was satisfied. From start to finish the Avigna team was top-notch! John showed my wife the entire selection, NO SALES pressure whatsoever. I want to specifically recognize Kayla, even-though she is busy she got back me that day to answer any questions or take care of any concerns I had.Then Kayla took it from there, when we showed up for templating, I changed the entire selection of granite, Kayla didnt skip a beat, she flowed right into the changes and Ray was focused on ensuring we were happy with our selections. Ray was a huge help in laying out the granite during the templating. Installation was smooth, we had over 150 sq ft of counter top and then back splash installed the next week. Overall my granite looks Awesome!!! Would recommend anyone looking for granite give these guys a try, they were FLAWLESS in Customer Service!

Overall excellent experience using Avigna Granite to replace five countertops in four of our bathrooms. We really wanted a contemporary look with quartz and they had a nice selection. They also have pretty granite options on site. We shopped around at 3 other companies and Avigna had the best prices when you consider removal, materials and installation. What was most impressive was how quickly the process went once we picked out the stone. And I cannot say enough great things about Jonas. Because of his willingness to help with our project and skill at removing the original counters without damaging dry wall or breaking mirrors, it saved us over $700 a different company was going to charge us because they required our large bathroom mirrors to come off for the installation. We did not have to remove them and nothing was damaged with Jonas and the crew. Avigna also fixed a small chip in the edge of one counter perfectly with no questions asked. Excellent experience and would absolutely use them again!

From start to finish, we were very impressed with Avigna Granite World. From administration, to sales, to templating, fabrication, then installation; they were top of the line. They didnt charge us per slab, but by square foot, so youre paying for what you get, we like that concept. They had a substantial granite yard and were a one-stop shop. After the templates were done, they invited us back to the showroom to choose exactly where we wanted the cuts to be made. The installation was flawless and complicated cuts were done to perfection. We have purchased a lot of granite and have never gotten such over-the-top service. Avigna Granite World is an honest, reasonably priced, white-glove, service oriented company. We will do business again. Thank you for a beautiful job!

I purchased quartz counters and a drop in sink from this company. There was a miscommunication and the wrong sink was delivered. My concerns were heard and the manager resolved the issue in a quick manner. The counters are amazing and I’ve gotten lots of compliments on them.

After dealing with a big box store which contracted with an outside business for 3 months just to be told my countertops were on backorder I decided to cancel and find a one stop shop. After looking around I found this business. In 2 weeks we had our countertops installed and they did a wonderful job.

The installers had cracked the granite and installed it anyway hoping i wouldnt notice it. But i found it. Make sure before you sign the papwerwork they make u sign you do a real good once over to make sure they dont try to hide broken cracks from u . I gave three starts because even though they tried to pull one over on me the owner made things ok by giving a discount. I much rather them tell me hey we craxked the granite and repaired it, we are going to give u so much of a discount and extended warranty if thats ok then i would of given 5 stars. Just be careful when dealing with Avigna. Not a bad company but make sure you hold them accountable.

We had new countertops installed by Avigna and cannot say enough about what a great experience we had. Professional, courteous, responsive. The best prices in town (and we looked!). We are very happy customers. I 100% recommend them.

Recommended by our contractor for our bathroom remodeling job. Came out and measured the threshold in the shower for the marble we picked out and when the installer from this company came back it was measured wrong. First, it was way too long to fit and also was cut incorrectly. Then the phone calls started. It took forever for a person by the name of Jessica who works there to call my husband back. When she finally did, and my husband told her the marble to the threshold was incorrectly measured and cut she stated she would call back the next day and never did. Four days later my husband had to call the company again and spoke to another employee about the problem on a Monday morning and she told him that she could not get someone out to re-measure until Friday. I tried calling Jessica who has her cell phone number on the company web site I found out, thinking it was the business number to leave a message, that Friday was unacceptable and she answered and said I will call your husband myself personally the next day. Well, again she never called nor did the installer come back on Friday as promised. To this date we have not heard from anyone with this company. All they want is your money, their workmanship is shoddy in my opinion, they do not return phone calls, and they do not come back to fix mistakes. Avoid at all costs. Terrible Service. If I could give 0 stars I would. In reading other reviews there always seems to be an excuse given by this company. They take no responsibility for their horrible workmanship or their employees who say they will follow through with a phone call and dont. Or, with scheduling an installer to come back to fix the problem and the person is a no show/no call.

Could not be more pleased with the job Avigna did for me. They found the stone that I wanted came out to the house the next day made the templet, installed the same week and even threw in a small piece to cover a cabinet in between washer and dryer. Installers were professional. Perfect Job.

Stay FAR AWAY! We got our countertops from here in June. They looked great at first. But we started noticing cup rings on our counters after a couple months. We decided to call someone and have them come out and look. After a couple no shows and follow ups, they finally came and recommended that we polish and reseal the counters (because they never sealed them in the first place, causing the stains) Okay fine, people make mistakes. Eventually, another representative Mike came out (very nice guy I am giving him a star for his professionalism) He told us that unfortunately our countertops where NEVER sealed. So we were living 5 months with no seals on our counters. He did a good job removing most of the rings but was unable to get all the rings out. The company never called to say sorry or to explain anything. I had to follow up yet again, and after speaking with someone, they disregarded their own representatives expertise on the manner saying the counters are fine and no mistakes were made (after two in house representatives said otherwise) They were improperly installed counter tops and Avigna refuses to take accountability for their mistakes. I wouldnt trust a smooth process with this company, they have been deceiving and rude, as I have been very respectful and patient. Id find a more reliable and trust worthy granite fabricator.

Avigna Granite did an excellent job installing our quartzite countertops. The price was competitive and their customer service was great. Kayla did a great job and was very friendly and professional.

Picked out granite, when time to install it wasnt there anymore. Not happy with substitution it has many rough spots showing its poor quality.During install the vanity mirror was broken, took them 5 weeks to pay for vanity, only after giving them the name of my lawyer.Polishing at shop left rough spots in granite. When it came time to apply sealer at end of install this was haphazard at best. Avigna was paid in full to ensure the piece of granite selected was not sold at time of signing contract. Avigna used the wrong granite in master bathroom, They tried to install saying they would replace it later. Had to say forcefully this was not acceptable. Overall i would not do business with them again.

Updating our kitchen counters, we had not planned to use quartz until we found a beautiful white carrera marble looking quartz from Avigna granite. They were great, from the price, to listening to the finish details we wanted, to the installation. We have been very happy with the finished product after shopping multiple big name design studios and suppliers in town, we are so thankful that we ended up choosing Avigna.

The entire staff at Avigna Granite are awesome...I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! They have the best prices and availability in town if you are in search of solid surface countertops. Jessica and Kayla in the front office are VERY PATIENT AND PROFESSIONAL!! I may have changed my mind 100 times before I chose the perfect countertops and both of these women walked me through the entire process. The installers were punctual & professional as well. I plan to invest in rental properties soon and will only shop at Avigna Granite for countertops. You will not be disappointed for choosing them.

I was very happy with all aspects of my granite countertops. The salesman was very knowledgeable about countertops and gave me a price that I was very happy with. The installers were very good even my wife “who is very picky “ had nothing to complain about. They completed the job from me picking out the granite to the final installment of the backsplash “same granite” within the two weeks that I was quoted. I give them my highest score and recommend Avigna Granite highly.

Called them after getting a HUGE estimate from Home Depot. They took my square footage and quoted me a cost. It was thousands less, 4 thousand to be exact. They templated and then installed and the process couldnt have been any smoother. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Avigna has good quality granite. I was able to select the actual slab for my countertop. You can personally see the current selection. Also before cutting the stone I was able to select the location of the cut. Good service and installation.

We chose Avigna Granite World for our kitchen remodeling job, and were very satisfied. They made sure every detail was correct and done the way we wanted. John and Jessica and Jessie were all very good people to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Frustrating process working with Avigna. Sales staff struggled to adequately communicate continually throughout the process, often not responding to emails or phone calls with questions or concerns. Person who measured the template gave different information than sales/installer, pointing to a lack of communication between them and made me less confident in the information I was being given. Installer left removed sink at property (against City of Jacksonville Code), causing me additional headache and need to coordinate with Avigna to have it removed later. Installer was told the granite countertop was 25 sq/ft but I was charged for 30 sq/ft, adding to the already unclear pricing structure Avigna uses (10%-20% overrun on cuts, yet no detailed number was given in final pricing). I fully understand the variability regarding custom cuts and material, but accounting for and detailing that information at the end of the process is critical for customer confidence, which Avigna did not do. I would recommend you look elsewhere, I would not use them again.

Quality product, quick installation, easy to work with.

The cabinets are gorgeous, the granite countertop is beautiful. We had to make a couple of phone calls during the process but the finished product was worth it. Jessica was very, very helpful. The granite installers were amazing. We installed the cabinets but they were delivered on time. Have recommended Avigna to my friends.

Friendly folks and a fair price. They came, measured the cabinets, mocked up the counter tops and installed about 2wks later. Great experience. Its been about 2yrs now since that install and my counter tops are still look beautiful today!!!

I shopped around based on Google and Yelp reviews. Went to Art of Granite and World Stone Imports, and found John Abbot at Avigna to be friendly, knowledgeable, and mostly importantly had the best price for the quartz I wanted. Jorge showed up two days later and made template. Countertops were installed 7 days after that. Was fast, well priced and just a totally pleasant experience, top to bottom. Even got a free sink thrown in from special on their website (so check for specials).
