Very reputable cell phone repair shop, they are knowledgeable and very proficient in this field of work. Brought my phone in with a cracked screen and the screen was replaced in under an hour. Customer service is unbeatable. Also they were the cheapest quoted price in town. If I have any more cell phone issues I will be coming back to cell phones plus!

Dropped off an iPhone 6 yesterday with a cracked screen and display and got it back before the end of the day. The phone was in hardly working condition and when I got it back was pretty much fully functional. Very satisfied with the whole experience and would definitely recommend coming here for any phone repairs.

I had a Motorola Droid that had a smashed screen only. I took it to Cell Phone Plus to be replaced on a Saturday. The part was in stock, so I didnt quite understand why I had to pay the total cost of repair ($214) up front before receiving my repaired phone back. However, I really wanted the phone fixed, so I paid in advance reluctantly. My phone was ready for pick up the following Monday first thing. So the speed of getting it back was good. But after receiving my phone, I noticed that the back was chipped in several places and one spot was pretty bad. I immediately reported it to the lady inside. She stated she didnt notice it and stated the technician was not in right now. I told her this is why I dont think you guys should ask for the total repair costs up front because of situations like this. Now I feel that I brought my phone in for one problem only to leave out with another problem that was not even my fault. She took my name and number but I doubt if I will get any type of reimbursement or even a call back. So to say Im completely satisfied, I cannot. I feel that whomever worked on my phone knew what they did and should have owned up to it before I even noticed it and I would not be feeling like I got ripped off really.

I went in for a screen replacement and later found out I had a broken microphone as well, that would explain why sometimes people could not hear me. This place is awesome! I bought a Verizon Samsung Note 4 that works great. The best part was, there is a warranty so I didnt have to worry about the phone being stolen or not working, which has happened to me on Craigslist before. I would definitely recommend buying a phone here instead of from a stranger.

I came to Cell Phones Plus to replace the broken screen on my Droid Maxx. The screen they ordered to fix my phone was faulty and started to separate from my phone within a few days. Cell Phones Plus reached out to me to check up on the performance of my phone and I explained to them the situation. They immediately invited me to stop by the shop and ordered another part and fixed my phone. It is now operating good as new. Good customer service!

We moved to Jacksonville 12 years ago and have never used a service other than Cell Phones Plus because we have never needed to! We have purchased all our phones there. Which is actually not a lot of phones because the used phones we purchase are in such great shape and under their store warranty. The tech becomes obsolete before their phones wear out. The store is always clean and the staff friendly and happy to answer questions. Went in for a repair on my Note 5. Screen replacement, rear replacement, and camera replacement.I noted that I wanted a gold replacement, but if not, was very specific that I did NOT want white. Was told the repair would take a week.13 days later, I have a new rear and front screen, the camera was NOT replaced and is still broken, or the part they installed is defective, they installed the new parts with the one color I specified I did not want.. Cant understand why they would make the call to install something I specifically requested them not too..Very disappointed, will be returning tomorrow to address the issues.Phone was returned to me in dirty condition, and the loaner they provided me constantly deposited small shards of glass into my pocket because of its broken screen. Yikes! Should of just purchased a refurbished phone online and saved myself the drama. Basically I have paid 350$ for the purposefull installation of the wrong/lack of parts.Edit; Went in to the store, the lady agreed that I did in fact ask and pay for the camera replacement, showed me it writting on the purchase order. Was told someone would call me. Nobody called, I called them and was told I never asked for it to be replaced, I need to speak with the owner. Will most likely take to small claims court after I am told to go screw myself yet again.I would be extremely careful dealing with this company, reviews on other sites show similar claims.Edit: Was almost in an altercation with an employee, told more or less that the entire ordeal was my fault Youre the one who broke the phone man and that Ive been a real jerk too everyone in here., even though Ive been nothing but cordial about the entire ordeal this entire time, never raised my voice, not a thing. Avoid like the plague.
