This dealer is a scam. You can see other reviews about them avoiding buyer inspections. This is 100% true and unethical and probably illegal. I purchased a car 2 months ago. First they delivered it at midnight and I could not inspect it before signing for delivery or bring it anywhere to be inspected.I immediately informed the sales agent that it needed to be brought to a repair shop the next day because they didn’t disclose the condition of the car- oil leak, bad tires, check engine light- which I asked for in writing and was told it was perfect. After financing was complete I was then told the car had an aftermarket supercharger. They told me this when the car was on the delivery truck on its way to me! I told them I needed them to facilitate it getting to a performance shop. They said they would. I then didn’t hear from them for a month. I went to 3 shops and was told the car was garbage. I finally got ahold of the GM and he said nothing could be done. I let him know he was in violation of the as-is agreement and he finally agreed to schedule a quote for repairs and “go from there”. My car has been in the best performance shop in the area for a week and I was told the car is “not a functioning vehicle” and has been refused to be worked on for a 4th time. It’s literally a pile of garbage. The GM is no longer responding to me at all. The car was literally stripped down, rigged together, and completely misrepresented during the purchase. I’m only even writing this review because the dealer won’t even answer me anymore. Do not buy anything from here unless you enjoy paying legal fees.

Good looking cars. Thats the two stars. I emailed them I was interested in the car, it was a holiday they werent open. Next day they were open. I got buyers order to purchase the car. Less than 24 hrs later called Alex the person Id been talking to telling Im on way He said they just sold the car. !!! I should have been better informed .

Picked up an awesome low mileage 2014 Land Rover Range Rover Sport Autobiography. Transaction done initially over the phone then flew in for the test drive / inspected the vehicle. Was exactly as expected when I arrived and Brian was super helpful. Purchased the vehicle that day and they setup shipping to Texas. They took care of all aspects of the transportation. It got a little scuff on one of the wheels during transport and they quickly resolved the issue. Great group to purchase a vehicle from even if you are out of town.

Louis is a very credible sales rep - I have trusted his words on the valuation of my trade-in vehicle and the availability of AMG GT by the time I reached Jacksonville from Boston (a 2-day drive). I am extremely happy with the new toy I bought from Louis. I typically dont write reviews but this dealership needs to do better. What Brian and the owner did was unacceptable.STORY: We drove two hours to check out our dream car and loved it! Brian was friendly and told us the car was ours. However, we would soon find out the agreement and their word was nothing but a lie. The agreement was made for us to drive back the following day to do an inspection on the car and pay for it. We were very excited! With the agreement in place we were scheduled to come back the following day. However, Brian and the owner went against their agreement and their own word and sold it right from underneath us. To justify their actions they said it is “first come first serve”. However, we already made the agreement and were scheduled to pick up the car the following day. On top of that they did not give us the courtesy of even telling us that someone else was interested and instead initiated a wire from right underneath us. This went from a great experience with them to them wow how unprofessional and disrespectful.Is this an isolate case? I have been on a search for a car I want for 2 years. I’m really indecisive as I am not one that needs and buys a car every few years. After a 2 year search I finally narrowed down that I wanted to try a Mercedes s-550. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Long story short, they will sell a car behind your back for a quick sale to avoid inspections. DO NOT BUY!!The story: I saw them post the car of my dreams, and I went the next day to look at it. I drove 3 hours, and fell in love with the car as soon as I laid eyes on it. BRIAN wrote up a sales contract, told me I could come back with the money. I called him and told him I would like an inspection, as it was my first time buying a car and it was a pricey investment. He understood, and said they were too busy to take it that day and they would do it at 9:45AM in the morning and that I could pick it up at 2:45PM. As much as I wanted that car ASAP because it was everything I wanted, I was willing to be patient and work with them. I was going to pay cash for this car, because every national bank I talked to refused to work with them because they were not a partner dealer or flagship - which if you plan to finance, that is a huge red flag already. Meanwhile, he told a family member of mine, not me, that they do not “hold” cars and we thought it was fishy they wouldn’t let me put down a nonrefundable deposit because that is typical when you’re buying a car. The next morning I get a text from Brian saying that someone initiated a wire the previous day and that it hit their bank account this morning, and that he had sold the car. He told me to blame the owner in this review, because he said the owner was the one to make the decision to sell it to the person who didn’t want the inspection because they are “first come first serve,” when he did not even give me the courtesy of telling me that someone else was interested and initiating a wire the previous day. Honestly, they are both to blame, and I think that car may have failed inspection so the sold it to the person who had no questions asked. Be VERY careful, as they showed zero transparency, when I had confirmed I would be buying the car.EDIT: They say they dont want to create urgency by not telling you about other prospective buyers, assumedly because they would rather rush you into a deal. Do not be fooled like me, because the entire buying process will leave you panicked and burned, as they will probably sell the car you are interested in to someone else who wont take the time to properly inspect it. To reiterate, they were the ones that told me to WAIT another day because they were too busy, and I would have bought it same day. They just could not accommodate the request, so I agreed to THEIR terms to have it inspected the following day.

I think the total time I was physically at the dealer was 45 mins over the course of two times (inspecting the car, doing paper work).Thew selection over cars was really good. They have some high-end cars, but also a lot of clean lower budget options. They are very up-front with CarFaxs and the history of the car. I got the best priced GLK-350 in the area without trying to negotiate.Another positive is the extensive photo library of each car. Most cars have 50-80 photos, which is nice if you want to get a better feel for the car. This is one of the only dealers in Jacksonville that actively updates their website and has detailed information on each car.I highly recommend working with Brian, as hell make the whole process stress free and easy. If I need to get another vehicle, Ill be sure to check out their site first.

DaVinci was an awesome experience !! I was under time constraints due to work, and could only visit the dealership on Saturday. However, I knew the car I wanted as soon as Wednesday. If you are looking for a dealership that has high end cars and no nonsense, these are your guys. They are not going to be for everyone, and by that I mean they are not a buy here pay here. They are not your high pressure sales guys. The cars do the talking, and the pricing is aggressive. I drove over 4 hours to buy a car from them and got exactly what I was expecting. If you know what you want, and they have it, I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Brian is not the salesman you want when shopping for a car. He stated it’s only him and the owner at the shop, yet he couldn’t answer particular questions I had about the car. He took all the excitement out of car buying and knew very little about his inventory. I’d look elsewhere to have a good, trustworthy experience.

Don’t do it. At first the rep seemed nice and easy going. When a vibration was noticed on the test drive, he said he’ll check it out. However the checking was only with the Carfax report and not with their mechanics. He rattled off all the car report stated was done but didn’t say how their company would remedy the situation. We did get verbal quotes for the cost of the car though. The prices might seem reasonable online. However they are a small business with a whopping 899 dealer fee which is more in keeping with larger dealerships. They pad this fee with things such as free shipping to anywhere in the us, detailing the car etc. Maybe we just weren’t their target market. When we asked about financing he said they don’t do financing. What? What car company doesn’t? After the visit we looked online again and there is a financing section. Not impressed either.

I had been looking for a special car for some time, a 2015 Mercedes 550SL White Arrow. Four were available, but Da Vinci had the best price by far, so I drove 250 miles and took a look. Brian let me take my time and no pressure to buy. I put a deposit down, flew back a few days later. They arranged to have me picked up at the airport, all paperwork was ready and Louis took the time to show me the particulars of the car. They even had new floor mats mailed to my house. I took the car to our local MB dealer and after a thorough inspection, I was told the car was in great shape, needed nothing. I highly recommend them and you will save money compared to the big dealers.

Started off as a good experience. Brian was straight forward about the cost. Thought things over for a week or so then decided to pull the trigger on a 40K car. Texted Brian. He wrote up the sale contract and emailed it to me. I signed it and sent it back. He said they dont offer financing so I contacted my local credit union Ive used before to start the loan process. Loan was approved then I had to go in to give them my down payment portion and sign the paperwork. The bank cut a check and would overnight it via FedEx.I had kept Brian in the loop during this process that took a few days. Texted him to say the check was in the mail on my way home from the bank. His response... the owner sold the car this morning to someone else. He said there was nothing he could do. So.... apparently the owner could care less that a car was already sold and a sale contract was signed. Not even a simple courtesy call to me.What an absolute waste of my time and an unnecessary inquiry onto my credit report.

The guys over at Da Vinci automotive were excellent. I am from California and found their car online in Florida. Called about the car explain my situation and did not discount the fact that I was from California end handled and took care of all of my inquiries seriously and easily. At which point I expressed my desire for the car and they held it for me. At the time it was in transit and had not been received by DaVinci. But when it had arrived there were a few scratches due to transport and such. The new I was flying in the day it arrived and were able to pull the strings necessary and able to get the car completely painted and detailed in time for me to arrive the same day show up test drive and complete the purchase all in one day. I drove the car for a couple days in Florida before I went back to California and during the drive found a couple things I would have liked touched up or fixed. I called them and notify them about it and they were immediately on top of it and had no problems at all with me bring it by and taking care of various items that I found it as I drove by a couple days I was there. I have to sayIm extremely satisfied with their service and the car itself I love it. and recommend anyone anyone to their shop as they take care of you in the most friendly and personable manner. I was coming in out of town with multiple CLS550’s to look at,......but when Brian my salesman was looking up reviews of hotels I was going to stay at that were in a less than favorable areas and steered me clear, I knew he could be trusted. He was fantastic! The car was already priced crazy good, about $2500 below market value and it exceed my expectation! The car exceeded our expectations! We purchased a used car out of state without a test drive or seeing it in person (this was a first for us). We relied on the detailed photographs, customer reviews, carfax and research on the dealership from the better business bureau. Our sales representative, Johnny was professional and answered our questions quickly and honestly. He said they do a safety inspection on all their cars and only sell quality cars. The process was smooth. The shipping company was professional and fast; having picked up our car early and delivered it two days ahead of schedule. Johnny kept in contact with us step by step so we knew what to expect and we appreciated that communication. We received the title within two days of delivery. We are impressed with Davinci Automotive and would buy a car from them again.

In Nov 2019 I purchased a beautiful 2009 Maserati Granturismo Sport with just 6k miles. Essentially a new car. You will find the team easy to work with with a good selection of high end cars. They are 100% transparent on condition and where the cars were purchased and give you a carfax. Their pricing is competitive and they have some strong deals on their lot. The actual purchase process took less than 30 minutes.I Had been shopping for 911s for a while but could not find a value. Brian and I met and I looked at two 911s in their inventory but were not what I was happy with Brian stayed in touch and he worked with me for a couple of months, and one day he suggested this vehicle instead of a Porsche and boy am I happy he did. What a car. I Just did a service with Maserati of Jacksonville and they could not find any service to perform or a fault with car. I’m looking forward to a fun enduring relationship not only with this vehicle but with Davinci.

Not in the best part of town, but this car dealership seems to be in a special hybrid class of its own. Most of its sales are generated via the Internet & viewings by appointment only. This gives one the impression of an uppity car boutique, but when you arrive, au contraire . Not one car to be seen. The only visible confirmationr that youve correctly reached your destination, is Da Vinci Automotive on the glass, front (locked) door. I initially thought we had arrived at a car repair shop.We were received by a Brian- a very nice, very busy sales representative. It became obvious why appointments were necessary, now adays its refreshing to find impeccably maintained used cars at a more than fair price. This novel concept seemed to be catching on. Brian adeptly managed working through phone inquiries, while escorting us through the building to the back, where an Oasis of beautiful cars awaited.My husbands Range Rover was everything he hoped for. Brian had us test it out both locally & I 95. We had ourselves a creme puff. After a modest renegotiation for there being no owners manual & just one set of keys, one quick trip to the bank, a certified check & we were off- two very, happy customers. One thing to be aware of, if you require financing, it must be arranged elsewhere. I would recommend this hidden gem to others :)

My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle after an accident she had. I was following an LR4 for a while and finally stopped in. I’ll tell you, don’t judge a book by the cover seeing as though their spot is located in an industrial type strip with everything out of plan site (makes sense for the nice vehicles they had).
