Good place to do business on a new bike.

Visited them to checkout the new demos for the new model Indian motorcycles. No pressure, friendly atmosphere. Rode the new Scout, Springfield, Challenger, and Chieftain. They all felt solid and well made, rode great, lots of power. That Chieftain may just be my next bike.

This is the only Polaris dealer I will do business with period. The prices are good and they never hit you with a bunch of hidden fees when it comes to financing. The service department is actually the number one reason for taking your business to Gregory. They have some great mechanics who will get your problems or service work done in record time and get you back on the road. All the employees are helpful but you may have to ask for it because they dont bombard you as soon as you walk in the door. I like the low pressure attitude because sometimes i like to just come in for a visit and see whats new in the store.Update: Just purchased my second motorcycle from Gregory Polaris. A barely used Victory for a great price to keep me riding my favorite bikes. What a great experience and easy purchase. Still the best sales and service department around.

Im giving a one star. And if they dont get it together. So are my 7 family members. We have bought motorcycles sxs and atvs from them for years. But everytime we have a warranty issue. Mind you they sell it to you. Its an excuse. They told my 62 year old mother that it was her riding to hard that caused her axle issue lol. She only takes out her trash and loads firewood with it. We have bought 2 victory bikes. 1 Indian. 3 sportsmans and a sxs in the last 5 years. And never had one problem covered under warranty. Im dreading taking my aportsman that I paid for a 5 year warranty. Because I can already predict the outcome.

I was there with a friend, the salesman that helped him out was very friendly, once he was approved for his bike, the other two guys keep making comments about his credit report, saying they would never pay what he pays for his house .So a few months later we dropped the bike off to get somethings added and a oil change, no one offered or even helped him load or unload his bike but they assisted the other customers on loading their bikes and ATV’s and the helpful sales man that sold him his bike no longer works there ! You can just feel the negative energy, I told him to spend his money else where because it was very obvious that they didn’t want him as a customer!!!

Absolutely terrible salesman experience. Friend and I were outside looking at a RZR when a larger bodied salesman came outside, didnt introduce himself, named the price of the unit and asked if we were going to buy it or not. That was it, nothing else. I didnt even know he was working at the dealership until he gave the price. Very cut and dry, provided no information about the machine whatsoever. I take it he acted that way towards us because we were younger guys. My friend and I have both bought ATVs from this dealership and we will never buy another product from them again. Between the shoddy sales experience and maintenance crew blaming customers for faulty parts on their products. Also if you want to avoid a headache steer clear from the 570SP Sportsmans, we both had several electrical issues with ours: Battery, winch, starters, overheating, and the voltage regulator.

I want to drop these guys a review. I leaned real hard towards Harley because I wanted an American made motorcycle. Due to piss poor customer service in LR I never returned after one trip. The salesman didnt know I could write a check for the bike that day and wanted to see how they treat their customers- #pathetic.I had been doing business with Adam at Gregory Polaris for years and knew they were an Indian dealer so they got the shot next. Adam was out at the time and I reluctantly but appreciatively gave Stephanie a chance for my business. Let me tell you guys this... it doesnt matter which one of these guys or gals you do business with, they will all bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable and treat you right.They acquired my business that very day and now I own a brand new Indian due to their outstanding staff. Nice showroom. However, we were not greeted nor ever even acknowledged by any of the staff in the 5-10 minutes we were looking. We were the only people in the showroom after the first minute or so we were there.

Ive been to Gregory Polaris several time and every time the people are very friendly and helpful... even if it means they arent going to get a big sale. When I purchased my ATV I looked several places and didnt fine what I wanted. When I contacted Gregory Polaris they went the extra and found what I wanted from another dealer and would get it. I bought it. Still every time I contact them about anything they are very helpful. I am a mechanic and do most of my own work so some of the questions help me and not them yet they still give me the information I need. In my they are the best Ive known. Thanks so much to them and I will gladly tell others that all my experiences with them have been very positive and they get the highest approval from me. Thanks Again.

I guess I’m just a little disappointed. Dropped our 4 wheeler off because of a check engine light. When it was dropped off it had just been washed and had 96 miles on it. When it was picked up it had 12 more miles on it and the whole underside was covered in mud. Just upsets me a little because I trusted them to take care of it and it doesn’t look like that’s what they did at ALL 🙁

Top notch service technicians at this location that helped find an issue on my brand new XC that was overlooked by my home dealership. Hats off to the professionalism of everyone I talked to and worked with, especially Rob the owner. He redirected efforts to my bike from others since I was stranded 600+ miles from home on a bike trip. He also worked with the Victory warranty department on my behalf and saved me $500+ dollars in towing bills since I was 2.5hours from his location and the two other closer dealerships (North Arkansas / Southern Missouri) wouldnt work with me to help. First time I walked in this place, I just came to look, salesman walked up, and started talking, I TOLD him I had ZERO intention of buying anything, I liked my Harley, and just wanted to look at the new Indians, he said that was fine. For about 2 hours I stand there and talk with them, because pretty much everyone in the store came by and shot the bull, about everything, and they never one time pressured me about anything.About a year later, after several additional equally fantastic trips to Gregory Polaris, Im talking to my buddies at the clubhouse, who tell me about stopping in to look at the Indians, and how great everyone there was. So they want to go down and test ride one. We all go down, a couple of the same salesman come up and start laughing and talking about how weve all stopped in several times, and they didnt know we knew each other, and again proceed to start talking to us like were old friends.We ask to take a test ride, with them still thinking were never going to buy a bike, Stump takes us out, and lets us ride almost $100k worth of their merchandise like its ours..... anyway, long story short, we all 3 own Indian motorcycles.We stop in every time were anywhere near, Rob and all his people are absolutely fantastic folks, Stump is a great mechanic, and you wont find better service, anywhere, period.Now, 2 years later, half a dozen of our friends who have gone into the shop with us, and see how great they are, have all bought Indians from Rob. All because of the people at Gregory Polaris. Im in there a LOT, and there are people from all over the country that come here to do business with Rob and his crew... theres a reason for that.BTW, to the reviewer who said it was their fault his Razor tore up... SxSs are what the mechanics there DO in their off time.... This dealership is singularly outstanding in every respect. From Rob Gregory down to the shop leader, Stump as well as the entire staff. I have owned 4 new Harleys and a new Triumph since 2000 and have repeatedly traveled from coast-to-coast over the past 15 years. I can say this dealership is two standard deviations ahead of any Harley shop I have experienced. Gregory Polaris is unmatched in service, their customer focus, and in general, their very positive attitude. I am now on an Indian Chief Vintage with a custom red/white paint job. Awesome dealership that does not do the bait and switch trick. In the door, all accessories installed, financing finished, and even helped to load the bike in under an hour. All I drove down there for was a test drive. I have bought numerous new bikes in the past, but never with this much ease and genuine honesty in sales.

Awful service company. Blamed my company for them losing one of our UTVs and still made us pay for a battery after it sat in their lot for months (acted like we should also pay storage fees).We took a Polaris Ranger in for a steering issue late last year and it was fixed fine the first time. After using the Ranger for a few hours it broke again. We took it back in and left it to be fixed and to figure out what happened.After about a month I called to check and see if they figured out the issues. No one could locate the vehicle. I told the salesman I would verify with my coworkers on where they dropped it off at. They all confirmed Gregory Polaris. After another call about a week later, no one could find it still. I was ready to drive over and just point it out (25 minute drive one way from our office) and I finally got someone helpful. He walked out into the lot and found the ranger, key still in it. No ticket was ever made for the repair. He told me it now needed a new battery after sitting for a few months but that the steering was fixed and it was no charge since it was something they should have replaced the first time. He said theyd put a new battery in it.All was fine until I went to pick the Ranger up and the man mentioned I needed to pay for the battery. I mentioned the previous guy said there was no charge as it wasnt our fault. He started talking to his boss who mentioned that maybe we should pay storage fees since its been there so long....as if we didnt want our machine back! We had been trying to locate it for months now and they werent organized enough to find it. They also mentioned maybe we should have just came and pointed it out. Im a little confused about how all of this is our fault? Why should we have to drive over after multiple phone calls to tell a service company where our machine is when they should have made a ticket on it in the first place. And why should we have to pay for a battery to replace one that was perfectly fine before they left it sitting in the lot, key still in it?I paid for the battery to my dissatisfaction and left. I will surely not do business with them again. The customer should never be blamed for something of this matter.

The store location is off what I would call the beaten path instead of a major thoroughfare like Hwy 67/167 or I40. I walked around inside the store for at least 20 minutes without anyone ever speaking to me let alone asking if I needed assistance. I then walked around outside on the lot looking at different side by sides for another 10 to 15 minutes before finally getting in my truck and leaving again without anyone ever speaking to me. I do not plan on returning.

I bought my new 2018 Chieftain Dark Horse from Gregory Indian on Friday, July 6th. I wanted to wait a few days and think about the overall experience before I wrote my review. So here it goes. I had been into the dealership a couple times looking at different bikes, but I had already made my mind up that I wanted the Dark Horse. Love the flat black and everything about the bike. The first time I walked into their dealership, I was immediately greeted, but it wasn’t like a normal dealership where they flock to you like a bunch of vultures. It was more of a “hello, if you have any questions, feel free to ask any one of us”. I always hated shopping for any type of vehicle as I can’t stand pushy salesmen. This place was totally the opposite, which was a pleasant surprise. When I did have questions, they answered everything I asked and showed me everything on the bike I was looking at. I got to deal with Rob Gregory (the owner) during my purchase, who was extremely informative and patient. The second time I went in, I took the bike for a test ride and I had the same very positive experience with them. The 3rd trip to the dealership, I was purchasing the bike. I had told them the accessories I wanted on it and asked if it would be done by Friday; I purchased it on Wednesday. They told me they would make it happen, and they did. I’ve purchased two other motorcycles from a different dealership and it was always a pain in the butt. Then you have to wait for your title and sales tax check to come in the mail before you can register it. Here, the paperwork was so simple. Title, sales tax check, everything was done and ready to go when I got there. It took a whole maybe 5 minutes to do the paperwork. If you are Law Enforcement or Military, you get a discount on the purchase, which is a pretty significant discount. Friday, when I picked up the bike, it was all ready to go. Very simple process, very laid-back process, no pushy salesmen, just an absolutely blissful experience. Your always excited about getting your new vehicle or in my case, a motorcycle, but you always hate dealing with the dealership. Not this time, not at Gregory Indian. As I was thinking about writing this review, I was trying to think of anything in my experience with the dealership that was negative, even the slightest. I thought about this for two days and my conclusion, well, I can’t think of a single thing negative to say about the experience. I do know one thing, no other dealership will lay a hand on my bike, add any accessories, service it, or so much as touch it, other than Gregory Indian. If you want a bike, side by side, even a T-shirt, this is the only place to go, hands down. If I ever move out of state, I’ll drive across country to have them do whatever needs to be done to my bike before I even think about looking at a different dealership. I highly recommend making any purchase here as it was the very best experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I wish there was a way I could get a hold of Indian directly, because they would know just how great these guys are and how great they represent the Indian motorcycle. Thanks so much for everything Gregory Indian, I will be seeing you guys very soon!
