I want to start out with I am a previous buyer from Tom Bush. Over a year ago I was just out of a nasty divorce and needed a car as my ex wife lied to me and told me she was still paying for the car that I was driving, I should have known she didnt and it got repossessed. Steve Garcia found a lender, even after a repo on my credit and put me in a car, granted it was not the car of my choice, it was older but in pretty decent shape car. I was unable to choose my own car, there was one recommended to me. I took it as I was happy to have one and Steve told me to keep the car for a year, make payments on time and I can get the car of my choice at that point. A little over a year later and I tried to trade the car in, as instructed and after two days of me calling him, as he never called me back, he told me it was a no go. I couldnt trade my vehicle for another one. I needed to pay several thousand dollars down just to be considered. I should have figured this, what bank in their right mind would give you a loan when you have a car that is owed twice what it is worth due to financing. The bottom line is the first experience was ok, a year later, the lies of the car salesmen catch up. I wont be doing business with Tom Bush or ever recommend them to anyone with credit problems.

It was great to buy a car from Tom Bush Auto PLex the night on 12/06/2012 but next day on 12/07/2012 and looks good the car the car have different paint that dont match the paint factory l send the car to detail to match the paint and they cant have to paint the all car to match,and like the car but l know the dealer not gonna do nothing,l think l never gonna buy again and dont recomend nobody to buy there.But the service and the personnel is very good.

Having visited many of the car dealerships of Jacksonville and been hounded and harrassed to the point of rudeness, it was an extremely pleasant surprise when we called in to the Tom Bush dealership to look at a Jeep Wrangler.We were treated with the utmost friendliness and respect and along with that they produced a great deal on the Wrangler and made the whole process incredibly easy for us, especially as we had just emigrated from the U.K. and we had struggled with a lack of U.S. identification requirements.Mark Wallace looked after us incredibly well along with George Growney who handled all of the finances.A few weeks later we were in the market for a second vehicle once we had identified what we were looking for and again we visited quite a few of the main dealers for the pick-up we were looking for and again were treated incredibly badly and were even abandoned in the middle of the lot by the Infiniti dealership. ( Not impressed )We were so fed up with our search we called in again to Tom Bush even though they dont represent any of the pick up dealerships we were looking for, to look at the four they had on their forecourt.Mark again looked after us extremely well and unbeknown to us he had other pick-ups available within their dealerships and he happily took us all around and pointed both the negatives and positives of all available trucks ( When do you ever get a car salesman pointing out any negatives !!! ) and we ended buying a second vehicle from them and again George and Mark sorted out a deal we were all happy with.My advice. Do not put up with being pursued and harrassed and being treated like an idiot and just go straight to see Mark and George and get looked after like a grown up.We will definetly be back

Last week I purchased my 2012 Passat TDI SEL from salesperson Thaddeus Bruce. The Passat had to really measure up as I was trading in my diamond white Cadillac CTS which I dearly loved. The overwhelming reason for trading it in was the fuel economy. The Passat TDI gets an impressive 30MPG in town and the Cadi, well, just 18MPG. Huge difference! Thaddeus was awesome in comparing the features and benefits of the Passat vs. the Cadillac. Overall the only thing I lost in the Cadi trade was cooled front seats and bad fuel economy, but I gained navigation, great fuel economy and a whole lot more room in the back seat in the Passat. Thanks Thaddeus for a job well done. Im enjoying the Passat and especially when I pass a gas station! If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, Thaddeus Bruce at Tom Bush Autoplex is the right salesperson to see. He went over and above to make my buying experience painless and pleasurable!
