Jennifer and her manager were amazing! They helped me 100% and were extremely patient with me and my children. Lastly, she made sure to provide every aide possible to make our phones affordable. Cricket will always be my family and I phone providers just based off of the outstanding customer service I always receive.

Avoid!!!! Absolutely awful service now. I have been buying phones and accessories from this location since 2015. I got hustled into buying a new phone and this $40 dollar tempered glass. The 2nd day I had the phone the Tempered glass cracked and cracked my screen. Had to argue with the new guy to replace just the temepered glass. 3 days later the the new 40 dollar temper glass cracked just from falling under my seat and shattered my glass. Come to find out this glass is 4.99 on all sites. Now Im contacting coorporate and whoever else I can. They need to be made aware of this fraud. I want my new phone replaced. Im in the system so you know its all facts. The same store with a hustler running it now. Avoid!!!! More photos coming soon.

Asseel gave awesome customer service on a busy Saturday morning. Very honest, helpful, and caring customer service.

I just moved to Jacksonville to start a new job. My iPhone X completely malfunctioned the day I moved and I had get a phone for communication and routing purposes. I spoke with both Jimmy and Asseel and they were both beyond fantastic. They helped me set up an iPhone 6s momentarily until I could find someone from a separate store to repair my iPhone X. After two days, I came back to return the 6s. My X still wasnt working correctly after somebody from a separate store attempted to fix it. Jimmy took a look at the iPhone X and fixed an internal problem that wasnt recognized by the other repair company. The phone was practically brand new. Their 7 day return policy worked out really well. This is the first time Ive ever written a review online but these two especially deserve high praise. I made it clear I just moved to a new city and they even helped me with directions for a few items I needed for my computer. They saved me from a nightmare moving to a new city and provided the best customer service Ive seen to date. Thank you Jimmy, Asseel and Cricket!

I walked into this store an hour before they closed. I was tiered and frustrated because I needed a new phone. I was pleasantly greeted by Avery & Stephen, after telling them what happened, what I needed, they went strait to work. They where extremely helpful and delightful, not to mention patient. We were having difficulties with getting my number changed from my previous network. They stayed open an hour latter with excellent customer service to make sure I got my phone that night. These two men are examples of what real customer service should be. If you want great service and knowledgeable people I would recommend this store. I had such a good experience I made sure to tell anyone looking for a new phone to come to this store.

Worse experience ever!! I will never use cricket again and considering canceling any at&t, DirecTV or any affiliate service i have. I went in the store today with my own unlocked phone. After paying 70+ dollars in fees the phone still didnt work properly. i had to return back to work they said itll be fine it just has to update. By the time i got off i was still getting an error and had to return After about an hour of them running updates and calling tech the finally said it wouldnt work on their service properly. i said ok Ill buy one of your phones if you would transfer my cost earlier that day to the new phone they wouldnt do that. So not only am i out of the money i paid this morning which is no refundable but now i have to spend even more money to use your service. i just wanted to be made whole. They wanted to discount activation. I spoke with a gentleman named nikko he was unhelpful. His solutions reguired me to bend on my part but none on theres. I ended up cancelling my service with them. If that money means thay much to them they can keep it. They will never get another dime from me and i will tell everyone not to use them ever. A 1 rating is too good Id rather give them a zero. The gentleman that originally set up the phone didnt do it properly he was concerned about upselling me on the plans. Never again.

I went to two other Cricket Wireless locations in Jacksonville looking for a special that was posted on the corporate website. Both managers said they were sold out and they could not help me at all. Basically turned me away and tried to upsell me to a different deal for more money. I felt like bait and switch until I walked into the Southside store and met Stephen. He smiled and said, We can help you. Yes, we are sold out in the store, but there is another way to get you this deal. So within 72 hours I had the phone I wanted, the service I wanted and the deal I wanted. PLEASE see Stephen if you want the absolute best help, service and courtesy out there. I wish I could shake his parents hand and tell then what a good job they did raising their son!

I like Cricket but this particular store and its personal leave alot to be desired. They couldnt help me with a usb-c to a charging cable. They tried to tell me that Cricket phones dont use that cable. I purchased my phone from that store and it uses a usb-c to a cable. I had to go to T-Mobile to get a charging cable for my Cricket phone. I highly recommend you use another Cricket store.

Walked in here and felt extremely unwelcome. It was about an hour before close but the phones I would look at were almost all turned off already for the night. The lady who approached us made us feel like an inconvenience, so we left. The other Southside location deserves 10/5*s.
