I decided to purchase a new Honda scooter and visited Cycles of Jacksonville. After arriving, I looked at several and became interested in one specific model as their inventory was limited.From the onset and after talking to several sales staff members, I inquired about a selected model I was interested in and was then presented a total sales price, which also subsequenlty changed as another $200.00 was added after the duval county tax was adjusted by the store manager? Kind of felt like a sales bait and switch move!The FULL MSRP price as advertised was $4,299.00 plus tax, dealer and set up fees etc. which came to over $6,288.00. Ridiculous was the OVER $900.00 destination and set up charge they included!My brand new SUV vehicle desitination and dealership charges were LESS than this Honda scooter, absurd!The dealership offered me a optional $900.00 scooter wheel protection package!In addition sales said if I sold the scooter back to them before the end of the year, I would loose $2000-3000 dollars even though it would be garaged and kept in immaculate condition, so I would expect to lose nearly 50% from the original purchase price!After several attempts by sales to secure a deal for me with the store manager which failed, I decided to leave and I then searched online and found another much larger Honda dealeship and made a deal and saved over $1,832.00 for the exact same brand new model. After faxing them a front and back copy of my Florida Driver License, I was able to pay by credit card in full over the phone with NO issue!This dealership does NOT accept credit cards for vehicle purchases, citing some fraud bologna, BS explanation. They also do NOT honor ANY active, veteran military or first responder discounts.Personally, I would NOT recommend or ever purchase anything from this chiseler managed run dealership the future. Unless you are a sucker, research, shop elsewhere and save money!

I had ordered a part for my bike. When I arrived to pick up my part, I asked the guy at the service desk if he could check the air in my tires. He arrived a brief time later and had bad news. While attempting to air up my rear tire the broke the valve stem off. He told me I would have to okay $149 to have repaired. The manager got involved and waived the charge. Felling better about this place, I went to my repaired bike only to find an 8 inch boot scuff on my saddle bags. The guy literally asked if I did it?? Wow! What great service. Beware!!!

Picked up a 2020 Africa Twin on June 5. Kyle and company are absolute SUPERSTARS. And youre hearing this from someone who drove a UHaul van 317mi to them, only to realize the bike wouldnt fit due to his mistake, and had to rent a 20 UHaul moving truck to drive it down, and STILL had to have the wife drive the van back down following the big truck. Still. Saved. Me. Thousands.

Ive been looking for a new Goldwing for awhile now with no luck. I live in Syracuse NY, none of the dealers here really had any selection and if I did come across one, it was overpriced. So I went on cycle trader to see if shopping nationwide would get some results. Id never done that before so I was skeptical. I came across a bike down in Florida at Cycles of Jacksonville that looked too good to be true. A leftover but new 2018 goldwing for $16,690. Of course I had a hard time believing that was an accurate price that must have a ton of fees tied to it. I decided to call anyways and see. Chad took my call and answered my questions and when I told him I would be doing this completely remotely, he said we can make it work and not to worry. It was closing time that day so he gave me his personal cell number and told me to get ahold of him over the next day or 2 if I had any questions. I thanked him and said we would be in touch to complete the deal when the dealership opened in 2 days. About 20 minutes later I got a call from a Florida number, it was Kyle in the finance department touching base about the deal and running numbers and my credit score by me so I knew where we stood. I was impressed as it was after hours and they were taking the time to talk to a guy across the country and work a deal that could easily be somebody wasting their time. Tuesday morning came (they are closed Sunday and Monday) and I got the call from TJ, another finance team member that the deal was ready and ran the final numbers by me. Everything sounded great and I was getting the bike for a great price, I even had Chad touch base with parts and have a passenger backrest installed before the bike was to be shipped. He took care of everything and was fully open and accessible throughout the whole process. Cycles of Jacksonville made this process a breeze and I would recommend them to anybody and Chad is a great guy who goes above and beyond for his customers. We went today to view a SxS. I stood outside for a minimum of 10 minutes! We were not greeted! We had time to check the oil on the machine and the only reason we were spoken to was because they were putting another side by side up! I would not spend any money at this establishment! The arrogance and customer service was a huge turn off! The machine was a 2020 4 seater. The oil was milky and still asking almost 25k

New rider here. Failed to take her out of gear while facing the front door of my home and tapped the accelerator. Crashed through door at the entrance, pulled my right side through a 6.5 glass china cabinet - then ripped another door completely out of the frame before I could get her stopped in the hallway. It took two grown men with shovels almost 30 minutes to clear away enough glass/wreckage to get to the bike. God is truly great and He saved me that day. Also, I had full gear on from head to toe - Klim Hardanger, full face helmet, boots and gloves. Bike took my right hand, elbow, knee and shoulder through a glass cabinet with glass shelves and two sets of doors. My left hand got mashed but was ok. When the bike hit the cabinet glass exploded everywhere. I walked away without a scratch. Anyway - many thanks Klim for making a fantastic product. Suit had no signs of anything other than paint transfer from the walls. Also - the folks at Cycles of Jacksonville were top flight. Not only did they sell me a great bike but when I crashed it they showed up right away - and went WAY above and beyond the call of duty. The men with shovels were service techs @ Cycles that dropped what they were doing and spent about an hour clearing away debris and glass and loading her up. Couldn’t ask for better customer service and a group that stands behind their sale no matter the situation. Also scheduled her in for repairs straight away. Amazing, yall. Got everything set online, came in nice people, fast service, got a sick ATV.Edit - was so stoked about the first experience, I came back and got anther ATV, thought everything was set online, came in, not the case. The literally told everyone to come in that day from the weekend, it was a mad house. I sat around and waited and waited and waited, poor communication as well. It wouldnt take much to do everything online or over email and have me come in and grab the keys. In the market for another ATV and although I love the ATVs I got, its not worth the hassle

I recently purchased a brand new CBR 1000rr from Cycles of Jax. The first thing that led me to shop here was the price of this bike that was posted online. The prices of their motorcycles and other toys are priced to sell compared to other vendors. I have purchased many vehicles and I have to say this was the easiest purchasing process I have ever experienced. Negotiation on price was quick and fair no BS. My salesman I believe Taf was very knowledgeable. The finance manager Jeff was amazing. Thank you to Chad in sales and manager Christian at Cycles of Jacksonville. This place is the real deal- Fair prices, no run-around or pushy people. I live an hour+ away and had they were happy to answer all my questions over the phone. these guys wont waste your time. Everyone there was super relaxed and helpful. I got an awesome bike, unbeatable financing through Honda, and even had a good quote on mc insurance by the time I got home. Their mechanic took time to answer all my questions about service/maintenance. So I highly recommend them.

Do not take anything here to be serviced unless you want to pay double what is even fair. They’ll make stuff up...like tell ya that your pipes are leaking, and that ya need new pipes. Then tell you that you are welcome to come see for yourself(assuming you won’t)...and then point at the pipes that don’t even have a scratch on them lol. I wasn’t even gonna write a review about it...but here we are 2 years later and they rip me off again. This time they got me for a few hours of labor when all they did was replace the clutch lever and clutch cable. They’ll get you one way or another! Huge mistake getting their maintenance plan!!!

When I went in a little late in the day needing tires replaced on my motorcycle. They made it happen and in a timely manner. Great customer service and hard working techs, I highly recommend.Side note, Very shortly after leaving the parking lot, the motorcycle slipped out from under me on the painted lines (future warning, you have to be careful), the techs and service writers were quick to help out and make sure I was okay.

I had a pretty awesome experience here, bought a CBR1000, I spoke with Kyle before showing up to get a rough idea of what the out the door price would be. When I showed up I dealt with Travis who helped me through the process and was an awesome dude. Once it came to finances I was incredibly surprised at how low pressure they were. I’ve bought 5 bikes through other dealerships and they try to shove GAP and extended warranties down your throat, but not here. I will absolutely direct business to these guys in the future.

We drive by your shop all the time and when I saw the orange Goldwing Trike, I told my husband and we went to look at it. Welllll, we ended up purchasing the Trike and traded in our 1800 Goldwing. I have never been so frustrated with a major purchase bu the other dealers. I should have just called these guys first instead or wasting my time with these other clown. Ive owned 3 triumphs over the last 5 years or so and have ALWAYS done my service here and this has always been my go to dealer as i live in St Augustine and previously at the beaches. Ive recently dropped my bike off back on May 23rd and they STILL DONT HAVE MY BIKE DONE for the 12k mi service. why, because theyve been giving me the runaround. It started off as them not having time, i get that, shops are busy... a week later they told me sorry we have to order gaskets... OK why didnt you have that order a week ago when i dropped the bike off?? 2 weeks later.. sorry we ordered the wrong one? 3 weeks later, sorry we dont have the right spark plugs? SERIOUSLY?? now its been almost a month and i can tell you this has been the worst service experience Ive ever had here at this dealership. Im upset because they have not been completely honest with me, if they would have told me from the get go it would take a month id understand, instead they keep telling me something different every time i call. This isnt one persons fault, the service dept AND parts dept should work as a team, obviously this isnt the case.id rather trailer my bike out of town to get work done at this point.

Bought a 2018 Honda Rancher 420 From them last week and the customer service is amazing. They ordered what I asked for, got it to the dealership, assembled it and made sure I was happy with it all within 3 hours. Parts department was very helpful and friendly. Can not go wrong with this dealership. HIGHLY recommending to everyone.

Im an old shade tree mechanic thats worked on just about everything.....a long time ago. The young fellas in parts were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They even listened to my old, in my day stories. Got more than I went for, for a lot less than I thought it would cost. Great experience!

This place is GREAT!!! Their parts department is full of great guys, they arent even a Yamaha dealer and I still buy all my parts through them so I dont have to go anywhere else. Nate will get you any bike you could possibly want. Wont buy parts or bikes anywhere else 👍🏻

Stopped by this dealership to purchase a new motorcycle. Christian, my sales rep was very friendly, accommodating, and professional. Christian and the service technician answered any and all of my questions regarding the motorcycle. Overall, an extremely pleasant buying experience and I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Ive been a long-time customer I own a couple of motorcycles all of them is sold by this dealership. I spend a lot of money on oil filter,oil, tires and some parts. Last year they always match up prices from other dealerships or online prices because they price usually 40% higher than any other dealership around me but they were nice enough to match up prices. Two weeks ago I called them about a triumph turn signal for my bike, they wanted to charge me $90 plus shipping and it would take minimum a week to get it. When I told them the last time I purchase it it was $50 plus tax and if they can match up prices for me. they said no, go ahead and buy it from other company. Then I told him the last time I purchase it was in your store he said no way and good luck with it. So I called two other dealership one in Daytona and the other one is in Pompano Beach they both charged $50 for the parts Pompano Beach had it in stock and they ship it to me with next day shipment for free. Now thats what you call customer service so I guess Ill find my new dealership if I need anything for my bikes. If you need a Triumph parts you should look up Pompano Beach Pure Ducati and Triumph dealership. They will take care of you for sure. I will never go back to this dealership until they have the same management.
