This place will definitely try to get over on you, please watch yourself when purchasing a warranty from these guys! I purchased a warranty from them along with my vehicle on April 2 2021. April 28, 2021 someone voided my warranty out the system. No one could give me an explanation for at least a week. The issue was identified when I needed some service done on the vehicle and took it to be repaired and the repair shop called me informing that the warranty was no longer valid. Called the warranty company and they informed me it was voided out by the employee less than a month after the warranty was purchased. My vehicle remained in the shop for a week until they could some up with a solution. They did eventually have it corrected, however my vehicle was still in the shop for a week and I was charged 500+ dollars for storage from the automotive shop it was being held while Jax Exports came up with a solution. Even after all that I still had to pay for the repairs in addition to the storage fees, because the issue was not covered under the warranty. So, if purchasing from them, have them to thoroughly explain your warranty details before purchasing any warranties they offer!!!!

Everyone is very friendly here, and it was a relaxed, low-pressure environment. Fabian was great and was extremely helpful working with me to secure the car I wanted while I was out of town. I also appreciated that he let my girlfriend and I take the car out for a thorough test-drive, so they seem to have confidence in their vehicles. They even performed some minor exhaust modifications on the car at no extra cost to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it upon delivery. Highly recommended.

Me and my husband drove an hour to test drive a vehicle from Jax Exports. There is where we met Dillion who was actually working alone on this particular Sunday. Even tho it was quite busy he still handled us in a manner as if we were the only ones on the car lot. That day we still did not purchase a vehicle and continued to test drive other cars in other cities. Nevertheless a week later we called Dillion to see if the vehicle was still available and if we can work up the deal, we hopped back on the road and Dillion gave everything ready to go for us and all we had to do was sign paperwork and hand over the check. Not to mention it was about 30min after closing time before we could arrive and still waited patiently and provided us top notch customer service. All of the guys there are super nice and cool but Dillion is just something special

Called multiple times about a vehicle I was looking at, kept asking if the application was approved but kept getting told it would be fine & that they’d be able to work with us with what we had when we got there. Got there, they made me wait 30 minutes to eat their lunch. Then made me sit for another two hours to just tell me I didn’t make enough in income and need a co-signer. Could’ve told me over the phone before I drove two hours to get there. Waste of time and money. Very negligent with their job positions, running circles around everyone without really helping. Never again will I come here.
