Im a contractor and purchase a lot of my materials there. The guys always take care of me in a timely manner and very, very reasonable prices. My customers are and have always been satisfied with the quality of the material that is purchased from there..

Worst customer service!!! Unhelpful and unwilling to try n help! Take money to another store where they are friendly and willing to help!

After hurricane Florence, I purchased many of my rebuilding materials from this store as well as online. I was assisted by a very competent, jovial and patient online customer service rep. Marcel helped me to complete my measurements step by step and I was able to take pictures to upload directly to him. My floors, cabinets and countertops look amazing!. Great job and thank you Marcel for assisting during a extremely stressful rebuilding process.

These are the slowest ppl ive ever dealt with. I dont mean speed wise i mean mentally challenged. Rude. Unprofessional. And straight up look bums... I will stick with Lowes they are cheaper for new not discontinued material.

Well organized store and helpful employees. After only browsing the catalog I was hesitant about being overwhelmed. Enjoyed browsing all the different aisles.

We are remodeling our entire home. I wont be purchasing our flooring, cabinets or countertops from this business. We received excellent customer service from Home Depot. They were extremely helpful in every area.

When you need help just find some e and they can assist. The prices are ridiculously low but the quality is not bad at all. We got some laminet flooring for some big rooms and pleased with it. The one guy even helped me load it into my vehicle without asking. How cool is that.

Helpful, friendly, not pretty but its a warehouse. they make very clear what they have in stock continuously and what is only on shelves for a short time.

Twice in the last month we have stopped in here looking for cabinets. The first time we waited for 20 minutes for someone to help us. Two employees were busy assisting other customers and all of the other employees were standing around the back of the store talking. We took our business elsewhere and purchased several thousand dollars worth of kitchen cabinets. We ended up spending more but we didn’t want to give our money to a store that could not care less about the customer.Today we stopped in again, hoping customer service had improved. We waited and waited. There were 4 employees standing at the register talking. We stood at the end of the aisle staring at them for 5 minutes. They looked at us and kept talking. I finally had to interrupt the conversation to ask for help. He eventually waddled over and said they didn’t have what we wanted, without even looking for it. If this is franchise owned someone from corporate really needs to pay a surprise visit. Customer service is nonexistent.

Loved it...alittle bit of almost everything...think harbor freight only on a larger scale....in my opinion better way better.

Had them design kitchen, they were given exact measurements they gave us a layout of the kitchen . We made one change with the same size item. Needless to say there design did not fit our space, there the nightmare began, it has been hard to get the items needed to fix what Lenny messed up with the design, had to go to Wilmington 1.5 hours away to get cabinets needed to complete our kitchen. My wife had to exchange a cabinet for a smaller one and Lenny suggested if we had moved studs and vinyl for the exhaust fan above stove his design would have worked, what an option that was. This whole ordeal with surplus warehouse in Jacksonville nc has been a nightmare. Wilmington store staff was great. 2 stars is for good quality cabinets nothing more. Also all of this work to our home was because of hurricane Florance . So if you get them to design anything double check THERE work before you purchase.

The prices at surplus warehouse are fantastic for the quality of product you get. Real wood cabinets, engineered laminate, travertine tile, even real stone countertops at lower prices than Ive seen anywhere else. Service is friendly and the staff is both knowledgeable and helpful.

Customer service is usually great here but today was lacking tremendously. Prices are generally lower here so Ill give them a pass lol. Look for the airforce guy with the poney tail. Hes always guaranteed to answer your questions and make ya smile.

Great place to shop for cabinets, flooring, tiles,etc. For remodeling your house.

Bought a complete kitchen cabinets and countertops for remodel do to hurricane Florence, worked with Lennie and provided them measurements and photos of kitchen lennie provided quotes and 3D drawings for three different types of cabinets lennie was very professional and knowledgeable and made great recommendations to tweak our kitchen. Would work with him and the staff at the Jacksonville location again. It should be noted that I am hard to please because I am a retired structural engineering technician and did design for a living fo 37 years . Thanks lennie for a great job

If you need something they might have it. But why cance it, when you can get all you need elsewhere.But it dosent hurt to look or call and ask.

Prices on website do not match prices in store! Drove a considerable distance to find out the price was false advertising. 5 out of 6 items i planned to buy werent even in stock as the website claims, but, here, we have this stuff thats literally 5x the price... Seems like a bait and switch to me.Also too many employees standing around on cell phones. The one I chased down seemed annoyed that I disturbed his texting.

Have been a bit disappointed with the coastal grey vinyl flooring that I installed. Feels pretty much like a sheet of laminate under your feet which I suppose essentially it became after the back breaking install, that despite the conscientious effort to get it all joining together has still resulted in multiple areas of separation. What compelled me though to review was the transition pieces that I bought. Nearly impossible to find a single straight piece. The employee was fairly uninteresting in the fact that they were selling a faulty transition piece by the fact that he told me to just head to the back and exchange them out. I had to ask him in a rhetorical way “so you want me to just put these back up on the shelf for sale”? Only then did he say to just place them on the counter instead. I’m all about local business support but I can get this type of service with online vendors. Hopefully things improve.
