The store manager Holly is RUDE and refuses to assist customers despite being a corporate store (corporate 800# sent me to THAT STORE to handle the issue). She has a horrible attitude and her staff are mostly incompetent. One employee sold a customer in the store the wrong device (charged them and ALL-- WRONG PHONE). The guy who thought hed help me must have worked there about 2 minutes and was useless. Ive been with Verizon for 15 years. THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE.... worst ever in 15 years.

The gentleman at Verizon helped me with a problem on a phone on AT&T service!With no help or advice from my local AT&T corporate (Jax Beach) store, I asked Verizon.The Verizon representative at this store was knowledgeable and compassionate about my problem. He asked me questions and told me exactly how to handle it!AT&T provided no such help at several locations, and their corporate store, in Jacksonville Beach, employee was on the line between smug and rude.Having service from both carriers, Verizon gives me a better signal and professionalism.

I went there on February 10 because my iPhone 7 was not working properly. The tech support personnel that assist me was upset because he couldn’t sell me a new iPhone all I need was my phone update and a new SIMS card. I was in there for about 3 hours and still didn’t get a new SIMS card. I over heard him on the phone stating he needs a new job because he can’t make any money here. And all I need is to have my phone reset. Before I left I reminded him about the SIMS card and his response your SIMS card is fine. Well I just wanted to let Everyone know my SIMS card wasn’t Okay. I went to another store that helped me and my SIMS card was messed up. I will never come back to this place again.

Ive been with Verizon for almost 7 years now. Never have I had the experience Ive had on the last 2 days at this store! A guy name John was very helpful! I wish I could give this guy 8-10 stars not just 5!Update: had to go back in because something happened in the system and it didnt activate my new phone.. anyways Tony was extremely helpful getting it resolved!! And John came back over to check on me to make sure everything was taking care of! Very good customer service here!

Went into a store who said they were Verizon on Atlantic near beaches but got the worst experience. I just need a new phone since my old one stopped working. First of all why isn’t there a sign that says they are a franchise???? And why is there a setup fee to transfer my information ??? I went into the Verizon at the town center and they were SO SO SO helpful. They listened to all my questions regarding my new phone and I now feel way more comfortable using it. John and Tony both went out of their way to assist me and even offered a chair Before asking when I was getting tired of standing. I will recommend them to all my friend and family.

I had the worst experience at this store. Yes, I got a new phone. But the lady who helped me did not complete the transaction (she forgot to hit “complete”) and I wasn’t allowed to stay in the store to set up my phone because of a policy that has been put in place due to COVID. I even asked if she could help me. There was no one waiting behind me, or outside the store, so she could of taken 5 minutes to help me with the activation of my phone. When I got home and tried to set up my phone, it didn’t work. And then my phone had to be activated at another store but by then, the process kicked my ICloud into this “restore” process and I don’t have access to my iCloud (contacts, apps, pictures, you name it I can’t get it) for 14 days. All because the lady wasn’t aware she had not set up my account. I tried to call and discuss this with someone at the store but this is a cooperate store and there is no way to talk to anyone at this store. You have to go up there in person. I’ve wasted so much time and anger. So if you encounter Lakan Willikins there, ask for another person to help.

I came in with a freshly cracked iPhone X looking to order a lightly used iPhone X for about $479, but Alexis was great and told me about the sale going on for the holidays so I can get the iPhone XS brand new for only $20 more! I visited the Jacksonville/St.Johns Town Center Branch and I had an excellent experience. Customer service was top-notch. My sales rep, a Mr. Thomas Bube solved a data transfer issue I was having with the Google Pixel phone I purchased. He made sure that all my downloads and pics were successfully transferred from my old LG V20 phone to my new Google Pixel Phone I purchased from him last week. I will definitely be giving this Branch more business in the future.

I went to this store today for something that was simple but it was an excellent experience. I have to give a shout out to Terrence who helped me out, although I was just there to get a new SIM Card I felt very appreciated as a customer. Terrence was personable, friendly and very down to earth. Me and my wife had a terrible experience with one of those authorized retailer places because they are shady, and now with any future Verizon purchase, I will make sure we go to this store. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. The ‘manager’ Marc was very obnoxious and argumentative. They mislead me about a $200 gift card that I wasn’t even eligible for. This was done to get me back in the store so I could bring them my girlfriend’s business from AT&T.When I called the general manager Norma Morales, she just ended up stalling me for a day. I have called their corporate office and attempted to contact the regional manager.I will be leaving Verizon for good over this horrible experience and taking at least two to eleven other Verizon customers over to another phone carrier.

I was getting frustrated with my phone and issues I was having and as soon as I walked in I was greeted at the door and help instantly! Always have had helpful people here. I usually che k thing out in person and order online as prices seem to be expensive. Other disadvantage is returns can only been redeemed for store credit. I was disappointed when I found this out. It lead to getting an external battery pack, which has actually been handy despite being more than I cared for it to cost... What else was I going to do with the credit?! Anyway, I digress... Good store, corporate, and nice staff.

We were helped by a man named Lucian who was EXTREMELY helpful and to the point. We went to Apple where they completely destroyed my boyfriends phone and made it unable to turn on, then they handed it right back to us and said sorry we can’t fix it. They broke it more then it was before!!!! Lucian simply said, “that’s rediculous and I’ll ship you a new phone, you’ll have it by tomorrow” in and out within 10 minutes. 5 stars

They keep it real with you :) Switching from Sprint was very easy, I wanted a 256 GB iPhone, and they were not in stock, and instead of pressuring me into buying a different phone there, the employees happily said to run to the Apple store and get what I needed while they were transferring my sim data. As soon as I got back, everything was in place, and everything worked perfectly. Verizon mobile service and customer service at this location is top notch. Thank you for the wonderful time in the store, and I appreciate the transparency of the model.Ps. Avoid on weekends during the evening, can definitely get crowded. Weekdays are really nice.

Ive stayed with Verizon for many years and it hasnt always been easy but after today, I finally give up. They may have good coverage, but that is the worst customer service on the planet. I went in the store because the customer service online and over-the-phone is so horrific, but the experience at the store was just as bad. I hate to start shopping for a new phone service, havent had to do that in a long long time, but I cannot stick with this horrible company another day.

I went into the store to return a case. The store was pretty busy at the time so I was being patient. The guy who checked me in eventually asked one of the other guys to help me because I had been waiting about 15 minutes. Marc asked what I needed help with. I told him that I just wanted to return a case I bought. He said ok. Then a co-worker came up and asked him for help with a case. He decided to help him for another 10 minutes which made me mad. The customer is always more important so he should have told his co-worker to hold on instead of making me wait longer. I was not a pleased customer when I left the store.

We purchased a bundle. An item was missing from our bag. Called immediately and was told they would ship it to us. After a few days we called to say it was not received. Whoops...they forgot to mail it. We said we would be there the next morning in person to pick it up. It took 45 minutes to get our one item. Had trouble 3rd time with Motorola Droid Turbo 2 phone. Loved features especially for disabled people like myself user friendly. Took get help transfer saved Cloud items and other items to new phone. I had to call tech service too. Store rep very friendly and helpful. I called spoke with Tech Service Mgr. She was the BEST. Helped me with all issues finally got resolution. Ive been a VERY loyal customer since Verizons start when they bought out GTE in 1996. Our entire family, late husbands company drivers had Verizon phones and lines. So I was ready to change with 3 Turbo phones same issues but once few issues resolved, new phone Moto Z3 is AWESOME so far. Highly recommend. Great night pics, in dark inside too sharp crystal clear have increased GB..too more storage. Love hand features like twist for selfie then back. Chop for flashlight much more incl Moto Voice commands. Thank you Verizon espec acknowlging my decades of loyalty.

We purchased two brand-new iPhone 7s and two cases and screen protectors to go along. The sales associate told us we could return either product if we were not happy with it. After less than two weeks of ownership the side of the screen protector had cracked. It also never fully adhered to the screen, even though the sales associate was the one who put it on in the store. When we tried to return the poorly performing product, we were told that it was impossible, since it was used. Poor customer service to not provide assistance for a defective product, ON TOP of being dishonest about product returns.

Went to pick up iPhone 8+ I bought online. Manager couldnt find order at first, and when he did, he made me wait over 25 minutes for the 10 minute safe to open so he could retrieve my phone. Condescending, wimpy manager who messed up the safes time lock got upset I used a curse word out of frustration, and threatened to cancel my order and ask me to leave if I said another. I said another to his face and left. Got the phone from another VW store... And $30 credit for the inconvenience experienced at the store. 15+ year Verizon customer.

I’ve worked with three sales associates at this store and could not be more pleased (besides the manager Ian). My first experience at this store was with Ariel. Ariel sold me on moving from Sprint to Verizon based on coverage (not to mention her great customer service). My second consultation was with Matt. Matt was awesome and guided me through the transition of keeping my old Sprint number, upgrading my iphone, and placing my order. My third session was with Alexis. Alexis helped me with the new phone, a phone case, and finalizing my change over with ease. I asked her about the iwatch 3. She showed me watch features, benefits, and how the iwatch will fit my everyday needs. As I was preparing to buy the watch, a manager named Ian (who was in front of and working with another customer) very rudely and callously confronted me to tell me “she works off commission and she is trying to close you”. I was taken back quite a bit and had to leave at that point. I came back the next morning and was lucky that Alexis was working and I purchased the watch in a much more pleasant environment.

As soon as our device paid off all of sudden both of our Iphone 7+ locked up freeze and can not do a damned thing with it, techs support is useless, spent hours using my land line trying to resolves the issues, phone still down, attempted to call the store for assistance, can not got a hold of anybody, they just do not answer the phone, very frustrated, I will not own an Iphones again, Apple are no-longer our go to phone, Samsung is going get a new customers..

Bought a very overpriced and VERY low quality screen protector for my galaxy s8 and it was put on in store. I could barely use the touch screen and the screen protector cracked the day after I bought it just from me wiping the screen. Then, it straight up just fell off and they wouldnt take it back because of the crack.
