Ive called this place before many times and only got one call back. I went in to see about a simple repair and was quoted $85, I fixed it myself in 30 minutes for $8. I have not gone back because it never seems to be open with any consistency. I took my grandsons phone over yesterday and they were not open so I walked next door to Metro and bought a new one.

Disaster with the specific store. I went here once years ago to get my screen fixed and it was great. I Damaged my new phone and it went from bad to worse here. He was going to replace the back and front glass of my phone. He said he has done this repair plenty of times on iphones but when he completed it he completely apple locked my phone and I could not get it past reboot loading screen. He offered to help but got nothing accomplished. The physical screen was also moving; and when I told him he said oh and I had to ask him to fix that again. Very little communication during all this and took weeks to get from him being confident to ruining my phone. He said he would call me but I always had to call for updates. Eventually when he admitted defeat and that my phone was eventually worthless he was going to give me a deal and take $30 off the $300 repair. I told him that I would rather him just put on my broken screen and backing again and be on my way but he said he already threw the original pieces away (who does that until they know everything works). So I said I will get back to him in a few days and when I showed up at the store he said he never heard from me and disassembled my phone. offered to give me my parts in a bag and keep my $50 deposit. Terrible human with little self awareness when he messes up.Edit to owners response: you have fixed one not multiple phone years ago for me and we have been very polite with eachother at all times until you apple locked my phone and refused to admit that. Shock damage or not the phone was only physucally damaged not the software until you did anything. I had to call you weekly for updates and by the third week i called when you admittted defeat i said let me get back to you on paying. What happens? You claim you never heard from me amd tell me my phone is in a baggy all taken apart. Why would anyone pay for a phone they cant use?

I called to request a quote, as I have been calling many phone repair shops in Jacksonville. I asked for a quote on a screen replacement for a galaxy note 10 plus. He immediately told me that I would have to bring it by in order to tell me a price. That isn’t good service at all! I live 45 minutes away. They were the ONLY shop to tell me that, yet pushing away business. I felt like I was disturbing whatever they had going on because he didn’t have the time to spare with a potential customer and search a price based off the phone, like every other shop managed to do. Treat every customer as if they were spending $1,000,000 with you. The way this business blew me off was completely unacceptable!UPDATE!!The person I spoke to did not give me the opportunity to even ask 5 times! It disturbs me how this business had the nerve to come on here saying they told me 5 times, then try to make me look like a difficult customer! It’s the same thing they do to EVERY one star review they receive! It’s a pattern that they do not know how to accept criticism for the sake of better customer service! The way DAVE or DAVID spoke to me with such disregard and carelessness of my concerns, better show their lack of customer service and places into question the trust of this business. My boyfriend screen was cracked and he went in for a repair today got the repair everything was cheap and it was fine and everything looked ok they fixed the screen but now there are problems with the phone ! This is a brand new iPhone he got it about 6 months ago. And now ever since the repair his camera does not work at all the flashlight does not work anymore .. I rate their service a 2. This is ridiculous though. He left with more problems than he came in with!!

I brought my IPhone XR here to get the back screen replaced. This was my first time ever coming to a phone repair shop. He fixed my screen in a couple of hours, the first couple of days were okay and everything seemed fine. All of a sudden, I get a notification that says my iPhone battery was not genuine, and from there on my phone began cutting off, and later that night it cut off and didn’t come back on. The next day, I took my phone to a different shop because I did not know what to expect from this guy, my phone didn’t work anymore. I brought it to UbreakIfix and they changed the battery in less than 30 mins. They showed me the other battery and said the guy from this place had no business touching the battery since he was only doing a back glass replace, they said he didn’t use adhesive to glue the battery back on and the battery was not secure. He mixed my words up and tried to blame the other phone place for my battery issue, but he was the first phone repair shop I had ever been to, the only reason I went to UbreakIfix is because my phone would no longer come on after visiting this place. Again, sorry to leave the bad review but come on don’t try to tell me that the battery issue is because of something else when you’re the first person I brought the phone to. I have never taken it anywhere else, when the battery notification appeared, my phone began cutting off, this had nothing to do with any other place because this is the only phone place I had gone to. My phone kept cutting off and wouldn’t come back on, in result to this I took my phone to a different place and that’s when they said I needed a new battery because the current battery had been mishandled, they even showed me what the battery looked like, it had no glue on it at all. UbreakIfix also said there wasn’t any wire problems In my phone.

I used to go to a phone repair shop at the beach... the guy there butchered the inside of my phone when he replaced to screen a year or so ago.
