NEVER, I REPEAT NEVER DROP YOUR DRONE OFF TO THIS PLACE. My drone sat in this guys shop for 2 months! How ridiculous is that?! Ive shipped my drone off to the manufacture and had it back within 2 weeks. When I found the time to go pick up my drone, it was promptly given to me and after inquiring about the progress, I was told “I never got a chance to order the part.” This is the worst business practice I’ve ever come across in my entire life. Please save yourself from a bogus initial inspection fee and the wait of a lifetime to get your device fixed.

If you know my reviews youll know I never give 5stars unless its absolutely perfect which is hard to attain. Unlike me, people dont pay attention to their surroundings nor do they give detailed reviews which means they dont really care to take the time to actually put in effort to make this world a better place. The world will not change one iota without extreme considerations of courage!○Theyre very reasonably priced.The only issues I had are The place is a bit messy but its a working business. Perhaps some divider walls (even half walls) or folding (accordion) walls would help.The biggest, & most alarming, issue is the Nail salon next door vented their glued nonsense scent into this facility making it hard to breathe clean air.->TO OTHER PEOPLE:->Phone etiquette could be better but if you need coddled then people need to really grow up. Nothing is personal, just get your info & go! Now, if you were asking an attorney to describe the services he provides then Id expect a little more sauce. Its a repair service, people. Not your wetnurse or your sandwich maker. Get a life.

I am extremely happy with the service I got at the Source. I brought my DJI Phantom Professional drone in. I was told by a tech at another store that they could not even look at it for a month. I called the Source. They told me they could look at it that day. Within a couple hours I got a call they had already resolved 2 problems the only thing left was the compass wasnt working. I ordered the compass and brought it to him today. A couple hours later he called me to pick it up. The drone is now fixed. I thought I was going to have to buy a new drone. For a very reasonable fee the drone was back up in the air. Within a few days I have my drone back. I will recommend all of my friends to the Source!!Thank youClay

Brought in a Roland Spd- S Drum sampling pad that only worked with a consistent “humming” noise. After a quick turnaround time at The Source, it works like new, and sounds great. I brought my Phantom 4 drone in for diagnosis and repair due to a Camera Sensor Warning. Expert, timely repair is what I got, so I’ll be back for future repairs, though hopefully not too soon. Very knowledgeable staff and I didn’t feel like I got raked over the coals.

Poor phone etiquette, I called to get a price on an iPhone 8 screen repair and the guy answers the phone with a “what?” then takes a huff while he checks. Rule number one, running a business is that first impressions are important in the customers experience.

My mother had her iPhone 6 battery replaced and her phone is working well again. Then I had my iPad charging port fixed and it’s charging again. Service was very efficient, fast, and reasonably priced. I will refer my friends to The Source.

I crashed my drone which broke a part of the camera assembly. The Source did a great job in repairing it quickly (two days ahead of an already aggressive schedule) and skillfully at a very reasonable price. Not that I look forward to another crash, but when I do I am glad The Source will be there to fix what’s broken.

Hands down, fantastic, I came in with a simple but complicated problems -- a stripped screw that was stopping me from removing and replacing my hard drive. Fadi (the owner) has wonderful customer service and easily removed the screw and the hard drive for me. I cannot thank him enough, and now my laptop is up and running wonderfully again. Took my iPhone to get the front and back screen replaced. Didnt walk in until about 20 minutes before closing. They stayed open and extra 35 minutes just to fix my phone. Talked to me and walked me through the whole procedure while he was fixing it. Never spoke a bad word about his competitors, even replaced a few missing screws he found in the process. Excellent service and now that I know they sell music equipment I will DEFINITELY be going back.

Listen I went in looking for my phone to be dropped off and to be charged an arm and a leg for my Iphone 6 pluse screen being cracked. When I tell you the service was quick and easy and not expensive at all. There was another customer in front of me and even with him being service the time was still less then an hour to get his and my phone repaired. The store has several other services that I going to benefit from with the sound equipment. Ive already referred several others I know who are having issues with there phone but dont really have the time to waste getting it fixed and being charged an arm and two legs.
