These guys are awesome !! Super friendly staff and always willing to put Customer first even after hours . I needed parts for my Yamaha outboard and they were the only ones that had the parts in stock out of about 6 different marine parts stores that I called looking for parts. Drove down from Kingsland Georgia to get my parts but it looked as if the service center was closed which they were but there sales department was still open . Shout out to Jason who got ahold of the right people and was able to go get my parts from the service center . Even offered me an ICE COLD BEVERAGE while I waited . Great people great staff and great company !! They made me a customer for life !! Great job guys and keep up the good work !!

I have personally purchase three boats (Pathfinder) from Atlantic Coast Marine, the sales staff are always ready to help with any questions I may have. Mark in sales is a very detailed individual who has helped me on countless times throughout the purchasing process. His professional opinion is top notch on products and what works best for boating in Northeast Florida. I also use the service center for all of my Yamaha oil changes and tune ups. Very knowledgeable technicians and the place is always super clean and organized. Any issues that I have come across their Yamaha certified mechanics have always came thru for me.

I first came to Atlantic coast marine about 5 years ago to buy a 27’ cobia as a tender to our yacht, we have towed the boat behind us on passages from the Caribbean to Maine and it is a wonderful center console.The reason for my writing a review however is not to sing the praises of the cobia but to promote Atlantic coast marine, who have proven to be a first class operator with an after sales service that has me trailering my boat to them for service no matter our location . We recently traded the 27’ for a 32’ cobia, and as with all my previous dealings with Mark and his team it was a good experience, we left feeling happy !!! He gave us a great deal on our trade a great price on the new boat and then took care of everything else and has continued to do so after the sale, I highly recommend this 5 star dealership

I wouldn’t buy from here at all if your considering a boat or motor, literally no help at all, I called the sister store on beach to ask about any jon boats, trackers, motors etc.. as I’m looking to buy a flats boat.. well I woke up happy as hell looking to buy a boat and after speaking with Nancy from here I can tell you she turned me off to the whole experience, she must of not gotten why she wanted this holiday or maybe home issues but the fact that someone is trying to buy something you don’t quickly push them off the phone, didn’t get no questions answered and glad I didn’t spend money here after reading other people reviews on how bad the customer service is, people on marketplace and Craigslist treat their customers better than people actually trained to sell, crazy..

I was struggling to find the make and model of boat I wanted close to me. I finally found it with atlantic coast marine and was nervous to spend 6 figures sight unseen. Mark went out of his way to send pictures and info. All the info, blemishes included. When I finally picked cked the boat up it was exactly as advertised. I inquired about a boat, at the time i was just looking ...shopping if you will as I had in mind what I wanted to buy. Talked to Mr. Mark about it briefly. He sent me a quote and I was on my way to see him the next day. We looked at the Cobia 237, very impressive. So much so that I ordered one the same day. I wanted certain things on the boat so it had to be built at the factory. I was kept up to date every chance Mr. Mark had, if I had questions he was on it and if he couldnt answer he got me an answer that same hour. They gave me a time frame of the boat being built.. now mind you this is/was during the covid epidemic.. when no one else could get parts.. the boat was built and recieved earlier than the due date, which I was extremely happy about. Top notch service.. Mr. Mark saw to it my electronics where installed prior to pickup, boat was cleaned and the mechanic whom was very knowledgeable about anything boats and outboards walked me through the boat. If you want to buy a boat Mark at Atlantic Coast should be your only choice. Now let me move on to a Cobia Boat. I spent years in the Marine Division with the DNR so I have rode on or driven about every type of boat you can think of.. I am impressed with the Cobia 237.. trust me when I say compared to other boats its like a 26footer, there is that much boat. First time out ..the day started out 3 foot seas anybody who has run offshore much knows it can change in a drop of a hat.. 3 foot turned into 4-6.. We were 12 miles out and the boat handled the seas so well we decided to stay and fish, the ride in was comfortable.. the hull and the deadrise of it is prefect for less than desirable conditions. The boat deflected spray, no framming and beating.. soft is the word that comes to mind. The boats lays down softly. Handles great! So, if you are in the market for a top tier fishing boat go see Mr. Mark at Atlantic Coast and make darn sure you at least look at a Cobia Boat. I will be a repeat customer of Mark and Atlantic Coast Marine.. happy as a pig in slop! Thank you gentlemen for your professional service!!

Worked with Mark on the purchase of a 2019 Everglades 243. Was an amazing experience. he helped me work out a great deal, arranged financing and shipped the boat to me. also, after the fact has called to check up on me several times even helped me at 730 in the am when i had an issue which turned out to be user error. couldnt be happier with the service i received and have already recommended them to several people.

Bought a 07 Everglades CC from Tony. The same day we pulled the boat off the lot we took the boat out. Engine alarm started going off. Boat was taken to marine repair center to have codes pulled. Said either cmap sensor or ecm. They replaced cmap sensor at no charge to me. Still having dame issues. Now Tony is saying I am responsible for repairs. In my line of work we dont sell things that we dont know how to service correctly. I dont recommend buying anything used from ACM because they dont do any kind of inspections prior to selling boat. They lost my service and tryst and anybody I know who needs boat service will be steered away from them as well.

Horrible customer service and mechanics. Blew two power heads on Yamahas from them because the are not capable of doing this kind of work. There main guy behind the parts department is a rude individual that will not even look at you when you are trying to talk to him. Will not give you the time or day. Trust me there are alot better shops and places to buy boats then this place.

I just had Atlantic Coast Marine, repower my boat with a new Yamaha 115. They offered me the best price in town. Its been my experience in the past dealing with boat dealerships that they run on boat time! Not this place, they got it done and done right . Now im on boat time :-) For the best service,price and time to complete work, you got to go see them for any boat upgrades and repairs.

I paid for a pre-purchased inspection on my motor. Later found out that the motor needed work did not feel like they did the full inspection. They also have poor customer service.

Bought a 2006 Sea Boss from them about three weeks ago and they were fast, professional and went out of their way to ensure everything was in good working condition. Would definitely do business with them again!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO ATLANTIC COAST MARINE. Please read.I have experienced the worst customer service with the company and the President Brett who is also the GM. I was lied to and treated terribly. I was also threatened that if I came to the business to discuss my issues something would be waiting on me insinuating a gun. If you are there to spend less than 10k you are considered useless. Terry the service person told me two different prices and never called me when my motor came in.It is unacceptable to be treated so poorly and threatened and made to feel you are not important.
