These guys are amazing! Couldn’t get a charger in my phone turns out a piece had broken off! They took out the piece and now my phone is charging again! They also explained the difference in cords and why to use the ones that actually go with the phone and not gas station cords.

They worked on my phone and it was fast. I will be coming back when I mess up my phone again

Fixed my Apple Watch fast and easy. One store said it would cost me 200 to fix it and the guy here told me they’re trying to bamboozle me, it was an adhesive screen protector that cracked and he took care of it quick. Got my iPhone screen replaced here. Brightness is not near what it was. Screen flickers . Vibration causes rattling inside phone . Went back to get it fixed and was met with multiple excuses for them not to make it right . Wouldn’t recommend this place .

Contacted them to ask if they had the screen for my phone they told me yes they could have it done that day. When I went to the store I was told they infact didnt have it and Id have to wait a couple days. Lied for no reason at all so frustrating

This place is horrible. Yesterday I bought two iPhone Max cases and mine broke today. So I went back to exchange it and was told that it would be $5. He told me I shouldn’t have broke it. He keeps them in the case and has no problems with them. They were very rude and needles to say I was not paying $5 for another case when I just spent $20 on each one yesterday. I even had my receipt. SO I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.

Another store in town told me it would take 3 hours, Ashton had my phone ready for me before I made the walk back from Chic-Fil-a.

I took my phone to this place last week and they said that they could see what they could do about my logic board going out. I came back to get my iPhone and they charged me for the phone and it wasn’t fixed but i still had to pay the price. A friend told me that they didn’t do anything about her iCloud being locked and she still had to pay even though they didn’t fix her issues.

Took them my phone to charge it because it wasnt working on my charger he showed me the phone was charging asked for longer charge to check it my self the guy agreed came back from shopping this guy repaired. My phone with out my permission charged me $160 got home 50 miles away phone still messed up went back he claimed to fix as of today still broken took my money without a problem gizmos in goldsboro is wayyy cheaper and better i really want my money back from these guys really thinking on court

Took my phone in on the 6th. Told me it would be about 20 mins. Came back and they said they had to order a screen and it would be ready by the 12th. Came back on the 12th and it still was not ready. Here it is the 16th and Im still without a phone!
