We picked our quartz kitchen counters here, and I would highly recommend them! We will be back when it’s time to change the bathrooms, for sure. They had the best prices locally and ended up with some of the best customer service I’ve experienced around here — You normally get one or the other.I was a little unsure of how far I wanted the overhang, edge type, etc. Nathan was really knowledgeable and helped me make decisions. He was also a great communicator between both my husband and I.I’m so glad we didn’t go with Lowe’s!

East Coast Granite was fantastic to work with! Nathan was very helpful and listened to all my concerns. He even brought a sample to my house so that I could compare the color I had chosen! Darren Dennis came to measure the counters and did an awesome job! He was so friendly. You could tell he really loved his job. He was very fast and good at it! He really brightened up a rainy day! After the measurements were taken the installers came in just one week! Daniel, Josue and David did an awesome job installing the granite counters. The were very professional and cleaned up everything as the worked! They made sure everything was perfect and that we were pleased with the counters! Highly recommend! I initially had them do two bathroom counters and was so happy with the results, I decided to do my kitchen. Prices are excellent and the professionalism from Nathan (who had a ton of patience with my wife’s questions), to the gentleman who laid out our template, to the installers, was just what you would hope for when making an important upgrade to your home. I wish I had more counters to do!

I loved how quick and smooth the whole process was. Nathan was very patient with me as I changed the granite about three times😬😬. Kostantine was very kind in sending me pictures of the template with my slab so I don’t have to travel all the way over there. The installers were amazing and did a great job installing my stone. The folks at East Coast Granite of Jacksonville were easy to work with. Nathan let me take a lot of time to pick out my granite in the showroom, I still hadnt decided so I drove to Castle Hayne to pick out my slab of granite at the storage lot. Konstantine was extremely patient while I picked out granite in the rain. They even sent me pictures of the layout before they cut to make sure it was the way I wanted. Very quick turn around time. Template was done on a Wednesday and my countertops were installed 2 days later. Thats unheard of around this area. Installation team was amazing and put down drop cloths throughout my house so they didnt get dirt on my floors. They also cleaned up as they worked and left no mess. Extremely polite and professional crew. Entire process was seamless and my countertops are beautiful. Will recommend to everyone I know.

I asked a very specific question regarding the slab of quartz I picked out. He told me Id only pay for what was installed and not the total slabs needed. I asked the question because another company said I had to pay for the total slabs and not the square footage. I asked several times. He assured me that was not the case, only what I use. I said great get me a quote. When I got the quote I had to pay for the entire slab. I asked if I got to keep the extra I wasnt using. They told me no...why would you want it. I said because you want me to pay for it...doesnt matter why I wa ant it. I decided to go with Hoover countertops and n Kinston. They were honest and fast.
