I remodeled my kitchen with cabinets, island, and quartz countertops from Woodsman. Being a small kitchen I was not expecting a seam in the countertop and they never asked me or consulted me about it. I was shocked at the poor result. They tried to fix it by replacing it with a remnant and cleaning up the seam with the proper color glue (dog-leg seam?). I was so disappointed I requested a new countertop with no seam and was charged an additional $2,800 for a slab of quartz. The installer said my kitchen could have been done with one slab and no seams but they installed without asking me for any input. Having to pay an additional $2,800 ruined my experience with them. They make you pay 100% before delivery so the customer has little leverage if something goes wrong.

The builder installed vinyl flooring was buckling and lifting up in a bedroom. Nick was dispatched to make the repair. He showed up on time, WITH A MASK which is too rare these days. He listened to my concerns about the project, explained what he was doing and did an absolutely perfect repair job.

We had an awesome experience with everyone involved when we replaced some cabinets. Jayne was very helpful and responsive in the selection and ordering process and Melanie was great in the scheduling process. To meet our needs, Melanie stacked the various contractors into one day instead of the standard two days for this type of job. Everyone one of them was on time or early, their work was high quality, and they were clean, courteous, and friendly. We would do business with them again and recommend them highly to others.

A beautiful showroom greets you when you walk in the door. Beautiful choices for the choosiest of those that enter. Great prices on their cabinets and awesome installation.

Woodsman has completed several renovation projects at various properties we own. Dianne Collier in particular is very easy to work with. She makes great suggestions and always completes projects on time and on budget. I highly recommend this company.

From start to finish, I couldn’t of asked for anything more! There Quality is Top Notch and the Design and Craftsmanship was the best that I have seen. To have the Owner of the Company overseeing the job himself really just added that level of Comfort and peace of mind you are not going to get from any other Cabinet or flooring Company. No prices on anything usually means to expensive

We had our kitchen and laundry room remodeled and our floors replaced in the entire house by Woodsman Kitchen and Floors. Jayne Barth is a fantastic designer and I highly recommend her. Shes patient, listens to her customers wants and desires and comes up with creative solutions. Shes the best! I highly recommend Woodsman for any project!

If you want a really nice kitchen go see Diane. She was very helpful for us with the selection and design of our Kitchen and Master Bath. The installation was done professionally. Good people to work with.

We worked on a kitchen remodel with Jayne and it was great! She was very helpful in all steps of the process. Our construction project manager, Doc, was also great. They were always available to answer questions, met all deadlines, and helped resolve issues when they arose. We plan to do another project with them within the next 6 months.

I cannot believe they would hire someone to sit at the front counter and just be on his phone. Totally ignore us, looked bothered that we walked in. Had no idea what he was even talking about when we asked one small question. There was absolutely nobody else in the store when we went in and he just had his headset on...and of course, young, so on his phone, ignoring life around him.

Our experience with Woodsman Kitchens and Floors was exceptional. Jim, Jamie and Jim Miller were always professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They kept us informed and were on schedule every step of the way. Our counter tops look great and we couldnt be any happier. We would highly recommend Woodsman to family and friends!

You probably know, it was Woodsman Kitchens and Floors, a Spotlight dealer, here in Jacksonville, Florida. Christopher Woods coordinated the whole process for us, from selection of the best flooring for our situation through the installation and follow up. We have two young dogs and a floor with some irregularities due to earlier renovations. Special needs due to these factors were taken into consideration when selecting the luxury vinyl plank. The installers were skilled and took great pride in their work. Our floors look great!

It does seem as others suggest that they are not interested in small jobs. I stopped by showroom to say I wanted an island and cabinets along one wall. It was near closing so they took my details and said someone would call me. A week later and two calls to ask for someone to call me, still no response. They are the only distributors of Aristokraft - and I need that to match existing kitchen. :(

I reached out to Allie Reed twice about doing cabinets in our laundry room. Both times she said I am sorry send me your email again. Which I did, and still no response. Moving on

Terrible experience talking to Barry the Manager. Im replacing my kitchen cabinets but not changing the layout. He insisted Id have to come back to have a meeting with a designer to get pricing which is not a good use of my time. I dont need to discuss my project with a designer, Im already working with my own interior design, I know what style I want and which cabinets I need to order and just wanted pricing. He flat out told us, that this wasnt the place for us. Maybe he thought we didnt have any money. I have a healthy budget but that shouldnt matter. I cant believe a company where youd be spending over $10,000 with would have such poor customer service. I honestly thought he might be a new employee he was so unhelpful but apparently hes the showroom manager. (He also kept having to go to his computer 10 minutes away to get info on every material we were interested in. Seems like an iPad would be an easy fix for that problem. ) Ive been to two other cabinets places that were much more helpful and one of them will be getting my business.

Our goal was to update our kitchen while keeping costs as reasonable as could be since our plan was to sell our home in about two years. We have an open floor plan so the kitchen is more or less the central point in the house.Linda English at Woodsman Kitchens and Floors worked diligently designing and redesigning the plans as our vision evolved. If it hadnt been for her work, ideas and suggestions we probably would have abandoned our remodel thinking it would be too large and expensive of a project. She made it all happen and the process was seamless - no delays and all stages of the process moved like clockwork.

Had a wonderful experience with Dianne this morning. We are looking forward to the addition to our kitchen to make it not only more functional but to look like it was there from the beginning.

Nice store, people were friendly to a point. The prices felt pretty high and they werent very flexible. I need to ship cabinets and countertops and they wouldnt help me with that. They wouldnt even let me purchase countertops and install them myself.

Im very pleased with my new cabinets. Woodsman has knowledgeable and courteous salespersonnel and staff, professional installers, and high quality cabinets for a great price.

Our bathroom renovation started out good, however a one month project ended up taking two months.The first two weeks went well, then everything stopped.Our messages where ignored, very poor customer service. Our contract stated that all construction debris would be removed, but instead a large amount was left in our dining room in a big box. I had to bag it and dispose of it myself.Our tub was installed, but they forgot to put the drain in first .The bathroom was left so dirty it took me a whole day to clean . Debris was left in the tube, sheetrock dust all over the floor and our new quartz counters, also glue all over counters-we assumed we would be given a finished,clean bathroom, but instead I had to do all the cleaning. We were planning to renovate our kitchen next, but I would not use Woodsman ever again! very poor customer service-as soon as they got our check the service stopped-so disappointed

We worked with Terri Dubose and were very pleased with the entire process of our kitchen cabinet and countertop design and install.Terri took good care of us all the way from design ideas, to getting the shop drawings perfect, to handling punch list items. We were very pleased with the experience, schedule, and price.

There are plenty of better options. Nice looking kitchens as long as you dont have any issues with their work. With us, they wouldnt honor their own warranty on a countertop that cracked due to a lousy install. We had two separate inspectors and contractors look at the issue and they both agreed that Woodsman was clearly at fault. I practically begged them to come and see it for themselves, but they refused to send anyone to even take a look. Instead of fixing their mistake, we were offered a contractor rate on a repair. Miserable customer service from people who only care about the bottom line. No thanks and never again.

Just recently redid our kitchen was thrilled with finished product and at a great price !I would highly recommend this company.

I tried to do business here because of their prices, but I will be going somewhere else because for almost a month I could not get anyone to call me back or send me an estimate for having my cabinets replaced.

Woodsman is unhelpful, uninformative and overrated. Woodsman is clearly only interested in providing their cabinet design and installation service to builders. An individual kitchen sale is actually an annoyance to Woodsman. While walking through the kitchen design layout with Terri DuBose, I asked a question about the dimensions of the refrigerator cabinet. I had emailed her the make, model and dimensions of all the appliances. The refrigerator cabinet was not going to cover the sides of the refrigerator based on her drawing. When I said I thought the refrigerator cabinet would be deeper?, she said Dont think.. I was shocked. If you are interested in the Aristokraft line I recommend Choice Cabinets with customer service in Ocala and Jacksonville. I continued my kitchen with Choice Cabinets, ordering a new refrigerator cabinet and four additional cabinets for a wonderful 6ft island.

I made a delivery here, handed this bobby, or barry parker 2 bol, mine and his copies, upon finishing he hands me back 2 copies of the same bol, when I asked him for my copy of the other bol the man went off the grid, it was obviously an enormous task to simply sign and return my copy of what was already provided to him, and rightfully mine, mentioned he had 14 yrs. experience and he just wanted to get out of there, he was very rude, and treated me badly. He signed and returned my other copy stating, here, same thing, to which I responded, not the same, different bill, different #, look. He rhetorically asked, are you happy now?, turned disgusted and left. All this unprofessional behavior in front of oher co workers, bobby if you dont want to be there, dont show up, turning nothing into the end of your world, but most of all, who the hell do you think I am? your wife?

Its people so Bad .iam employed right now maltrate a the polisher them no apreciate the Work a Doing every Night much ppl get out for the maltrate and injustice wath boss Doing I dont know yes Rich woodsman know all injustice wath the pass in the company.

OWNER RICK WOODS WOULD NEVER CALL YOU BACK EITHER!!!!!
