Absolutely the best service Ive received in a long time. Went there with my mom to help her get a new iPhone. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and knowledgeable. Set us up quickly and made everything easy to understand. Great service!

I like shopping at Walmart but they never have enough Cashiers on duty. And the lines are always too long. So this is why Im giving them an 3 stars.

Ally listened to what I was looking for in a phone, and recommended one that I hadnt even heard of...and I absolutely love it!Naturally, I needed a case for my new phone. Ally recommended a Gear4 case, and I was really skeptical to use such a thin case because I am so clumsy, but I went with it and I am so glad I did! It is amazing!Needless to say, I highly recommend this store and will purchase all of my accessories from here!

I moved away from Jacksonville back in Dec 2011. However, today (Nov 15, 2017), I get an unsolicited text spam message from Mobilized, Inc reminding me I have an upgrade available (which is true) and asking what model I was looking at. I will acknowledge that when I pointed out their error, they promptly apologized for the intrusion, but this mistake on their part raises concerns for me as to what data they are harvesting from Verizon into other systems.

I love starbucks in Jacksonville Arkansas they almost always get my drink perfect (depends on the brista) if they know me its great. They all are very nice and respectful.

Go to an actual Verizon store. This place has has been a nightmare for me on two different occasions. Misinformed us the first time and didnt complete the changes on our account both times. Its pretty bad when the customer has more knowledge about the plans offered than the staff. Ive been with Verizon for over twenty five years and I will make sure I spend the extra time to go to North Little Rock to a REAL store for help from now on.
