Had an issue when I bought parts for an oil change and was given the wrong viscosity. I only found out the day after I did the oil change on my 19 Star Bolt R-Spec. I spoke to Mark the parts manager and explained how I was given three quarts of 15w50 and one quart of 10w40. He told me to come in and they did me right by give me the correct oil, replacement oil filter, and a drain plug gasket for me to do another oil change. I greatly appreciate their efforts to keep my business, I would use them again for parts.

Walked in and was greeted happily by Raymond. I was going just to look at used bikes for a first bike but the one I had in mind was sold and gone. He was polite and friendly and recommended other motorcycles in the same style. Well, a couple hours later and now I’m a first time motorcycle owner and I got a new 2021Honda CBR 300 with ABS now. Ryan in finance helped a lot with getting a good price and set up with my new bike. Thanks guys, you both get five star reviews from me.

We had a great experience purchasing a 2022 Yamaha 212S boat. Bill Gannon, our salesman, was one of the best we ever dealt with when purchasing something this substantial. He was friendly, never pushy, knowledgeable and followed up with us knowing our needs. He was one of the main reasons why we stayed with RideNow for the months while we were waiting for the 2022s to be released. Also, Bob Searles was great bringing it all together at the end. He explained the purchasing process well and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. We would highly recommend RideNow and Bill to anyone looking for a boat. Best service Ive ever experienced in 40 years of buying motor vehicles. Best selection in the Jacksonville area. Red Schmale was my sales rep, was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and answered all the questions I had about the Mule I was buying. Brittney Crawford, the manager, was great, she had full knowledge of the vehicle, explained how everything worked and walked me through the operating and maintenance procedures. This was truly a five-star experience. I knew I wanted a Kawasaki KLR, and the sales team was quick to respond to me and set up an appointment that was convenient. Kevin was excellent at walking me through the process showing me the different models of the bike I wanted and the different features. He did an excellent job of guiding me through the process. Javon assisted as well and was excellent in handling the financing portion of the sales process. He provided very straightforward financing, discussing different terms and the associated interest rates. This was nothing like going to a car dealership thankfully.Bobbie the manager then took over with the paperwork. My signing was done in quick order and with the highest level of professionalism.The experience did not end there though. Brittney then assisted me with the finer points of the new bike as she installed my tag. She tailored my experience to someone as a more experienced rider and showed me all the specifics to the KLR. She was pleasant to talk to and very personable. I didn’t want to leave! This truly was an excellent experience from the very beginning to the end. As soon as my husband and i walked into here we were impressed. The variety of items and accessories is wide and everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Red helped us, was patient and very knowledgeable. He got us what we needed and we left very happy. Great buying experience! It all started via text with Hugo who was great to work with, getting all my initial questions answered as well as working with me to find the best product based on what I was looking for. The ATV wasn’t immediately available but when it was, I got a text and was able to quickly put a deposit in. Once I got to the store, I worked with Red who was amazing in explaining all the most important details as well as all the benefits of buying from RideNow. All associates were amazing in the process and delivery with Jeremy was just as smooth. Will definitely be back for the experience - no hassles at any step.
Overpriced, charged for a battery warranty that wasnt explained, over $2000 in dealer fees. Purchased an extended warranty thats not a manufacturer extended warranty. When I went back to cancel the warranty the employee had an attitude with me. Had problems with the three-wheeler from the minute I bought it still waiting to find out about the repairs. Dealerships said they never had this type of problem before and has to wait for manufacturer to get back to them. Spoke to other dealerships that told me if I continue having a problem call them and they will see what they could do to help me. I would recommend going to any other dealer but this one. Seems that the bigger the dealer is the less they care about the customer.Update 7/10/2021I had a meeting with the general manager Greg and service manager Robby. Both gentlemen were very polite and listen to all of my concerns. They were transparent and genuinely helpfulAll my issues have been resolved. My new trike is home and running great. I will go back again and recommend them to friends looking to buy a new toy. Thanks guys for everything.

About 2 years ago our SXS was in to have regular maintenance done. When we got it home we noticed the maintenance hours were never reset. It brought major concern wondering if the proper maintenance was even done..this was all included with the maintenance protection plan we included when financing. We contacted RideNow and was told they did maintenance it but would add a note to our account to add another maintenance for the issue. Our maintenance plan recently went up and we took our SXS in for shock work. While dropping it off we spoke with Josh in regards to getting the maintenance done that a note should be on the account. He mentioned there was not any notes but he would look into it. Needless to say Josh went above and beyond to get this resolved. Not only did he take care of the maintenance issue he was in communication with us through the insurance claim for the shock till when we picked it up. Josh turned our experience around with RideNow and we really appreciate everything he did!

I recommend anyone to buy from this dealer. I drove 2 hours to pick up a Shadow Phantom 750, and it was worth it. All of the employees were awesome. Red Schmale was the man helping me throughout the day and he was great. Very knowledgeable, straightforward, and overall a cool guy. Every step of the buying process was laid out clearly and explained very well. I went to RideNow to sell my Vulcan 900 because I was moving across the country. I worked with Red and he was amazing. Hes from the city that Im moving to and he gave me so much information about where to eat and go as well as different things I should do when I get there. He even called his mom, who still lives there, and asked her to look around for a job for me because she is in the same profession. All of that was way above and beyond what he needed to do and its been really helpful since Ive moved to the new city. As for the process of selling my bike, he helped make it smooth and easy. If i am ever in Jacksonville again and am looking for a motorcycle, Red is the guy Im going to go see.

So my Father and I went to every ATV/Side-by-side dealer in Jacksonville and Orange Park. Ridenow Power sports had the best selection of anywhere. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted, a Diesel Mule. Our salesman Red Schmale was very knowledgeable, personable and great to work with, answered every question we could come up with. Im coming back to buy a motorcycle from him shortly. Tried buy a bike all cash to get a good deal they scammed me into financing saying they would do the same price and are now trying to charge 13k for a 7k bike, service was slow so place was about to close by the time we get to the paperwork everybody rushing to go home which was unprofessional and I didn’t have time to look everything over like I should have. they added a 2000$ charge that says “other” for no reason. Do Not Come Here Please I don’t even want the bike anymore it was such a bad experience salesman are scam artist stay away or be careful and read over everything. On top of all the hassle the bikes blinkers didn’t work so I had to bring a brand new bike back the next day couldn’t even ride that night or the next day barely even wanted It by the time it was ready that’s how bad this place is

They treat you very nice and they are very helpful. Prices are decent as well. The range is wide and their hours are more available than other locations. Came to this place with the idea of purchasing a bike drove 6 hours away and called 1 hour before I got there for approval to make sure everything was fine (normal right since this was a long drive) cb salesman is not honest definitely don’t deal with these people Zach tried to rectify the situation to find another approval but nothing changed since this was the end of the day. The salesman ethan (glasses) talked about so many problems he had in his personal life was just cringe being there. Save your money and time people run this like a pop shop.

Took our Can-Am Spider there for service, we talked to Chis the day before and asked if we could setup an appointment for Saturday since we have to drive for over an hour. Was told no, but to be at the door at 8:50 sharp to be the first person in line and it was done on a first come-first serve basis. Was there on time and was the first one checking in. Had some running around to do and told them we would be back shortly. Did not hear from them until 11 with a text message from Courtney saying to text or call for status updates. We texted back to see if the bike was ready, since they had it for two hours for just an oil change and nothing else, no response. Went and did some running around and never heard again. Decided to go over at 2:30 PM, so we called and they said it would be done in 30 minutes. We arrived 30 minutes later and still had to wait another hour. So much for first come-first serve! Poor customer service on this, if you drop your bike off first thing it should be done first thing and not when you call and say Im on my way there!. Wont be back again to this place. Sales may be great but their service department isnt.

My family had a great time here yesterday. My son ran around and sat on everything and no one had a problem. We went from not being sure to even get a boat due to the shortage nationwide to getting our boat two days later after Amber told us that a similar boat had made it in. Bill was very helpful in the purchase of my SeaDoo Spark. Very good communication, and very pleasant buying experience overall. Something fell through on my end, and he was understanding, and helpful with that as well. Low pressure sales experience, would definitely buy again in the future.
I purchased a motorcycle here in 2019. The experience wasn’t great, sales associates promise more than they can deliver on, whatever it takes to sell the bike. Admittedly it was the bike I wanted, and after increasing my down payment to get the monthly payment in the range that they originally promised, I still left happy with the bike.Fast forward 2000 miles to a defective tire blowout. I started by saying “put angel GTs on there and I’ll pay the difference” after 2 days and several hours on the phone of them trying to mess me around, they finally came back and said “we’ll put the angel’s on there and you can pay the difference” … hours of being given the run around for them to only finally offer me exactly what I started the conversation with.Now it’s 2021 and they’ve been campaigning for months via both email and text “we’ll buy your bike or give you trade value of retail price for your bike.” I went through the questionnaire called and spoke to a guy at the shop, asked tons of questions, they gave me a range of what my bike would be worth if I sold it to them, but when I showed up the number dropped dramatically, such a waste of time.Overall the salesmen are pretty good people, but this company uses bait and switch tactics ALL the time, and as much as I think the salesmen would like to help, they tell me over and over again “our hands are tied, that’s just the way the company works”. One sales floor manager even went as far as to tell me he hates the way they do this buyback promotional and he’s been fighting it for as long as he could remember but corporate doesn’t listen.They’re salesmen turnover is higher than my local Tacobell …I’m done with them, I will never buy from a RideNow again, I will never have service here either, the company mission should be “drain every sucker for all they’ve got, and when they leave, we’ll just drain the next sucker”
We purchased a Seadoo Trix Jet ski from Ride now. The purchase aspect of the deal was very smooth and some great people to work with. The problem is the service aspect as we only have 5 hours on the ski and just made are first payment and the ski started to have probably so I took in for service and you would think with just 5 hours on ski you would get priority but that is not the case. You get pushed to the back of the line and have to wait 2 weeks before it’s even looked and then if need parts that are not in stock then who knows how long it will be. This is the customer appreciation I get for purchasing a ski from Ride now. WOW!!!!!!!!

This company is garbage. They look to cheat customers by way over charging. They tried to add on 46% of retail for fees, prep and destination charges. Shop around people, you can find them way cheaper.
I usually try and refrain from leaving negative comments/reviews for a business. Rather than complain, Id choose to stop patronizing a business Im dissatisfied with. Unfortunately, my issue with Ridenow Powersports Jacksonville SERVICE DEPARTMENT forces me to do so. First, my initial opinion during the purchase of my Ryker was positive. Brittney was and still is THE only reason I have continued dealing with them up until this point. Shes energetic, supportive and thoughtful. She knew I was having a difficult time after I sent my bike in for an installation and she tried making it better. I have nothing but sincere respect for her and the few others that tried making the situation bearable. However, my latest experience with the service department will be the last time I do business with them. The lack of professionalism, miscommunication and disorder are astounding. I know this doesnt apply to all the employees there...but as a department I expected more. I will be contacting corporate for further comment.
Josh at Ridenow Jacksonville went above and beyond to help me out on his day off. Lost the key to my 2021 Seadoo while I was at a sandbar and Josh was able to coordinate a key and a technician when no other dealer could. Was able to get a new key and flush out my ski before anything bad could happen. Thanks Josh you are a lifesaver!!!!

Avoid at all costs.Wanted the rear tire on my 2014 Spyder RT changing which was being booked in until Courtney stuck her nose in and claimed they did not work on Spyders older than 5 years.This appeared to be a complete shock and news to the rest of the service department.Also note they have three Spyders for sale older than 5 years but I bet they wont tell you they wont service it until AFTER you bought it.Pretty sure this is not even legal as many safety aspects of a Spyder can only be done by dealers with BUDS software.So by refusing to work on older than 5 years models they could be putting owners lives at risk.They have been reported to BRP and a growing in strength negative thread is burgeoning on spyderlovers forum.STEER CLEAR IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY
A+ in my books, I live 2 1/2 hrs away and was looking for an ATV the one I wanted was sold the day after I asked about it and Karina informed me with updates and call backs. I couldnt find the ATV I wanted close by due to shortage but Karina gave me more options as I found a good one that I liked, drove to Jacksonville and was immediately welcomed by Red with hospitality, showed me around and signed final paper wor. I left satisfied with no regrets..I would definitely give them my business again without thinking twice

Our experience was not a good one. The first time we can in, took a few minutes before anyone would acknowledge us. Once we chose our bike and signed the papers, this dealership was done with us. The bike we wanted was not in the store so they had to get it from the warehouse. We came to pick up the bike after having issues was told that it would be ready to go when we got there. Waited for almost 2 hours, for them to do whatever they do to the bike to get it ready and once we went to take it home - it was the wrong bike! The second finance guy we dealt with was rude, it was a total nightmare. I do have to say that Brittany was the only reason we did not walk out the door and go somewhere else. She was awesome, did everything within her power to make it right - even spent money out of her own pocket. She deserves lots of kudos for her effort.
They were attentive and worked with us through the whole process. Red did an amazing job of walking us through everything and answering all our questions. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Excellent customer service until you make the purchase. Do not buy the prepaid maintenance plan. It took two months after my request for them to pick up my vehicle as advertised. They no-showed the first time they had me scheduled for a pickup. I called them and they didnt have me on the schedule. Waste of energy dealing with them. I definitely wont buy from them again.

Britney had the answers on the Can-Am that we were looking at and if she didn’t she would go find it. They charge half an hour labor to change a front tire which came up to over $90 after shop supplies and a made up fee for hand cleaning soap on top of that called a zep fee. Complete ripoff.
I was helped by Karina and Raymond B. At ride now Jacksonville and had an amazing experience. I was helped every step of the way and the process was easy. I kinda new what I was looking for but he explained it even better and helped out. Im happy with my purchase and will definitely be back for parts and other accessories. I was told however that I didnt need a motorcycle license to drive it though which i found out afterwards was false so if you are going to purchase one in telling you that you do.
I had heard mixed reviews about dealing with ride now from friends and acquaintances.However I had the pleasure of meeting a sales man who was absolutely wonderful. His name was Bruce and he was very professional and not pushy. He was knowledgeable as well as patient which made the experience exactly what I was hoping for. I had bought a new 4 seater Razor and was pleased enough with his interactions That a week later I decided to buy 3 more 4 wheelers and he was equally as impressive. Three weeks later I had some issues with one of them and contacted service and Bruce assisted me the entire time. A true professional and stands behind his word. I highly recommend dealing with Bruce and Ridenow and will definitely give them the first chance for future business. .

Aaron was amazing from the moment I walked in. He was extremely knowledgeable not only about the Outlander I was looking at but also about the comparable models which helped reassure me that I was making the right decision for my needs. He made sure to introduce me to his coworkers in all of the departments and made sure I had their business cards for future needs. He was funny, smart and easy to work with on my purchase. I recently purchased a new 25 yamaha boat from this dealer for 70k. The salesman was very nice and professional. However, it is a very high volume dealer more concerned about moving sales as fast as possible. Several issues with the whole process. They didnt explain anything about the boat. First hour on the water the boat had issues. Dealer was of no help with warranty claims. I sold the boat with two hours on it. I would never buy from this dealer again and i would never buy another jet boat.

Purchased a ‘21 Goldwing from them last week. My sales rep. Red found one at another store for me and I put down a deposit. There was some confusion concerning the availability of the bike. Red went above and beyond to make sure I had the bike in my possession by the end of the week. I commend him and the management team for making that happen. We had a great experience from both the sales and parts team. They will continue to get my business and recommendations.

We came in to the dealership today not ever having been to a motorcycle dealership and knowing very little about them. We met Brittney and we couldn’t have fell in better hands. Brittney took the time to answer each and every one of our questions without rushing us and giving each of them the same level of importance. We felt like we were the only customers in the store. I’m a stickler for customer service and in our experience Brittney demonstrated the wow factor and took customer service to a whole different level. When we walked into RideNow Powersports we were greeted by Brittany. She showed us a few ATVs that caught our eye. She was very knowledgeable, experienced and patient. She answered all of our questions and made us feel extremely comfortable. Shout-out to Chris in the service department who was also very friendly and explained how their department works and what to expect during service. My family just bought our 2021 SX195. Sean did a fantastic job as our salesman. From start to finish he was there for us whenever we had questions and was very knowledgable on the product. Ole Bobby “beefcakes” solidified the deal with a great job in the finance department. I really appreciate blunt and honest answers which he delivered. Wow! I was sure that my credit was not good enough to finance the motorcycle I had been saving for. But after seeing a used one on their web site I liked, and I was in Jacksonville on other business. I had to have a closer look. In no time at all Marcus of sales had me approved with a great interest rate and low down payment even. Introduced me to all departments. Everyone very attentive and pleasant. I dont usually give a 5 star review, but these guys deserve it .

RideNow PowerSports has AMAZING customer service all around from the moment you walk in all the way down to purchase, final inspection and waving ya goodbye off the lot. I would 10000% recommend. Angel and Britney took care of us. They each expressed interest in our desires, took the time to share from experience, were both knowledgeable about various styles of bikes and were patient through the whole process. I wanted to get my Yamaha Raider serviced at their store but I called three different times and the service department never picked up the phone. Very disappointing that a business is so busy they can’t answer phones from the people that want to spend money with them. It appears to me that maybe they need to hire some folks. I’ll take my business to another Yamaha dealer.
