Great experience, was looking to repair a 2013 cars radio in the most economical way and maintain the stock look. JB gave excellent advice on what he thought the problem was, ways for me to source a used part, and he did the labor to install it. Works beautifully now. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will use him again.

Went to have stereo installed and quoted one price and paid another. Wife tells me her glove box is broke and won’t stay closed. Company broke glovebox and won’t repair or pay for me to do so.Stay clear from them.

Poor communication. I Called in the morning to ask about having tv headrests swapped out and was told to bring my car in that same day. When I got there I was told they wouldnt be able to do it for at least several days. Why isnt that something that could have been conveyed on the phone? Instead of me driving there and having someone else drive there with me and wasting time for both of us?

Had a great experience with Rollin sound! Did a radar detector hard wired as well as front and rear dash cameras and tint! Great guys... got in 30 min before the shop even opened and the Technician came out and started my car before they opened for the day. Great quality job, and J.B. The manager is a stand up dude.

JB was really professional and down to earth. I brought in my explorer to get a JL W3 steal box installed. He gave me a realistic timetable of the backorder, we scheduled the appointment for 6 weeks later and got everything installed for the quoted price he had originally gave me.The installation itself was perfect and really clean. It was done in the timeframe they had given me as well.I will come back for anything else I need added to the car in the future.They know their stuff.

So I have had at least 8 cars tinted with JB and the boys at Rollin Sound. They do a fantastic job and I have yet to have even a bubble. Recently, I asked JB if he could install an after market keypad entry system on my Ascent. (similar to a Ford system). He nailed it and it works great. 14 years of history with those guys and they have been great every time. Always reasonable, always quality work...

My daughter and I drove from St. Augustine to Rollin Sound. They fixed our issue within 15 mins upon arrival in a recent car that we bought. They installed the system in my car 4 years ago and and it still rocks!!! I would NOT trust anyone in my car other than Rollin Sound! Thank you again for being honest and trustworthy!

Spoke with the manager. Asked him the cost of installing a rear view mirror dash camera and rear camera I had received for Christmas. He gave me his business card said to come in at 2pm next day. I asked for a total cost and said $75 including part. I asked how long would it take and said 45 min to an hour. I told him I would be back the next day @2.I showed the next day, manager not in but another tech was there. I told him the conversation I had with manager, he called and manager denied ever having the conversation. Yet I have his business card with everything on the back.The tech said this manager has done this before...and when the tech looked at the rear-view mirror dash cam...hesitated he never seen one like that....but as I debated, the tech state this was a 2 hour job and they sell the a similar unit? WAIT, how when this is the first time seeing this unit. But now the job is $200. The shop had one person and one car. Completely empty in front of store. Took my business elsewhereBAIT and SWITCH!!!! BUYER BEWARE!

I would caution anyone wanting to do business here to get a written quote prior to work done. Expected JL Audio equipment for full job, and got 2 of 6 speakers, and amp were Pioneer when picking up vehicle. Never called to discuss, and when discussed difference was told the 2 speakers were not as good but would cost less by Nick. Turns out he charged me same price, and blamed it on “tax”. They had car for 24 hours so communication would have been nice so I could decide to wait on other speakers. Should have been my option as the customer that went in expecting to get what was originally discussed.He had no memory of our original price discussion or the discussion we had 10 minutes before I paid my bill. I paid in good faith, and left dissatisfied, but they did not seem to care!_______________________________________________________________________As a response to your response, i never indicated i would not pay TAX . I said the difference in the price discussed was due to tax from your employee. The reality you dont seem to understand is I got lesser cost items installed, and yet the price was more even without the tax! The products and price discussed were not what was ACTUALLY discussed and agreed on nor what i actually for!Also, dont preach to me about what taxes are used for as a father of a current Army soldier!

Rollin sound installed my Fusion radio powered with 2 JL Audio amps and 8 speakers. It sounds absolutely amazing. Highly recommend as he does high quality work and I don’t need any electrical issues while on the water.

Had a car stereo installed a year ago. They really put the effort in making everything looked tidy.

I only recommend one shop and its this Rollin Sound. If I had any issues or needed anything I would come all the way from Orlando to see them.The staff is fantastic; very helpful and very knowledgeable. Excellent installers, top quality workmanship. The window tinting done there is done by one of the best tint guys around. Excellent service. Kyle helped me from when I first called, until when I paid after the job was completed. He was extremely nice and patient with me, I called back like 6 times within a few hours because I had to ask questions about something. He was respectful and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Just a good guy overall. I got two cameras installed. Front and rear and there was a little confusion and little mistakes that Kyle was happy to wait patiently, and correct. This is a great place. JB runs this place. He is known for his integrity and honesty. I took my Corolla for a Factory Hands free bluetooth system Install. I initially got a quote for 2 hrs of labor to install the part, which is a $100 job. With out any further questions I dropped my car and they even gave a courtesy ride to my work.When Nate walked in to install the system it only took him 1.5 hrs to finish it. When I went back to pick my car I was only charged $75. For the same job I was quoted several hundred dollars at the dealership. The job quality is best and the system worked seamlessly. I would highly recommend this place.

Called for specific TYPE of product, person simply said NOPE and I stead of asking what I needed it for, maybe finding something THEY DO HAVE that would work the same he simply hung up ..Dont know who as he didnt give me any information or suggestions ..maybe they only sell to people who know what they want instead of trying to help me spend my money .Not a very expensive item, guess I should prepare to spend more there in order to get quality assistance? Need tint all the way around as well but guess I will have to try somewhere who doesnt mind being bothered by a person who isnt an expert.Wonder if the same guy runs it as few years ago

JB is an honest guy, and their prices are reasonable for what they do. My problem has been that every time Ive had them work on my car (three times), Ive ended up with the least experienced person doing the work (usually a different younger kid every time). This last time I paid them for an uninstall only to find none of the RCA cables had been removed, the line output converter hadnt been removed, and both high end tweeters had been damaged. To pay for a professional uninstall and receive this kind of poor worksmanship is tough. The original install was theirs too, and while it sounded great, all of their custom work degraded quickly. Crossovers had fallen down (mounted with 3m), the plastic faceplate around the eq had fallen off (non adhesive silicone was used to secure it), etc. Ive used them for years but Im on the fence about going back.

Speakers too loud had to adjust myself. Tech broke my seat belt strap but denied it. Now waiting for part from Mercedes Germany on back order to get it fixed...

No Doubt the very best in Knowledge AND dealing with people. It was very apparent to me they know what they are doing and at the same time have a very friendly way of dealing with people.

Fantastic experience. Updated our VW GLI with a JL amp, speakers, and sub. The work was very professional and the system sounds awesome. They were able to do this while keeping the original OEM radio/navigation unit in the dash.About 6 months after the install had VW reprogram the OEM head unit to address a volume control problem. Afterwards Rolling Sound updated the system to include a HI/LO converter and didnt even charge me for their time or the additional components!
