I’ve bought two new motorcycles from Jax Power Sports and both times it was a great experience. This will be my third one, only used this time, if everything works my way, and as always this team has been so helpful. Its a pleasure doing business with them.

3 of the nicest guys I know in the Powersports industry and they make a big difference to me as a customer. Marshall is their Service Manager and someone who truly listens to what you need done in terms of service, he always has proactive feedback and very trust worthy. Byron is a wealth of knowledge on the sales side and also a super nice guy. Ive known him for 10 years+ (in and out of the dealership) and again a very trust worthy source who will work to put you into the right bike, Seadoo, etc. And George is their parts person who is knows everything about parts and accessories. If you have a Powersports need- start with these 3 guys. Once you do, youll understand their customer focused attitudes and not some of the bad attitudes you get elsewhere.

I recently purchased my Seadoo from Jacksonville Powersports.Professional yet down to earth people.Highly recommended!

Do not trust these people they will sell you unsafe vehicles. I bought 2015 brute force from them last year with a bracket lift and oversized tires that get stuck in the front fender.Because of this i got in a bad accident resulting in 12 fractures on my right rib cage, a collapsed lung, and a severed liver costing almost 100 thousand dollars. After 22 days in the ICU and 3 months of rehab at my house, i brought it back to them and asked if they would buy it back at a thousand dollars less then what i payed just to get it out of my life. They would not even give me the time of day. They said it doesnt make bussiness sense to buy it back.What about morals what if i died and left my daughter without a father. What about the four months of lost wages.They dont care they are only worried about not making enough profit on the buy back.

Well disappointed in the service department. I dropped my bike off on the 23rd of October and picked her on the 3rd of November to fix a pinched wire. The technician that worked on the bike was careless cause there is grease marks all over my bike. Technician also broke a piece of my fairing. Very upset at the time frame and performance done at this dealership. Never will i use their service nor recommend them to anyone else

I went in to buy a new Kawasaki after seeing they had one in the color I wanted. I called prior to going in to verify the bike was there and asked several miscellaneous questions about it. I obtained my own loan ahead of time and based off the advertised price, I was well within my margins. I arrived, checked out the bike and picked out some riding gear. The manager was the sales rep helping me as well as the same person I had spoken with on the phone a few days prior. He rings up the sale and brings out the tally. It’s well over what was expected with shipping fees, handling fees, document fees and misc other fees that were never disclosed to me as being part of the sale. It was a couple thousand and then some over sales price of the bike. My gear was only costing a few hundred, which I expected. The manager did point out, after I quizzed him on it, that the document fee was inflated and his error, however, knowledgeable people coming in to purchase motorcycles are fully aware, and expect these fees to be tacked on. He treated me like I was an idiot that should have been smart enough to have researched my would be purchase in greater detail ahead of time. He treated his staff very badly in my presence, cussing at them and acting as if they were screwing everything up with pre-assigned tasks he had administered. I wasn’t given the time of day by him after I admitted how frustrated I was at this point, especially after driving a couple hours one way to purchase the bike. I would advise any new bike purchasers or unsuspecting people in the market to steer clear of this place, at least until they get friendlier management hired on.

Reily did an outstanding job with us purchasing a pair of GTI SE 170s. He was patient, allowed us to ask questions and listened to our wants/needs! You have a down to earth good guy (& crew) there at Jacksonville Powersports. We drove from Daytona Beach to Jville twice to get what we wanted and Reily made that happen. We cannot thank you enough! With the shortage we expected to wait until October-ish for skis but nope they got notice, we deposited for both and got them THE NEXT DAY!!! Thank you ALL so much! We definitely recommend this location.

I bought a SxS from Byron and Jax Powersports and it was the smoothest and easiest vehicle transaction I have had. He was knowledgeable, honest and very quick to respond to communications. The entire staff was friendly from sales, financing, parts and service. They delivered everything on time as promised in perfect condition.

I would like to express how satisfied and happy that I was able to find this water sport store and more importantly to have met Robert!. I have never owned a Jet-ski before, have driven many, but never owned one. When I decided to buy one and be able to spend quality time with my 15 year old son, I did not know where to start. I lived 14 years in FL and never bought a craft, which I regret it very much. Now that I live in NC, I decided to change this. I guess it’s never too late!. Either way, after searching for a local distributor in NC, I quickly realized they have all exhausted their stock. One distributor told me they were not expecting new jet ‘skis until 2021 or later. Then I started calling distributors in FL, and honed in the Jacksonville area, since my mother in-law lives there. I drove to Jacksonville and met with Robert. This is one outstanding salesman and quality individual that took his time to explain me about Jet skis, from an owner’s perspective. His level of detail and confidence on this motor craft made me feel comfortable asking any question. I ended up buying the SEA DOO Fish Pro, and amazing piece of machinery, fully loaded with all the toys you can think of like GPS, sound systems, extra cooler bay, fishing pole holders......etc. Again, want to thank very much Robert for taking his time and guiding me to the SEA DOO FISH PRO jet skit.

The dealership was unfriendly and unhelpful. The manager was arrogant and stand-offish and the sales staff was unknowledgeable and openly misogynistic to say the least. We didnt even bother attempting negotiations because getting information on the bike we were looking at from the sales manager and sales staff was like pulling teeth. We walked in prepared to buy a brand new bike at full price and now, I wouldnt buy it from them if they knocked 20% off the top. We were in the store less than 10 minutes and that was 9 minutes too long. Dont support this joke of a company.

Brought my VStar1100 in for a simple rear pad swap. Byron the service advisor didnt try to up sale me on anything that I didnt need. They had me read to roll in no time. Very professional and I will definitely be back.

Did anyone else pay THOUSANDS in fees? I bought jetskis and ended up paying around $3,000 a piece in fees! Is that normal?? I paid cash so no financing. Not very informative. Once we began questioning about the fees, the manager was no longer friendly. He wasn’t mean, just had nothing more to say.

I just wanted to say thank you Robert for taking my call and making my buying experience fast, easy and simple. Being able to do most of all the pre-work via a phone call and an online application made it great. My experience at the store was even better. I was greeted right away by an associate who got me to Robert. Then was able to get to sign the paper work and within 20 min I was done, picked up the bike and bought a few other items. We came from South Florida, Jacksonville Power Sports is the only dealer in Florida who was able to get me the 2 exact Sea-Doo models I wanted. Reily Dawson was in constant communication with us, even on his day off! He prepared everything as I was driving over, when I arrived the Service Dept got me everything I needed. Minutes later I was in finance signing, they were fair and honest on the deal and very friendly. They were so respectful of my time, I was out in one hour! Very helpful on what was wrong with my Kawasaki Mule. I was able to repair it myself with the parts I bought to prevent trailering my Mule to Jax. And not have it for a week or more. Air filter and spark plugs I installed myself and was so proud I did it. Also bought oil filter and oil so I can change my own oil, also a first. Thank you so much for the time Sam took to help me.

I went looking for a motorcycle, the salesman had little information about the items for sale, which bothered me, because I was ready to buy.. They had a good selection of all types of vehicles, also a large supply of tires. Perhaps after I look around more, I may look here again.

I have had a good experience with service in the past, once. Thought this would become a business to use and trust. Since then i have used parts department twice. Ordered a maintenance manual that arrived twisted with spine bent. I was told thats the way a manual should look, he was not joking. I ordered tires that arrived with either a two or three year old manufacture date on them. I requested tires with a max of one year if possible or i would order myself and they could install them, they got newer tires for the bike. I think this may have set poorly with those involved as they reinstalled the sprocket and rear wheel assembly reusing the sprocket bolts which are compression bolts, not sure proper name for them. I found this out by noticing a rubbing noise in the rear. Two other bolts had already fallen off, the noise was a third rubbing against the swing arm getting ready to fall out. The remaining two bolts had solidly been installed stripping the threads making removal of them snap the bolts. The only work done on the rear wheel was this tire change since purchase. Shop said that the sprocket doesnt have to be removed, sometimes they do sometimes they dont. This of course could have been done at factory but I detail often and not to have noticed is unlikely. This was a potential game over. Just saying.

Called in to purchase a jet ski, was told because I’m not physically there they can’t run my information to get me approved for financing, even though I already have an approval for financing. Was also told even with a deposit and approval they can’t hold the item for me. Robert even raised his voice to inform me these are “DEALER RULES AND I DONT MAKE THE RULES” definitely won’t be doing business here. The sales rep was rude and I don’t appreciate being screamed at when I’m trying to bring business to your company.

I was going to drive from Atlanta to their location to purchase two PWCs, but their sales person Reily Evader is rude not not helpful at all.

My family and I walked inside and No One asked us if we needed any help or what we were looking for.

Every area was covered and every service was offered to me without the pressure Ive felt at other stores. All of my expectations were met or exceeded. Every question was answered and Im confident, when I return, Ill receive the same level of care and service. A better relationship, better price and everything I was looking for, thats what I got at Jacksonville Powersports.

The only reason I picked 5 stars is cuz they didnt have 10!! Clint, (my salesperson), Omar, (sales Mgr), and Jordan, (Apparel and aftermarket sales), were fantastic. Originally, I knew what I wanted so I did an internet search and found several good deals out there. As I spoke to the different dealers around, I found Clint to be a no-nonsense, straight forward person. I didnt get the impression he just wanted to unload a bike. He took the time to talk with me, find out what it is I wanted, and connected with me several times to make sure he had, and could get what I wanted. I have so many options with just this one bike. Now that my purchase is complete, I dont feel Im just a customer, but rather a family member of Jacksonville Powersports. Thanks brother Clint and sister Jordan! Ill be seeing you again.

Great service once they get to you. Staff just looks at you and doesnt acknowledge you. No one called for staff at the parts counter, you just stand there till someone shows up. And the sales staff has nothing to say unless you put your hands on a new ride. Then they want to talk.

Clint was great from the initial phone to delivery. He was fair honest and trustworthy. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy. We are so happy with our wave runners and with Clint. He has been there for us even after the sale. Rare one of a kind sale person.

So I just moved to Jacksonville and was looking for a place to have my 2008 Kawasaki Vulcan 1600 classic serviced and to get parts etc along with Kawasaki riding gear. Enter Sonny. Sonny greeted me very professionally. We discussed what I was looking for and Sonny took me back to the service area and introduced me to the folks in the service department which I was very impressed with. He then helped me pick out a cover large enough for my bike which we ordered. Cover came in on time and was a perfect fit and I am very pleased with it. The rest of the staff was very friendly. I had the most unbelievable buying experience of my life today at Jacksonville Power Sports. The entire process was fantastic thanks to Clint, one of the sales people. I contacted several dealerships in N. Georgia and S. Florida looking for a particular machine. I was told that they either did not have them in stock yet, could not get them yet or just plain said no one has them yet. Well guess what?? Clint made it happen. He located the one I wanted and had it shipped to his store. He called me several times to keep me up to speed with what was going on, and I know that a few of them calls were made after hours on his off time. The machine arrived when he said it would, and was ready for pick up right on time. Clint even took pictures of it and sent them to me prior to me arriving. When I arrived, the machine was perfect. All of my paper work was waiting for me .to sign and the finance lady was great as well. Thanks everyone for a great buying experience

My husband and I visited looking for UTVs we were paying in cash and were shown one with sticker price of 10800.00 sounded great. Then came paper work and all of a sudden 10800.00 was now over 13000.00, what happened well taxes of course but then he said well we had to add fees for putting it together and this fee and that fee. So he then said he could get us a ag discount and that would bring price to 12300.00 well I said ok if included roof and windshield then it’s a deal. Then finance manager came out and said the price is the price and we are thinking of pulling all sales tag off anyways, we’ll needless to say I thanked him for his time and went elsewhere and made a wonderful cash deal at another place that was awful experience and will never go there again.

Due to the best pricing I could find and the most OUTSTANDING customer service me and my wife drove down from Spartanburg SC just to buy from them. I didn’t have the honor of meeting the owner George but I did meet these great people.Clint (AKA World Famous) was the salesman that went above and beyond getting us into this Teryx4. From emails at 9:30 at night and 5:30 in the morning getting paperwork done and questions answered. We left at 3 in the morning to be there when they opened at 9 and he text at 5am asking if every was ok and if we were safe. Even called on my way back home to make sure we got home ok. He was at the shop at 7:30am to ensure everything was in order and make sure the machine was assembled when we got there. If you want an ATV, UTV or jet ski go see this guy cause he the MAN!!!!!!Barbara (AKA Momma B) had all the paperwork drawn up and amazed me at the APR on the loan. She was super sweet, very professional and keeps all those guys at the shop in line 😁Patrick (AKA munchkin) went over board in explaining everything down to a T standing in the 103 degree temps to ensure I knew everything about the Teryx. I asked him to show me how to drive it but Clint said he didn’t have any bricks to tie to the pedal so he can reach it 🤣🤣🤣I can tell y’all right now if I ever buy another play toy I will happily make that 6 hour drive again just to see them and to give them my business. This establishment is a family that’s been operating for 40+ Years and it shows with the family atmosphere and they’re professionalism. BUY FROM THEM YOU WON’T REGRET IT!!!
