Hyundai of Orange Park far exceeded my expectations for car buying. I was not in the market for a car, but after an accident I was forced to purchase a new vehicle. I tried several dealerships and car brands and left because of the experience I had. I’m so happy I decided to stop by “just to see” what they had. The entire experience from sales to financing was the smoothest of any car buying experience I have ever had. I love my new Palisade and you really can’t beat a Hyundai warranty.

Very unfortunate experience. Just purchased my Hyundai from a car Max and have only ever been to Mazda dealerships with my previous car. Completely black and white experiences to say the least.Ill only be coming back here for recalls or Hyundai specific maintenance.This dealership resembles a very run down DMV on the inside. The bathroom was disgusting and stank. The toilet paper holder was hanging off of the wall, the paper towel roll was just placed on the baby changing table, the floors were dirty and the trash was full. Not to mention their parking lot is a nightmare.... Sorry for such a harsh review but definitely avoid if you can.

Always glad to see you and assist you in anyway they can. They are punctual, you get your car back when they tell you it will be ready, and the service is top notch. Just purchased a new vehicle from this dealership about two weeks ago after going to a competitors first. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of all the staff and especially my sales associate Kassandra! She went above and beyond my expectations and made me feel comfortable to where I wasn’t feeling pressured like most dealerships. She even helped me after the purchase with extra questions I had and she also contacted me to let me know when my All Weather mats and my extra key were available for pickup without asking.

I went in with the 2 types of cars I wanted to try. They didnt try to push me into something I hadnt asked for.. since there is a shortage I wasnt able to get the exact color I wanted but they made sure to get me as close as possible with the features I wanted. They were kind helpful and didnt try to over talk or act differently because I was a woman by myself. I was a wonderful experience . I did go on a Sunday and they only had 1 finance officer so that part was a longer wait but they made sure I was comfortable while waiting and checked up on me and once I was in he did an amazing job making sure everything was where I needed it. Everyone was kind and personable and seemed genuinely happy to help. Best dealership experience Ive ever had.

I went in for an oil change. But they also did a quick overview of my car.. it was noted that there was the beginning of dry rot starting in my tires. I checked the prices at Sam’s and there really wasn’t a difference… very glad to have them do everything, I need my car safe to take care of my husband
It was a great experience. We called ahead and Chris was waiting for us with the keys and vehicle. We test drove and told him where we needed to be with trade and price. He didn’t have to go back and forth 10 times. It truly was a easy process. We would recommend seeing Chris and this dealership to anyone.
Sales Agent James Model was professional, courteous and it was an honor to conduct business with him. Sales manager Mr. Mosley was friendly honored his commitment to keep us within the budget and even got us better interested rate than the one offered by our financial institution; cannot say the same experience when I got to the finance department and because I am mindful of being understanding I will reserve my comment regarding the finance customer service advisor delivery and I will rate a 4 stars instead of a 5.
It would be nice to have a technician who can drive a manual car and get it out of first gear and not trash talk the customers car.

He did not pressure us in any way, but he was helpful in selecting the right car for us, based on what we said about each vehicle we drove. Financing the car was smooth and efficient.

They are okay. Just be very thorough with any service you get done here and hope they do it correctly. I recently got an oil change done and my AC coolant was not topped off. I’m giving a low star only because I’ve had services done to my vehicle and one of those really was not needed. One of the front desks techs assumed that the reason behind my car not starting was because of my cluster. Now that it’s been replaced and each time I get an oil change, they are having to add the numbers from a sticker on the side door from the old odometer and the new odometer, mind you I’m always having to remind them to add those.
Took my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe here for 60,000 mile service. Everything was done right. Nice crew.

I went in to purchase a vehicle Wednesday, I was pushed through finance and the Finance Manager, forced into a warranty without seeing proof of what it covered and given a 6 year loan when i specifically requested a 5 year loan. When i left the dealership i wasnt even given the information of my loan holder to be able to appropriately add the car to my insurance. I have been attempting to have this rectified since I left and before the loan was thoroughly processed. Nobody has returned my call and this morning i received my loan information, which is not what i want. If it wasnt for the negative impact it would have on my credit i would return this car immediately. Finance Manager Ryan needs to do better.The only positive was my Sales Representative was great.

I had an awesome experience, first I made a problem free appointment online for an oil change. When I got there I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Hattie (advisor) is very enthusiastic and professional about her job and had an answer for any concerns I had and made me feel welcomed..
My car was there for 4 months awaiting parts. Was told the repairs were completed and ready to be picked up. I was out of town so my wife picked the vehicle up to find that the back seats were not even back in place yet, there was a dent in the trunk lid that was not there before and my rear door handles (both sides) trim were broken. Car was taken there for air suspension issues with no other damage except the front bumper cover that I myself damaged while the suspension was completely bottomed out… was told that there was no was this occurred while my vehicle was at this facility mind you it was here for 4 months and over $5000 spent. My car is a 2014 but it doesn’t matter If it was a 1914, costumers vehicle should be treated with care and respect. Costumer service is key… Corporate will be notified. TAKE DUE NOTICE… look over your vehicle thoroughly when getting it back. I will not be using this Service department EVER again!!!

I brought my car in for an oil change at 11am on Saturday never got a call that it was done or anything. I had to call countless times to get my vehicle back which should not be. When I finally got in touch with the salesman or anyone on Sunday, he was able to direct me to the correct person to get my car. So when I walked up she was just sitting there eating and I asked her if I can get my car back and she questioned me for being there and ask who said I could come there and get my car. I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences here. I also asked to have my tires filled which they did not do. I’ve never had such poor experiences until coming here.

I highly recommend this dealership.I am almost 70 and have purchased my share of vehicles over my lifetime.I can honestly say for the very 1st time that it was a pleasurable experience. Everyone in the building conducted themselves in a professional manner. My salesman Richard Galeota was top notch. He made us feel like family. I drove over 30 miles to this dealership because I did not appreciate the treatment I received at the other Hyundai dealership a few miles away from my home. I brought my car in June 29,2021 for a check up and about a ABS traction control light, that came on and off. They didnt find the trouble. About a week later, lights comes on an stays on. August 2, 2021 Itook it back, and Hattie check my car in. So for lightshasnt came on, plus I wasnt charged for it .Thanks FOR NOT CHARGING ME 🙂😊

I always schedule a service appointment and usually am taken early. Always greeted with a smile by everyone. Service is prompt and timely, depending on what I need accomplished on each visit. Except for 1 visit, I have always waited and the wait has never been long. Yesterday I was in and out in 30 min., even with a recall to address. Great job to all. A new dealer is now much closer, but have never considered changing locations. My car loves the TLC it gets.

My understanding is that part of the service is to have my vehicle vacuumed out, at least the front interior. This wasnt done during my recent visit so I phoned the customer service mgr to voice my displeasure. He wasnt available, so left a message for him to call me back. He never did. Phoned to speak to the Gen Mgr and he wasnt available. Left another message and guess who still didnt get a return call. Very unprofessional leadership team if you ask me

Horrible experience with the financing people. Waited over 2 hours after agreeing to a deal only to find that it was not approved by the bank. We were told everything was approved, let us change insurance to the new vehicle and completed all the paperwork to sign the deal with the finance manager. After hours waiting to go to the financing office they said the deal was still pending and told us to come back the next day because the banks were close for the night but the reality was the banks wanted the dealer to modify the numbers since it was such a terrible deal and we were getting overcharged. This place didnt care about us and led us to believe something that was far from the actual truth.

SCAM ALERT!! Be careful getting your car service there. Went in for oil change and to get my clogged windshield wipers fix. Said they blew air through the tubes and couldnt find the problem. They wanted to charge me $190 to run diagnostics on my clogged windshield wipers so when they are taking it apart they can see what is wrong, something along that line. Went home and watched several videos until I found one that I could use. Looks like the line is not connected and I found this out by pumping air into the line and hearing the air blowing out. Wish I found that video before, to think this was a simple problem to fix at the shop. Instead they were just trying to scam me. Never buying a car from them again.

I purchased my car couple of weeks ago. After coming to home I realized they added 5k over car price as market demand value. All the 6 hours time I spent in showroom nobody even explained the price chart or price breakdown or about this extra money they are charging. When I called them there’s one other thing that got revealed is that they charged $2000 more and said that’s a typo. To get this overcharged money back I had to call them multiple times and follow up. No response on that 5k as well. Market demand will be temporary but customer satisfaction should be priority.

I had a horrible stressful experience with Carvana and was so relieved I literally burst into tears when I realized I was actually leaving with not just a car I settled for, but the exact car I wanted. No buyers remorse here! Remember ask for Chelsea (though Im sure anyone would treat you well).

Needed to add a third vehicle to the family and we knew there were some great deals available on a 2021 Hyundai Tucson. Shopped online and in person with two dealers closer to home, and they just weren’t able to provide what we needed. Chris, our sales person and the finance manager provided a price and took a deposit to hold the car we wanted over the phone. When we arrived we were able to purchase our new SUV and get back on the road within two hours. It was exactly the deal we discussed on the phone, and they had even shopped our interest rate with our preferred credit union - saving us .5% on the interest rate. Absolutely the most pleasant car buying experience we’ve had in years. Highly recommend.

Hyundai of Orange Park exceeded our expectations. We drove several vehicles with our sales person, Ray Shahin. He was extremely patient and never made us feel pressured in any way. Even during the negotiation process, he and his sales manager, James Holloway, were patient and courteous, and never tried to push us into a deal with which we weren’t comfortable. In the end, we were happy with the deal and we love our new car. The G80 is sweeeeet.

He also brought all the paperwork to the house because my Mom has mobility issues and cannot wait in a dealership. I highly recommend him, and we are very pleased.
Very disappointed with this dealership. We went to talk to them about purchasing a new 2021 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. Because of the popularity of this vehicle they add $6000 to the sticker price of these cars. We had already visited St. Augustine Hyundai and were quoted sticker price. Our salesman at OP Hyundai told us that there was no way dealers were not adding $6000 or more to the price and it wasnt negotiable. Well, Im writing this review sitting in the passenger seat of our new 2022 Palisade Calligraphy that we bought through Joey Glick at St. Augustine Hyundai at the sticker price! You lost a $48,000 sale and get a bad review because of your greed!
Didn’t have a car of my liking. However, the salesman there, Glen, was the most down to earth salesman I talked to all day and I hit every dealership on Blanding that day. He was super helpful and I felt like he actually wanted to help me get what I was looking for rather than trying to get me to buy something I had zero interest in. Great guy!
My wifes 2012 sonata was in for a warranty motor swap about a month ago maybe a month and a half. Its obviously doing better than it was considering that the bearings in the old motor seized and it would no longer run. The reassembly of my wifes car however was pathetic. We have rattles and knocks from all over the front end now that Im going to have to check and fix, and they left her skid plate in the trunk of the car so really reassembly was never even actually completed and to top it off someone stole her umbrella out of it. Glad the car runs again but it will never again be going anywhere near hyundai of orange park for any reason.

Went for a routine oil change, I also knew I had a knot on my tire. Everything went smooth until they detailed my car and the person that pulled my car up had the most TART body odor, which in turn had my car smelling like him! When I walked in to get my keys they said everything was fine (a 27 point inspection is usually ran with a print out I didnt receive) and I was ready to go. They rotated my tires and said nothing until I asked about it. Very disappointing.
This is not about the paperwork but, I would like to explain our thoughts on this process of purchasing a car. It had been twelve years since we purchased a car. We were clueless. With the help of James Mizell, we were able to get our car and back home by dark. I had told him that I really didnt like driving after dark and I appreciate all of his help in getting everything together for us in a timely fashion to accommodate our request. When we went back in he answered our questions even though I am sure we probably had asked them before. He told care of us and we are very pleased to say we would highly recommend James to anyone that is looking for a car. We love our car and would also recommend Hyundai to anyone.
