Went into the Base Exchange today for my husband to get a hair cut. While I was waiting I talked to Jacob about my Verizon services. He took a look at my account and found a better plan for less, saving me quite a bit of money. After seeing what phones we were currently using, he was able to find us an upgrade that will greatly help with the needs of job related necessities. He was very helpful and informative. He was very easy to talk to and listened to our needs and requests. He got us the best value for our needs and wants. He exceeded all customer services expectations and will have all my business.

There were two gentlemen manning the mobile center outside the BX entrance. The youngest was respectful, knowledgeable and very helpful. The older associate was rude, obviously didn’t know cell phones and not helpful at all. I took my business to AT&T in Jacksonville where I bought two mobile phones. They were amazing!
