If I could give them more stars, I would. This week I got a tow hitch installed on my GMC Terrain at Moore Buick GMC and I’ve got to brag about their parts and service departments. John, Walt and the new lady in parts are all resourceful and efficient. I never feel like my time is being wasted. They are very good at their job. They even ordered me a rubber cargo mat that perfectly fits my car, it even fits the split seats! The service department installed them both quickly and the workmanship was excellent. So I had John order me some tires for my truck too, which were done in 30 minutes and they were cheaper than the local tire shop quoted me for the same tires. Thank you guys for your quality service every single visit!!!
Everyone there is very nice and receptive. I worked with Steve Taylor for my purchase....he it totally awesome and went above and beyond for me. I can definitely say the same for Dakota & Derrick in the service department!!! Outstanding group of people to come into contact with!!
My buying experience at Moore was one of the best, if not the best I have ever had. The salesman, Clinton Foye was extremely knowledgeable and communicated my trade in cars value strongly to management. The facility is immaculate and the personnel were dressed in a professional manner and conducted business in a no nonsense way. There was absolutely no high pressure sales pitch and I will most definitely buy from Moore again!
I just love the service dept. at Moores they are great. I hear others complain about something as simple as an oil change and I tell them if they went to Moores they wouldnt be having these problems. Moores is where I bought the truck and it is where I will take if for service. Derrick is great and always works with me on anything.

When I drove up to Moore Buick in Jacksonville NC there were 4 salesmen right in front of the showroom. I didnt have to wait for help. The first one that talked to me was very helpful. He listened to what I wanted and solved my problem. I had been looking for an GMC Acadia for over a month. I couldnt find any new ones or used ones with less than 10,000 miles. The salesman found me a new Acadia and I drove it home that very day.Im very pleased with all that the Moore Buick staff did to make my experience with them flawless.

I had and issue with my truck not starting. i called will and he had the service manager call me back right away. in the mean time the struck started and derrick said bring it right down and they got it back to a tech. the took good care of this issue. And for that i am thankful.

This appointment was as a result of the last one to get further service which could not be performed during the past appointment. (speaking vaguely but this was why I came back). Moore Buick has blown my expectations out of the water. I’m a local to Jacksonville, so buying from a local dealer was scary to me... due to the myths about pricing being high due to military. They took excellent care of me. The service department was AMAZING . Like I literally can’t believe I got top of the line service for a fraction of the price that I would’ve paid elsewhere. Wonderful, my car was purchased from Moore Buick GMC. I have a 2012 Acadia, it was not driving as it always had. I could not tell theservice person, I heard or whatever. So I left the car with the servicegroup. When I got it back, it was so much better. some work was done to the car. .But, I was very, very pleased with the change the service shop had made with my car. It needs a little more, but you can believe its will be worked on at Moore Buick GMC Jacksonville NC.
The experience was faster than I expected, which was great as I waited with my three year old daughter. The waiting area was clean and presentable. My service manager check on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

I was very disappointed this time. I have been having my oil changes and inspections done at your facility for 3 years and this time it was a disaster. I scheduled the appointment for an oil change and inspection, I purposely waited until after May 1 so I could do the inspection and not have to leave work twice. I arrived at 8:45 am for my 9 am appointment. I was greeted, I handed over my keys and I was asked about my registration. I showed him it was in the center console. 2 hours later I was called out because they were finished. While checking out, the bill was cheaper than expected and I realized they did not do the inspection. Brittany told me she was sorry it wasnt scheduled for that, but it would only take a few minutes and they could do it. I told her no, I was already here for 2 hours and I needed to get back. I was very frustrated.
After the sale terrible service. they were supposed to clean my used car up and fill up the gas tank, they did neither. I took it back for detailing the second time and it still did not meet my specifications. Door jams were still dirty, didnt look like they cleaned it and it didnt even have a clean car smell. Now I find out the car had the wrong kind of battery in it, which can damage the alternator, so now they are saying they are not responsible even though I got an extended warranty. They lure you in nicely but once you buy the car the good service decreases. I will never buy from here again!

Tony in the service department(I think its the service dept) was awesome. Althoygh I bugged him daily about my tire for my GMC Terrain, he was very professional and stayed on the issue on getting my tire for my car. The tire did not arrive until almost three weeks later but he found me a used tire that I was able to use for my car until my new one arrived

This dealership went above what was expected. I live 800 miles away and had car issues. The team at Moore’s took care of me as if I was a lifetime customer. I own a 2021 Yukon Denali and have had issues from purchase. They finally resolved the problem and had my car ready to go in 2 days as I was on a time crunch. They should be commended for their service and dedication by GM - My vehicle had a case and was close to buyback and they took the time to resolve the problem. Sincerely I would hope someone would reach out to Anthony and Scott in particular as they deserve to be recognized for the dedication they show to the customer.

Not great. Never going back. Came in to get oil change, ended up getting a state inspection to. Got failed. It’s a brand new truck. Then I end up needing a tire Becuase it’s got a nail in it and they can’t fix it. They tell me to come in next day to get new tire on, I come in get checked in and everything then they come in and inform me that tire truck didn’t come, and for me to come back the next day. I come back the next day luckily they had the tire. But I got no phone call or anything to give me heads up not to come. I drove to dealership 3 days in a row. I live almost in richlands and wasted my gas for nothing.
Basic service was excellent. the issue with my collision detectors was as we already knew the front harness is reversed . However I was charged approx. $120 to diagnose what we already knew ???

Additionally, we traded a vehicle that is still tied to our son-in-law living in Delaware, so this became cumbersome to complete this transaction. I can tell you one thing that is a fact. I My review is double sided because I had really friendly, accommodating service when I purchased my vehicle online 6 months ago. They even delivered it to my house 75 miles away. I never even had to visit the dealership. Everyone that I talked with was very nice. Imagine my disappointment when we came in for our complimentary oil change 6 months later when we didn’t even rate a Good Morning” from anyone we came in contact with inspite of my husband who is always friendly trying to start a conversation . No one told us where to wait, we figured it out ourselves. Maybe it’s just the service department, but where is the service after the sale??? VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Super friendly staff and fast service
If I could give the service zero stars, I would. I scheduled a service for my GMC Terrain on a Monday later in the day, so I don’t miss too much work. I took it in at 3 pm. Time goes by, and it’s 5 pm without an update. As I walked to the back to inquire about my cars status, the service associate then notions me to see my car. He shows me the finding bags of my cylinders misfiring. I expected that. He states it will be about two hours of work. I agree with it. I tell him I live close. I’m going to eat dinner and come back. He agrees. I come back in an hour and fifty minutes later, and they are closed. It would have been beneficial if I had known the work wasn’t going to be conducted that day, and they close at 6. Otherwise, I would have rescheduled that portion. Not having my car really put me in a tough spot. I had to borrow cars and ask for a ride six times the next day at work.Now, it’s Tuesday. I didn’t get one phone call from him at all to discuss the situation. At 9:33 am, I received an automated text that my car was finished. I could get my car due to me being at work. From the start of Tuesday’s workday till the close of business again, I never received a call. Zero communication besides a text. I got off work and went to the dealership around 5:40 pm. Note the place closes at 6 pm and never receiving any additional communication. I’m wondering if they would have just kept the car again. I’m incredibly dissatisfied with the level of communication that was demonstrated. If my time permits, I would avoid this place and take my business elsewhere. I will say, I did receive $25 off. It doesn’t help the level of frustration when your job requires you to have a car.
Derrick was on point....issues happened beyond his ability to have foreseen or control, and he handled them the way I would have wanted my own staff to. He kept in communication and offered accommodation such as a drop off of the vehicle which was not needed. I would request him in the future as my preferred tech rep. The work was done thorough and to spec.

Black for my Service Front Desk individual. He is professional and always goes above and beyond to take care of me. True example of customer service!
This was my third purchase from this dealership, 2 new vehicles, one used. I went there to look at a truck for my husband, and I was impressed with the knowledge of the sales staff. It was a no pressure process, and I ended up purchasing a truck. When we took care of the financial paperwork, it was easy and painless! Sales were fine. However, when I had an issue with the trailer braking system under warranty I got the runaround! They strung me out over several visits and kept telling me it was the trailer that was the problem. I didn’t believe them at all, but to rule it out I spent several hundred dollars getting my 2-year old cargo trailer re-wired and replaced a couple things on it. Turns out I was right and the truck was faulty not the trailer. I was told they couldn’t replace anything unless they had a code or got permission from GM. I finally decided to take it to Marine Chevrolet because I was 300 miles away from it being out of warranty at this point, after dealing with Moore for the past few months. Marine Chevrolet got it in and taken care of immediately. They not only took care of the problem, they also took care of the recall issue all by lunchtime the same day. If you want your GM serviced, go to Marine Chevrolet! You will get a much better experience and quality of service and repair!

As a professional man, (Medical Provider) at a local practice in Jax yet not myself being from Jax, I had been hearing for a few yrs that Moore Buick is by far the best dealership in Jax. Years ago in 2004 I had bought from Moore Buick, but my sales guy retired and I ended up buying my last vehicle from Raleigh after my cars were destroyed in the Tornado of 2011.This time, I made a very bad mistake at first. I went to another local dealership. Stay clear of Marine Chevy, if you want to be treated respectfully, honestly, and not have games, as I absolutely was horrified to endure, and horrified is the correct word.But it gave me the opportunity to really compare the two experiences. I left the Chevy place absoutely insulted by their behaviors, took the night to regroup, and realized, forget the Chevy Car (that has super low warranty coverages anyway), and go check out Buicks. I am SO GLAD I did it! As stressful and exhausting as car buying can be (plus not of any help it was over 100F outside ha!)... I went on over to Moore.What a AWESOME TEAM!! I do mean team! I had the assistance of many people through the process of getting my credit approval and the vehicle (right vehicle) picked out for My needs! They actually went above and beyond!At Moore Buick, they worked with me, addressed ALL my needs. When they realized I really need heated seats all of the back of the seat due to my spinal injury... when we found the right car, they are installing the heat in for FREE! New heated full back seats being added at NO costs! They didnt raise the price and then say its free. No. The price was already the price, then they added in the seats for me!When they heard I drive a lot for work I do in other counties/regions of NC and often conferences out of state...they ADDED another 10K miles of bumper to bumper coverage, at NO additional costs as well!! The 5 yr/60K mile coverage BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty beats a Chevys very questionable 3yr/36K. I did wonder why so low on a brand new vehicle if you trust your product? I Computer Brains in cars means you NEED a good Warranty! And Buick/Pontiacs do that! Moore gave me additional on top! So with that 10K added my higher driving miles will not run my warrenty out so fast!This team of extremely professional, relaxed and friendly people, where absolutely a fresh of breath air from what I had contended with before! I came home with the new vehicle yesterday early evening. I was also given a few interesting rebates. They will be installing the new heated seats by appointment and Ill have a lender for the day while they do so.I simply cant thank this team enough for all they did for me yesterday! They understand that we dont all have the same needs, situations,, etc. and they are not afraid of Work! They worked to help Me as a individual! And they Listen! Many dealerships over all do not really Listen Terry my sales lady listened as did the rest of their team of Professionals!I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is shopping in Jax for a vehicle, go here first! John the Service Manager is a great guy good staff
I am not sure where to start. I came to this dealership for a code that appeared saying service tracking control back in November 2020. They could not get the code to appear again to find more information on the diagnostic report. They said if it ever happened again to bring the vehicle in and do not shut off the engine, they would quickly get it on the scanner and see what is going on. This code never appeared again until Friday, feb 27th. Remembering what they had said in not shutting the engine off I was able to limp my Acadia to this dealership about one mile away. It was scary as I hit the gas the Acadia did not go but slowly got momentum. As I pulled up to the service door, they opened it and allowed me to drive in! I showed them the alert on the dashboard and that it just happened and true to their word they got it hooked up to the diagnostic computer. This was 2pm on a Friday and there were a lot of others there in the service department. 90 minutes later, Derrick Black, who is one of the best employees at this dealership, there are several actually but he was awesome, came and told me they not only believe they know what was wrong but that they had fixed it! I was all set to go!! I’m astonished that they held true to their word of just bring it in and we will make room for your car but they also could be confident enough to say, you can drive it home!! Customer service positions are hard some days. You win some and you lose some, but the fact you tell someone something and held true to your word, allowed a clean and nice place that was warm while my son and I waited, I can’t tell you how amazing that this experience was because I’ve had experiences with other repair shops and they did not stand by their word. Derrick Black approached my car as I arrived and within the first minute remembered me from almost four months ago. I’ve already been telling people how awesome Buick Moore is but without a doubt I am going to tell even more and without hesitation. Thank you for helping me and my son during a scary time, squeezing us in and repairing it was the icing on top! I knew they would provide us a ride to our home if a repair couldn’t be done immediately. I had confidence in their ability and their care for customers. I am so grateful to have such a good group of employees at a dealership near me. Thank you!

Great Service Department! The Service Mgr went above and beyond to get my exhaust repaired. I appreciate that there are still businesses that have people with integrity and excellent customer service. In a world of always trying to make money no matter the cost John actually went to bat for me and for 2 days was on the phone with manufacturer when he felt my exhaust problem should not have happened. I did not know that was even an option and was just wanting it fixed so I am thankful for a business that would do the right thing. Everyone in the Service Dept and the Parts Dept were so friendly and helpful. Moore Buick should be proud to have him and his team representing their business.
