Do not bring your vehicle ever to this place. It will never get fix. First, they wont pick up the phone when you called . When you decided to drive to the place, the owner will lie to you constantly. He will tell you that he will have your car fix the next day then when you show up, he will tell you to come back another day. This man is the most compulsive liar that i have ever met. Also they will make your vehicle worst than before. Do not bring your vehicle ever to this place. This is a warning to anyone who is thinking about bringing vehicles this location!

Horrible experience and bad customer service. Called the day before and they told me to stop by to look at my car next day. Drove 40 minutes to get there, just so they refuse to even look at the vehicle because they were too busy (then why did they tell me to bring the vehicle?). Afterwards the owner told me he doesnt work on Saabs, even though I told them the year, make and model of my car the previous day. I dont know if theyre good at their job, but Im not giving them a second chance. Poor customer service. They have no respect whatsoever for customers time.

Very poor service went by for when they opened and they told me to ither come back today when they got the alarm in or come back at 8 am tomorrow or they would give me a ride and then pick me up when finished then I called back at 2 PM and they told me to come on Monday after 12 noon. What do I have nothing better to do. Im so pissed off. Since when does the customer have no say in when things get done. I will never go back to them or refure them to anyone
