I had part of my laptop come apart so I brought it in. They were quick to diagnose, offered me a few different solutions and talked me through each process. I was extremely comfortable leaving my laptop in their hands! I also managed to lock the keys in my vehicle while I was there and they were nice enough to let me stay with them for over an hour until help came. They are truly great people! They have my business for life.

Id give a zero if possible. Went into the store and bought a phone for $350 a month ago. Went in today to try to sale it back to them because I didnt want it. They refused to take it. Ive had multiple phones through them that have messed up soon after purchase. They offer no type of refund. Avoid this business like the plague. These people are crooked.

We have been previous customers but no longer will be doing business with this place . Poor customer service ! The guy obviously doesnt take care of the customer that is there first . We waited way to long for an issue that should of already been taken care of before we bought the phone . I understand you dont want to loose a dollar but you need to take of the customer thats standing right in front of you . Or be courteous enough to say something.! Phones are tablets are way over priced! Very disappointed with this guy.

Wireless solutions is the best! They are so helpful and very reasonably priced! Lance is so sweet and stays on top of letting you know what is going on with your device. Much more helpful than microsoft could ever dream of being! We have also had multiple phone screens fixed thru them and they are so efficient and get the product back to you quickly. They even deliver within a reasonable difference! I will never go anywhere else!

I broke my phone at work a few days ago and needed to have the screen fixed so I searched online where to go.I was disappointed to see that many reviews of different shops in the area were almost word for word copy pasted to several repair shops across the country and how many of these people apperantly travel the US in search of services. *sarcasm*. (Its easy to see, you just click on the reviewers name).I just didnt feel comfortable choosing a shop that had SO many reviews that were obviously not genuine.Thats why I chose wireless solutions instead.I really appreciate how straight forward Lance and Ally were and they have made a lifetime customer out of me with their upfront and caring attitude.Keep up the good work and know that there are still people who appreciate honesty and integrity.

Friendly staff however the minor problem I had...excuse me have was never corrected with NO REFUND. My phone went swimming the other day so I took my phone to another shop out of town to try and fix it. Spent $150 and it didnt even fix the issues. Called Wireless Solutions and they were extremely helpful over the phone so I decided to give them a shot, they seemed to think they could fix it. Dropped it off and they walked me through the Water damage treatment process, and I already felt like they knew what they were doing. Really wish I would have gone there first!
