Erica is very rude. When I asked to speak to Nikki she informed me she was not her mother or babysitter so she couldnt tell me why. Then she proceeded to tell me the reason I was upset was because i couldnt afford to fix my car. I would not recommend this place, erica specifically, to ANYONDY

I personally called byrider about the hours for an oil change was told they was open for service and that I could come on! Once I arrive I’m told oil changes don’t start until 1pm! When I spoke with the manager Niki about it she was rude and tried to put the blame as a miscommunication when I clearly stated that I wanted an oil change and asked for them to verify the times! As soooon as my warranty is up I will take my business somewhere else

This is not a good or bad review but a heads up to people looking for a car. Them ppl that dont have money to just throw away. Something you may or may not know. Byrider have good sales people they do there job leave it at that. Byrider the company there cars are all price almost three time higher then what they are worth my bank wouldnt finance my car.they said my car is worth about 4000 when Im done paying byrider I would had paid 13000. So think you get in a accident you insurance pay the bluebook value you still left with few thousand which byrider will not remover from your credit.so if you dont have the money like that dont do it save and go cash out if not and you need something asap just keep this in mind. Remember they like a buy here pay here so plz plz check that car out very well. First day I had my car not 24 hour the fuel pump went out after getting it fix it happened two more times.yall be safe.

This is my second time buying a car from them. First time was great no problems paid the car off. This time has been complete hell. From day one I have had problems with my car. From it shaking while driving at 70mph to spark plugs, wires and a coil pack. After finally getting this done my car seemed to be working good. Now here it is a week later and I’m having the same problem again. I’m sick of taking time from my job that pays my bills to go there and get my car fixed.

Customer service was amazing that is why i am giving a 2. Otherwise it would be a 1. They was not able to help us get a vehicle. Yes we do have bad credit & that is #1 reason why we choose to go here. However i made a comment about a instant cart shopper job i was just looking into as a side income as far as everything it entitled to just shop because i literally live within 5 miles of several different stores that accept shoppers only without having to use my own vehicle, however i was instantly told i should not have even mentioned that. That is when everything went down hill. First we was told that there was a issue with our credit which we already knew that & so did they, and was still told we had hope. Then finally was told it was a income issue. & trust me we could easily afford at least a $300+ payment each month so i believe they didnt wanna work with us because i mentioned INSTACART. & no offense but if i am purchasing a vehicle i should be able to choose how to drive it. They may have worked with others with bad credit but i do not believe i will give them another chance. Sad part is they was recommended to us by a very good friend who had gotten a vehicle from them before, well the recommendation ends with me. Happy New Years!!

BEWARE! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! orginally gave a 5 star rating relating to a repair; although Im revising my rating to 1 star. 1 star for the easy approval in purchasing a used vehicle. The warranty is only redeemable at the location in which you purchased the vehicle. So, if you break down out of town you have the option of towing your car back to the location in which you purchased it to get your car repaired. When I purchased my vehicle there was a check engine light on. The salesman indicated that he would send it to repair and get the problem resolved. He got the repair shop to turn the light off. The car has been in their repair shop twice for the same issue. So, due to being hospitalized I wasnt able to make my regularly scheduled payment on yesterday.and received a call later that day. I explained the situation and indicated that I could pay the bill on Monday The customer service agent replied, You have until 10:00 a.m. tomorrow morning to make a payment. Were unable to wait until Monday. If I can make arrangements for important biils such as housing and electricity. Then, I should be a ble to make make arrangements for a car payment with more options than paying the next day. A word to the wise. Dont buy a car her. Buy a cash car or go somewhere else. I Came back to update my rating to 0.

After going to 2 different dealerships and being denied at both I went to Byrider. Mike Jones was really friendly and informative about what to expect before I even went inside. Mrs Nicki was really nice and adamant about getting me into a car. I was quickly approved and put on the phone with the finance company to verify some information. Mrs Nicki came out with a long list of cars that I could get into, and the cars I really liked were all on that list. Even though I had to put down more than expected I didnt have to put as much down as the other dealers wanted. I love my car so much and I feel it was a great deal. The team was nice and very laid back. I would recommend anyone who has trouble getting a car financed to go to Byrider and they have really nice cars.

If I could leave 10 stars I definitely would!! Nikki was a total SUPERHERO, we make a horrible decision a few months to buy from a terrible dealership. We hadnt done our research so I was left with a paranoia and fear of the whole car buying experience . Nikki made the process easy and fun and absolutely no hassle. Any concerns I voiced she immediately addressed and eased me and this was in texts before we even met! She got us in the vehicle we wanted for less money than we thought wed have to put down. A true Godsend Nikki and the Byrider Finance team is! Our credit is awful and figured we were truly doomed to deal with awful cars and sub par dealerships with practically illegal practices. I’m a customer never missed a payment . I have been with Byrider for almost 7 months now . My alternator went out on my car the night of thanksgiving eve perfect 👌🏾 wasn’t able to travel to Atlanta to see my family... had to wait until Friday to get my car fixed I picked up the keys Saturday night the car broke back down Sunday I had to get the car pulled back to the dealerships and have it waiting Monday ... Monday they said I needed a new engine, alternator “they just fixed” & battery 🔋 fan broken had a bad leak whatever... they told me my car would be ready in 10 days ...”what am I suppose to do without a car” ? They do not provide a loaner for you being without . So Tuesday 12/08/20 I call to check and confirm the status of my car every one is saying Thursday. I’m excited happy that I can finally be mobile .. well Thursday 12/10/20 I call after waiting 10 days patiently to check on they car I was told by a lady call back in a hour out of curtesy I waited 2 hours for the tech to tell me to call back between 3 and 4pm I’m like ok so I called at 4:15 to talk to a tech and this is what upset me... he started lying to me he told me my car wasn’t ready they had to order a part for the alternator. Now I’ve been waiting 10 days and we are still waiting on parts I said no sir and you told me to call you by 3-4pm someone could have told me the morning of “IF” that was the case but it was not ... so I demanded to speak to a manager. When Mr Thomas the district manager got on the phone he said to me I’m sorry but we have to install the alternator and they have to be off the clock at 5:pm the insurance won’t cover them working after hours I told him that’s a lie! long as your on any clock your covered under company’s coverage why lie to me... I said sir I’ve been waiting 10 days am I not worth going above and beyond for I never missed a payment heck I have even referred people that they never reached out to but that’s another story... the manager said we can’t give out any overtime?? How unprofessional.... then he says well I want him to install it correctly and I want you to be safe I wouldn’t want you to have to turned around and bring your car right back up for something we didn’t fix correctly . I said great answer how ever you lied to me until you gave this response. I don’t deserve to be lied to and I’m still paying for a car I can’t you I will not refer another customer to this business I’m gonna make it a priority to make sure I tell people not to come because this is how they treat loyal customers... they treat them like chopped liver after sacrificing you last to pay a Car not faithfully. I’m one very disappointed customer I feel I don’t matter at all. I don’t feel appreciated for being a customer! If you want to be made to feel worthless come right on down.

The service you get here is Awsome great knowledge of cars on hand and they work with you and do there best to get you qualified for a great car. Theyre there for you during and after the sales and are very friendly. I would deffinately recommend them for your next car. I had a few problems with my insurance because I’m only 18 and I’m a new driver, she sat with me all day trying to find a cheaper insurance for me and we did it was a process but I left the lot with my car the same day she told me I would have my car. Looking into JD Byrider for 6+ months now. Speaking with Mike Jones on and off: Mike Jones was great! Very nice. Kept his word. Got me in the car I wanted. Systems was down when I originally came in and he got me a Lyft to work & notified me when the systems were back up. Kept in touch the entire way. Very Nice people at this location. Everything went smooth.

The whole BYRIDER team there is amazing!!!! Super understanding and helpful. But Mr. Mike is that guy lol he made my experience a pleasure given my circumstances. He called me the day before I got my car and stayed on me (in a good way) to make sure everything was complete to get me riding and he did just that. It was seamless and not to mention the next Afternoon I drive off in the car I wanted. Go and see them.

I got a vehicle from there and its a scam. They set your interest rate at 22% even if you have good/decent credit. So my payment is $265 and HALF of that payment doesnt even go top paying my car off even if I pay it on time. And putting your payment in the drop box is a scam because they process it a day late to make even more of your payment go to interest. So Ill have to pay $700 each payment day just to have my car be paid off right. I got set up for a three year payment plan but by the time three years is up Ill still owe since HALF OF MY PAYMENT DOESNT EVEN GO TOWARDS MY CAR PAYMEN. And CNAC wont tell you how much you have to pay to avoid paying that high interest rate because they want the money. JD Byrider is a complete scam for people who have nowhere else to go. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Theyre selling a dream for $130 biweekly.

I bought the car I did because it had hands-free phone access and satellite radio and was a newer car. It was a make I hate, but I bought it because of those things. When I got home, I discovered it didnt have the features they said me it did, and I notified them right away. They refused to let me exchange it for one that did have the features since they misrepresented it. They will not work with you about anything. Im sorely tempted to give it back and go elsewhere. Also, it has several recalls on it and, while they arent required to take care if recalls before selling a used car, most reliable dealers do.Edit: Theres a lot you could have done. (1) You could have allowed me to exchange the car the next day when I discovered it was misrepresented. (2) You could have made it clear how much I was approved for and allowed me to look at other vehicles. (3) You could have offered me the option of paying biweekly or monthly. (4) You could have instructed your salespeople to not reply to my emails with glib responses. (5) You could have fixed the recalls so I dont have to lose time at work taking care of them.

If you are looking for a really great car at a great price please go by and see Nikki.... I have bought plenty of cars even a brand new car and never had this great of customer service.. Shes the best

DO NOT buy from JD Byrider!!! When others warned me not to I still gave this business a chance and I’m HIGHLY unsatisfied!!!! I’ve only had my car for a year and NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! I’ve had to replace a serpentine belt TWICE, a Tension pulley, the alternator, a new engine, my driver side window has been off track since I’ve got the car! I have receipts for all the work I’ve had done on it, oil changes, fluid changes, the TOW COST of towing the car after many break downs, all the bank statements of 100s of dollars spent on lyfts because I can’t drive my OWN VEHICLE! I got my engine replaced NOT even a week ago and the check engine light is back on AGAIN, they still didn’t fix the window, when I pick the car up it shut off after starting up. No one communicates with me or offered another vehicle since the mishap this one has caused, YET I ALWAYS pay on time, haven’t missed a payment, always pay in FULL that’s owed. They want there money on time and faithfully but don’t even care if you can use the vehicle you have from them. Asked to speak to a manager never heard anything. I WOULDN’T recommend this lot at ALL. I have my family attorney stepping in to help me with legal action against this lot! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
