I just bought a scooter here and everything went so well I throughly it was too good to be true. I found exactly what I was looking for at exactly the price I was thinking.I had talked to someone named Pamela Fowler and she was super helpful and made the purchase incredibly easy and stress free.Every person I talked to in the store was incredibly helpful and nice.There was also this super cute dog which was amazing.It’s pretty far from where I live but im definitely making the trip next time I need motorcycle equipment it’s definitely worth it.

I found Jaguar Power sports looking for a part for my dirt bike. Having seen some dirt bikes on their website a few times, I figured they could help me locate or sell me the part I needed. Marcy took the call. She asked me what I needed the part for. After explaining, she offered to let me talk to a very knowledgeable man named Cody. He walked me through my issue, offering to help further if the problem persisted. I decided to come in and get my service done by Cody and his team. Best Choice I made this week. The showroom is amazing. The selection of ATVs they have on display and they service them as well is a huge plus.

A friendly, casual, no-pressure, no nonsense service oriented retailer caring quality e-bikes for the beach, trail, and street. Initially contacted by phone and was greeted by Duckie who was friendly and customer service oriented. She told me about some of the bikes I might be interested in that they had in inventory and directed me to seek out Pam when I arrived who was most knowledgeable about their e-bikes. I purchased my Fat tire, e-bike from Pamela. Cody in parts/service ensured bike was in serviceable condition and road (or should I say), beach/trail-worthy.

Came to fill out a application. Lady and man approached me. She said I can sit at the tiki bar to fill it out as I was walking to location I hear the lady say nooooooo I already dont like the way he looks. I walked out. Sorry but not sorry. With people like that I would rather not work for that company or buy anything. No respect

My husband bought a scooter from there in March. Our temp tag expired in mid-April. Since then, we have called multiple times asking for another temp tag or where our hard tag is. Never an answer. They said “Let us call you back” and never a call back.FOR MONTHS.We have called over twenty times since April and nothing has progressed. We have also tried to contact the tag/title lady, and she has never answered the phone once, or given me a call back.This customer service is ridiculous, and there’s absolutely zero reason why our hard tag shouldn’t be here yet.Y’all need to get it together.

Visited the store to service the fire alarm system as requested by the stores landlord. Manager was irate that we did not find any trouble with the system. He complained that he could not silence the trouble signal and was coached on how to properly silence the system. His inability to properly operate the system was why he could not silence. He has been a tenant in this location for a very short time and we have been provide service for this location for over ten years. He wrote a 1 star Google review stating we had poor customer service. Instead of contacting the management company with his complaint he posted a FRAUDULENT review about our company even though we do not work for this store. This is not the first time the manager has caused issues for our company. Our company Performance Security has been in business for over 34 years and we have had no customer complaints in all that time. So to have a 1 star review from someone who is not even our customer shows the total lack of respect and integrity from this manager. Bottom line, if he has such a poor attitude towards those that have to work within his rental space, I would highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. Too many sports dealers to give patronage to this low quality organization.

They sold me a lemon of a scooter. Almost $3k, and I could not even take delivery -- It broke down 4 times in one mile. We brought it back and they fixed it, it broke down again. Same Day! They refuse to give me a refund, and I have not even taken delivery. Stay away!

Dear Owner,You can reply to my review but not reply to my emails nor contact me with a resolution that I have yet to receive. You can admit to receiving defective arts from your vendor and then charge the customer for your issue with your vendors. I absolutely will be returning these atv’s which are not new which is not the same as abandoning them. I have been more than understanding with your company; however, your products and service are horrible. Many people have reported the same issues with their products. I still don’t have a resolution for these atv’s that I purchased in December 2020. I purchased these as Christmas gifts and the kids have yet to enjoy them because the products tear up due to no fault of ours. Your employee said I’ll contact you by Friday (Wednesday I spoke to her) and she still hasn’t called back. Terrible customer service! They admit to having defective parts and know that there products are defective and still try to charge you. Yes, it was a threat-They threaten that your credit will be impacted negatively for their low grade products. If I could get a -100, I would. These products are low quality and lemons. I do not recommend this company.

Do not buy from this company. I have never felt more ripped off in my life. The go-kart I bought for my son has been in the shop 98% of the time versus the 2% Ive had it in my garage. Never have been able to ride it more than 10 minutes at a time and thats being generous with the time. Paid for it fully up front, have a 5-year warranty, and bought the one year service package. I am terrified to put my son in it now because of the fact the front passenger wheel fell off while he was driving it for less than 3 minutes. The go-kart has maybe 30 minutes ride time on it. This is unacceptable. I am not going to lose $3,000 because they cannot provide the equipment that they are required to. if I cannot get this resolved within the next week I will be contacting my attorney.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a complete scam! I bought an electric scooter for my son for Christmas from this place. My son tried to ride it twice but it was extremely slow. So I called when I called they told me to bring it down to the store. When I get there and talked to them they said I needed to make an appointment ( would have been helpful to know that ahead of time) anyways the next available appointment was over a month out!!! I made the appt and went back to drop it off. After 20 days I get a call that it needs a new battery and that it was going to cost ME $245!!! So I have to spend $245 on a bike I spent $400 for that never worked! The service agent just told me that batteries are not covered in the warranty which is ridiculous because it was sold to me already broke!!! There is a difference!!! Anyways I asked for a company of this warranty and the contract yet none know how to give that to me!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!! NOW I KNOW WHY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DID NOT HAVE ANY APPOINTMENTS AND IT IS ALSO SO FULL. When I dropped it off there was another Dad complaining about the same issue for gift he had got his daughter! So sad

Made a comment on a FACEBOOK advertisement of theirs that they seldom answer question that customers ask and I said it’s a clear indication of how their customer service will be in the future, so they blocked me and removed my comments. Silencing potential customers speaks volumes about your business integrity.

I bought a brand new bintelli beast 2021 I loved it and I loved the service at the time of purchase..however the headlights never worked and one week later the power started to shut down and it had a wiring issue..I’m being charged for a battery and the service is taking extremely long..I was only able to ride my bike a few times this isn’t what I expected 😬

I cannot speak for anyone else but I would be very wary of doing business with a company that cannot even take the time to respond. Between financing and my down payment they received $10,500. from me almost 2 months ago and my product, tool boxes, were never delivered. Ive filed a dispute with the Finance company, and filed complaints with the BBB and the Chamber of Commerce but again there has been no response at all from the retailer and they appear to just be taking the money and running...You might expect this from a fly-by-night pop up store, unbelievable lack of concern or customer service from a major retailer.*EditTwo weeks after this initial review and you guessed it, nothing has changed. I still have not received my product but you can bet they took that $10,500. The general manager supposedly turned the file over to the owner but there has been no contact, ghosted. Now sitting on hold with my finance company trying to figure out if I can file a complaint and reverse the charges.Seriously do not understand how they can expect a customer to just be ignored after they collect $10,500. from me and do not deliver. Until they stopped contact they simply wanted to blame it on their shipping broker but guess what, I paid Jaguar Powersports and not a 3rd party. Im a business owner myself, my doors would be closed if I responded in this manner.I did not purchase a motorcycle or other form of Powersports from this company so I cannot leave any type of review concerning that side of their business. However, I did spend just over $10000 purchasing tool boxes from their Premier Outdoor line, or at least I thought I did..As of today it has been 30 days since I signed my agreement, approximately 21 days since they shipped. And yes, Ive already made my first payment.The product is apparently sitting at a cross dock location in a town close to my home, and they have gone so far as to have the shipping company contact me and ask me if I would come to their location, and figure out a way to load the product on my own vehicle and take it to my house. I paid for shipping from their location to my location, I understand they are pointing fingers at the shipping company but the contract with the broker was through Jaguar Powersports, not through me. Ive contacted almost daily, very few replies and as of this moment they have offered no solutions. Over the weekend I received an email offering me a $250 discount, toward my finance agreement, but still no solution on how to actually get the product delivered. Im honestly at a loss, Im in the shipping business myself and cannot understand how this is just being left sitting with no plan in sight.

Not sure what happened to the parts department, used to be good. Parts guy didnt even know what a straight threaded valve stem tube was. Tried to explain it and they acted like i was speaking Russian. Literally every dirtbike they sell has it, and bought my last one there. They also wanted 29 bucks for the cheaper version. Bought a named brand one of amazon for 9.99. And I was not looking for the nut, or a bolt smdh. I was looking for the tube with a threaded valve stem that happens to.come with a nut

Guess me and my family were definitely the wrong skin color to receive any type of service or to be greeted at the bare minimum. The store wasnt busy I believe it was only one other customer there beside my family. I definitely wouldnt recommend this place to any one. To the owner who replied this was your Philips hwy location. I never mentioned anything about the westside location. I was at the Philips location around 1130 Saturday February 13th. Can I start with how amazing Bri, Pam and Ducky are? They are so cheerful and welcoming! I spoke to Ducky on the phone, who connected me to Bri, she took my sale on Monday, letting me know if I had any issues on Tuesday, Pam would take care of me. Sure enough, I had one minor issue with my seat belt. Pam helped me out, telling me I might be pulling too hard. Boy was she right! Gentle tug and my seat belt came out easily. Im so happy with my Hisun UTV! Ill be back for one of those Beast bikes soon.

We went specifically to look at electric bikes. The salesman (?) admitted he knew very little about them. Every question we asked he had to go find someone who knew the answer. . Wouldn’t you think a salesperson would have assisted us at this point who did have some knowledge about electric bikes?? We left frustrated.We did our research and went back a few days later to take a second look before buying and we had a few more questions regarding accessories . Again questions went to another source . We would have bought 2 electric bikes had the staff not been so arrogant and condescending .Poor customer service with the exception of the nice woman at the front desk.Fortunately Jacksonville has many bike shops and we were very satisfied with the next one we shopped at.

Have had nothing but bad experiences, i got my scooter on February 2nd and today is march 28th and have had nothing but problems out of it, i bought it brand new but there was rust on it when i first bought it but I didnt care, I was happy to have my own ride. Then more and more progressivly it got worst, i called several times and they said for them to even look at it, it would cost $100 an hour to even run a diagnostic on it. The scooter stalls out and take like 15 minutes of shutting off and turning back on to even get going.smfh what a headache.

Very unhappy with this company! I’m out $2000 for a go cart I bought in October of this year. The axle is bend seat cover is messed up and several other things was wrong with it when it was delivered. They will not fix it or give me my money back. My 10 year old sons birthday present is just setting in the garage collecting dust because they won’t fix it or do anything about it. The general manager won’t even talk to us. Save your money and go else where. Worst company I ever dealt with. Fixen to file a lawsuit against them. Think twice before buying from them.

The Tao Tao 4 wheelers they sell are junk and i would NOT buy one if i were yall. They also do not stick by their warranty and i had to buy a new switch 4 months after buying it. They will come up with every excuse in the book to not warranty the product. Its a very poorly built machine and not worth the money i spent on it. It has been in the shop more than my kids have ridden it during the 1 year ive had it. They sell all the cheap brands there, so my opinion would be to save up a few more dollars and buy a better brand than what they sell because they dont honor the warranty anyways. Ive had a yamaha raptor for 5 years and it has not been in the shop 1 time since i bought it used and its a 2004.

Please be cautious when buying from here from reading and personal experience some of the used and new products are defective such as some parts may fall off while riding or some may break after a couple of weeks, not all of them tho. So please ensure that they fully test the product or ask to test it out in front of the store if possible. Understandably its covid season so if you have to get your product maintenanced or serviced understand that youll have to wait a bit and if your waiting for a part youll have to wait longer for the manufacturer to make and send the product which possibly could be weeks depending on the part and the communication between both parties, also understand that its covid so staff can be very limited in the back of the store so dont expect it to be an heisty 1-4 day repair all together I advise to call 8-10 days to see the progress of your product because calling repeatedly wont make it any faster or get you any discount refund or exchange regardless if your bringing it in to get it fixed after you bought it for whatever reason or having it serviced after user negligence. So please be cautious, if your someone who expects a speedy resolve look elsewhere. It just may just be because of covid but now may not the best time to get your product serviced or purchase product from here but dont let my opinion deter you Im just saying be careful when doing business. Besides that the staff are great getting signed up to buy anything is very fast and they have a nice snack bar within the store with an wide variety of ATVs dirtbikes utvs Harleys electric bikes equipment etc. Just give them some time.

Bought a Atv this past Sunday for my kids from Christmas. After driving 5 hours from Georgia and stopping at 5 different power sports stores on the way in Florida and Georgia. I walked in and was greeted by Bob his customer service and personality were amazing and we knew we were in the right place from the get go . He walked us thru our choices that would be best for my kids and we selected a unit .Pam finished up the paperwork and she was just as amazing . They have quick service and make financing super simple. Update. I was happy when I purchased my scooter. I was led to believe that I would only need to service my scooter once a year,which would cost about $90. I got my first service after 3 months. Another 3 months later jaguar power sports is calling for my 6 month service that will cost $150. I purchased the warranty so either I get the servicing every 3 months or I let the warranty go. So if you go here, speak to.the service department and see what will be required to keep warranty and weigh out your options before buying the upgrade package (warranty, helmet, and stero) as it might not be worth the extra money.

DO NOT and I REPEAT DO NOT buy ANYTHING from this place. We bought a NEW ATV for grand kids for Christmas, It has been taken back to the shop 6 times in a month for repairs. Rode first time Christmas day gas tank fell off, then they replaced the tank same thing again, its just been on going issues. Been very nice in fixing, etc....but its gotten more milage in the back of my truck going to and from the shop then its been ridden. Cant get the GM Manager to return our calls and/or not available each and every time we came in. Also get told when request for refund that ALL SALES ARE FINAL, excuse me, not when i have a lemon. This business isnt going to be in business to much longer with this attitude or half a$$ repairs. I guess im going to have to get the news and an attorney involved to get some kind of a refund. Cause even at this point i dont want an exchange. Good Luck to whom ever needs it!!!!

Walked in and the customer behind us was taken first. No inventory available even though everything is listed on their website. Finally left the store and called to complain only to be told customer complaints are only taken from 5-6 pm. Called back again only to be told there is no inventory. No customer service, no inventory, and frankly I wont go back. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you want to go someplace that has no inventory, no customer service, and a bunch of excuses this would be place for you. After working retail for 30 years I can truly say this place wont stay around long.

Excellent customer service and very friendly. They helped me through the whole process and made buying a scooter thorough, quick, and easy. I would recommend them to everyone. Also better prices than other similar shops around.

I really dont know where to start with this. I read a lot of the reviews over the last couple days and Ive seen how the owner responds to some of the negative reviews which is pretty short kind of disrespectful too the customer. after analyzing all the good and bad reviews posted on here I bought a four wheeler a 125 Acer from Pam a month and a half ago maybe right at 2 months now with all the delays Ive had. Got the vehicle that looked to be well made. after my grandson rode it about 2 hours the light bulb blew out and the seat started shaking and moving a lot. I called I talked to Pedro said theres nothing you can do about the seat but he would get me some light bulbs on order since they are specially made I was good with that I went ahead and made a bracket for the seat so it wouldnt move. Couple weeks ago grandson wanted to start the four-wheeler and the starter solenoid was buzzing so I ran a check on it by passed the starter solenoid got it to crank right up so I called Jaguar power sports. Left a message for someone to call me, no one ever returned my call. I called back again a day or two later and I was sent to the service department where the woman was yelling at someone to get the kids out of the office and then the next thing I know I was asking if you are going to back your product and shes like I dont need to talk to you and hung up on me. I keep in mind, Im trying to be very very patient through this whole deal seeing how I just spent $2,000 on a four-wheeler. So I called right back and I talked to Jen very professional very courteous really did a jam-up job of trying to get the customer taken care of I was very impressed with her. Sent me to Marcys phone and with Marcy being busy with the relocation I totally understood that it took a couple days for her to get a hold of me I was fine with that. She apologized for everything and said she would call me back that Saturday with some answers. She called me back on Saturday as she said she would I was very impressed. But now this is where it gets kind of disrespectful, I have left numerous messages since then and its been over a week now since I have talked to her and have not yet had any response from her on what we are going to resolve the issue. I understand things happen I totally get it I understand the warranty issue I understand I did not buy the additional warranty but I also understand that if somebody buys a four-wheeler or something for $2,000 and something goes bad a company should back that product at least for like a eight or $10 part like the solenoid was which I went ahead and replaced already and the light bulbs I have on order. Pam was my salesperson and she did exactly what she was supposed to do she gave me the runaround she got me the financing she got me everything I needed and she sold me a vehicle that I was going to be proud of for my grandson. Yeah, I know Im going to get bashed by the owner just like he has bashed all these other customers with the negative reviews and Im good with that because it just shows his disrespect for his customers. Where you cant even back a product for 8 or $10 part and I was actually going to be coming and getting another 4-wheeler by Christmas for myself which I will be going elsewhere. I recommend people do not deal with Jaguar power sports at first I thought they were very professional and respectful company but the management honestly in my eyes does not cater to their customers they cater to their pocket. And whats really sad is I did not want to have to do this I did not want to have to do a bad review I was really hoping the Jaguar powersports of Jacksonville Florida would have backed their product and made a customer happy. Once again stay away. All I can say is sir if thats what youre being told somebodys blowing smoke up your butt. I left numerous messages and never got calls back so I think yall need to get your back straight please. I was more than patient funny how I didnt get any calls back until I did my review. Still no parts.

Update: Management is looking into what they can offer in the form of resolution. After this conversation I am hopeful that they will either get my bike back to me in working condition or offer to trade for another bike.This place does not even deserve one star. I spent $3600 on 2 electric bikes that did not work when I arrived home with them. Almost 2 months later I have one bike but the other is still waiting for parts but no one can tell us what was ordered nor when to expect them. We just want a bike to ride and offered to pay more to swap for another model in stock and they will not consider it because my bike is used - it has only been ridden once. No one there seems to know anything about electric bikes. I would not recommend Bentelli Bicycles or JaguarPower Sports to anyone. My retirement is off to a terrible start thanks to them - so far 3 trips without the bikes we spent so much for!
