Awesome team with great customer service! All the way from Josh who handled our initial phone inquiry, to Alex who ended up being our salesman, from Jordan the manager, to Charlie in parts and Clinton in finance. One other guy we worked with handled our finance options, but I cant remember his name. They were all awesome and did what they could to get us a great deal on a new electric bike! We look forward to using them again and again for our powersports needs. They made the 2 hour drive worth every minute!

We purchased two jetskis that we were told were “well taken care of by a guy who buys a ton from us.” I’ve owned a half dozen boats and two other jetskis and I’ve never seen anything like what’s happened with these two skis.The previous owner or the shop, who knows, covered MULTIPLE dings, dents, scratches, tears with stickers. It would never have dawned on me to take the stickers off, having owned multiple other watercraft as most, honest, people put stickers for aesthetics or to memorialize something. Not to cover up that you’ve been playing bumper cars with the jet skis.Now we’ve had to put a few thousand dollars into the skis to make them whole again.Shifty business they’re running. They knew if they took the stickers off they’d be responsible to clean them up prior to sale, but they’re as shifty as the previous owner. Buyer beware.Do I even trust what they said about the maintenance being completed timely…. NOPE.

It was missing key fob and he told me he would come all the way to my house and have driver pickup and service would program a new key then bring back to me. I bought my motorcycle used from them 4 months ago, and a few parts went bad. Had it towed there for repairs 5 weeks ago. It took about 3 weeks to have diagnosed and get the parts. That I can handle but they have had the parts for my bike for the last 2 weeks and have yet to fix my bike and they give an endless string of excuses instead of just fixing it. My advice just take your bike somewhere else because they seem care more about their image than the work they should be doing.

Excellent experience. I was unable to find any new or used 2019/2020 AR195/195S back in June. I called many dealerships, and everyone was out of stock. Jeff offered to take down my name, and keep my informed regarding the Yamaha factory and when the boat would likely be manufactured during the uncertainty of COVID. He did an excellent job keeping my informed. When I picked up the boat, Glen handled the paperwork and went over everything on the boat with me. The day I launched the boat I thought I had an issue on the water. It turned out it was most likely operator error. I texted and called Glen on the weekend from the boat while on the water. He answered my texts/calls and helped me with post sales support. Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend.

Bought a motorcycle 2 weeks ago and got an okay deal. I didnt have my endorsement yet af the time so I said I’d come back for the bike when I’m done. Manager said that they would deliver the bike. So two days later I got a call from the driver saying they’re in my property, and left the bike there. No tags, the salesman Travis was really nice to talk with but they said they would mail the tags. It has been more than 1 week, I already have my endorsement and my insurance but I can’t ride my bike because now my plate is nowhere to be found. Guess I’ll just have to wait a couple more days. Just understand, if you purchase something and you were given certain expectations after doing everything on my end of the deal. Someone dropped the ball on me. This would have been a great experience bu turned sideways. Not a good taste.

I was interested on a bike, they ran my cridit and they waited until the end to tell me the bike was already sold.

BEWARE!!Long story less long, I went to ride now about 2 weeks ago to go look at a motorcycle. I wanted to finance the bike so I gave them my information to run my credit. The bike was old so there was only 1 bank that was going to finance for like 20% interest. The finance manager worked up a deal where I had to open up some credit card and put down half the asking price to make a deal work. I said no thanks and left. a few days later I got a new yamaha credit card in the mail that I did not apply for nor that i approved for them to apply for on my behalf. They used my information to apply for a credit card in my name without my knowledge or approval.WATCH OUT IF YOU DECIDE TO SHOP HERE!!

Went in to buy a new fz-07, they had absolutely none across the country new. about a week later i get a call about a used one that came in on trade… i went to see it and tried to negotiate… sales manager wasn’t very flexible and tried telling me a new one out the door was $14k lol… finance manager dorian is a complete asshole… laughed in my face and made me feel uncomfortable about the purchase when i declined a warranty. feel like i could’ve gotten a better deal elsewhere but i took it because of how scarce fz-07’s are at the moment. unless they’re the only dealership that has your bike, take your business elsewhere.

I’m rarely impressed with service and sales organizations but Beach Blvd Motorsports is the exception. I purchased a Yamaha 252SD Jet boat and the process was really great. Jeff did an amazing job of keeping me updated on the status and answering all of my questions. When it came in Glen did a one hour walk through of everything I needed to know about the boat. He wasn’t my sales guy but didn’t hesitate to add value. When I needed service I got to experience how much everyone on the team truly cares about making sure you are happy. Steve in parts department was super helpful in making sure I understood and got what I needed. All in all I could not be more pleased with the experience created by an entire team of folks that truly care.

I cannot believe that this dealership refuses to work on my motorcycle because its over 10 years old. This is ridiculous. A simple TTR 125 that needs a carb cleaning. Ive been a customer of this dealership for over 25 years.

Im only giving them 3 stars right now as they looked more like they were having a going out of business sale than a motorcycle and personal watercraft store thats been there for decades. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful Also attentive and apologetic. The reasoning behind the poore selection Was blamed on COVID19...Go figure! Ended up leaving with an amount higher than agreed to, 2 grand more than anticipated, they did a bait & switch last minute. Battery on my bike died, I work with cars and our batteries are covered under warranty, so I expected the same but met with a very rude encounter at parts.Jeremy Howell was helpful, found a solution and put it on a trickle charge. Kudos to him!No complaints about the bike, love it. Just expected a little bit better communication.

I purchased a new Yamaha 242 S. I called in Thursday around 3pm and 24hrs later Jeff was delivering my new boat to my doorstep. The boat is gorgeous the deal was amazing and the customer service is superior........... UPDATE.....Ive had the boat for 4 months now. Do not buy Yamaha Jet Boats. They do not tell you that the boats are not MMEA 2k compatible and aftermarket fish finders and nav units cannot be connected to the engines. They do not even have an adapter or gateway available. If youre serious about boating/fishing and not just piddling around in the river do not buy a Yamaha jet boat. If you call Yamaha customer service people just try to get you off the phone or direct you to a dealer instead of making an actual effort to come up with a solution. Thanks for a 70k usless playtoy Yamaha. Ill remove this review when Yamaha provides me with a way to use the electronics in my boat that I choose. Not their proprietary Connext junk. Update.......8-8-20.More great stuff from YAMAHA! Now the ignition panel has just fallen off. Apparently not strong enough glue??? for Florida heat. Is this thing assembled with glue sticks? Thats sire what it look like. Maybe 5200 next time or maybe a mechanical fastner that doesnt use glus??? Seriously guys?? 70k for this junk???? Come have your bike serviced here you’ll have great fun, call ahead a full week and make an appointment, show up 30 minutes early to make it even easier for them... then watch in amazement as it takes them every bit of 4 hours to change two tires, that’s right just a tire change... 4 full hours of your life gone.Lesson learned here people- go somewhere else

Dropped my bike off for a diagnostic test to see why it stalled on the track last week. Called 5 days later and was told the bike only have 50 psi of compression and it needed the engine rebuilt . I went the following day to explain the engine had a decompression plug and that a normal compression test would not read accurate and that was not the reason I brought the bike in. I was quickly dismissed by the service “manager” and told that his “tech has worked on bikes longer than I’ve been alive”. What a joke, waste of time and $129 for an inaccurate compression test that I didn’t ask for. I’m certain these 5 star google reviews are by friends and workers and the 1-2 star reviews are much more of an accurate depiction of customer interactions at Beach Blvd. Haven’t been treated this poorly in a long time. Steer clear of this place at all costs.

There was a good range of bikes to choose from however would love to see more off road options for women or even smaller riders that arent automatics. Us smaller riders want to enjoy dirt bikes or dual sport options too!

Took 4 weeks to complete a simple 18000 mile service I had booked in. They mentioned that there was a recall on my model bike when I dropped it off but then failed to tell me if they had completed it when they returned my bike a month later. Still haven’t heard back on if this happened or not. The guys were friendly and chatty when I dropped the bike in, but then totally fell off the radar after that. No comms, didn’t give me heads up on the parts costs they replaced despite me actually calling and speaking to them. Completely replace the Rottweiler air filter without checking, when all I asked for was new foam. No doubt the bike is running smoothly from initial experience, but if you have a reliable option I’d honestly go elsewhere. Also not cheap. $1200 with parts and labor for a service...

Called to see what tires they had in stock. They had what I needed, but a little more than what I expected to pay (based on searches through other suppliers). They offered free installation, so I would have only been paying $20 more than Cycle Gear. I get there and they want to charge me $100 more than the quoted price!!...I brought the wheel in itself...the free install is only if you bring the bike in because we want an opportunity to go over your bike and make money on other service. seriously! This on top of what a friend experienced...they will never get my business again.

Disappointed in the service dept. I spent $2300 in parts and labor, they couldn’t put some aftermarket front foot pegs on my Yamaha Raider properly and according to instructions. Told me, “it couldn’t be done”. Well, I’m NO mechanic but when I got home I redid the job properly. I truly believe they just didn’t want to work on this project.

I feel like I got a good deal (good enough that I drove 300 miles for it). The guys were great, helping me load and secure the bike in my van. This was my 1st time purchasing a motorcycle from a dealership, with that said I had reached out to the dealership via email and I got a reply back and after a few emails, stating I was looking for and that the bike was located at another dealership 150 miles away and if they could help me with tracking down the bike.Tyler B. was my salesman and he is amazing. I decided to make a visit to the dealership and meet with Tyler B. and talk with him face to face and right off the back he was responsive understanding and willing to work with me and what I wanted. I never once did I fell that he was trying to up-sell me which kept us on the same page. I always felt that he was being honest with me, and all he wanted was to get me the bike I wanted at the best price.Although I wasnt ready to purchase for reasons outside of my control, we stayed in contact and any question I had he quickly answered, he still worked with me as if I was. Some times after making an expensive purchase you may find yourself second guessing your decision. Im not second guessing my decision to buy a CForce 500s from Beach Blvd Motorsports. This is such a solid and fun ATV. We just love it. The colors of these ATVs look so much better in person than in photos or videos. Everything on our unit works great. The salesman Jeff was great, and answered all my questions. This ATV is so much better than the Honda, we were considering that Im now glad the Honda dealers actions pushed me in the direction of CFMoto.

Great experience. I bought a 2021 KTM 350 and got a great deal. It was such a smooth process. Then a month later I traded in a YZ250 and bought another KTM 350 - this will be my race bike. I got a great price for my trade and again a great sales experience. Doug the sales associate was great to work with. The dealership is one of the best and I’ve been buying bikes since 1981!

Was online shopping to find a very specific bike. Found what I was searching for and left a message to see if the bike was still available. Drove 3 hours out of my way to look at the bike, salesman began to run my credit then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t get the report back in time for me to start paperwork and he’d give me a call 2 days later, 3 days later still no phone call and a hard inquiry on my credit.

Unfortunately, my bike was delivered with a cracked display and it delayed the process a day. Everyone at the dealership was professional and courteous. I would definitely buy from them again.

Alex and the guys met all my expectations. I went to look at CF moto 600. Realized that I like the touring model the best but they had sold the last one earlier that day. We sat down and worked out a deal few days later. I told them color does not mater but I did like the camo best which is 300.00 dollar upgrade. To my surprise Alex called me next day let know to come back in they had found one. When I got there it was the camo model and they agreed to not mark it up 300.00. They did not pressure me in any way and met all my expectations

I just got back into riding motorcycles again after a few years out, My Son had purchased an old 1995 Yamaha Virago 1100 for me, to get me back into riding again, except now, with him on his bike. So after a little coaxing, ( not much) I got back into it. So to be safe, I decided to take it to Beach Blvd Motorsports, and I got to tell you they did one great job, going through everything, giving good advice what to do,rebuilding what was neccessary, some good tires, and now I have one jam right Virago. I bought my Burgman a month ago and their team was reasonable. I felt appreciated and welcomed. I got a hole in the rear tire this week and took it in for them to look at. They showed immediate concern and I mean everyone. They had three guys on it immediately, including Steve who manages the shop. They turned around a new tire installation in 45 minutes or so. So polite and caring, I couldnt be happier.

Outstanding and impeccable service from these guys from start to finish they made me feel important like a valued customer. Terrence was the man and took very good care of me above and beyond. Salesman never ignored me so very good care of me made things happen very quickly. Treated me like I was a VIP. No doubt these guys are on top of it

Poor customer services in the services department. Have my brand new boat for a simple fix over a week and never call me for update, and never fix it. Have to pick up the boat and get it fix elsewhere. This’s the second time. I will not recommend.

I took my motorcycle in due to some electrical problems. Steve, Mike and staff took great care of the issue. They endured my occasional calls for updates, answered my questions and were true to their word every step of the way. They will be my go to stop regarding all things motorcycle as long as I have one. Give them an opportunity to earn your business!!!

Terrific selection of new and used motorcycles of all types. They even carry the zero all electric motorcycles which are a glimpse of the future. They had some awesome used gas powered ones for very reasonable prices including 2 Honda Gold wings one of which was in pristine condition for its age at a bargain price. I might have gotten it if I didn’t already have an old one sitting in my garage. I’m still seriously considering the zero although I didn’t get to write it on the road because it was raining the day I went there to check it out

I was looking to buy a motorcycle, one of the sales man didn’t know nothing and went another day to gives them another try and the other sales person was worst. When I asked him if he could get a better price he responded “if you don’t like the price then this might not be the bike for you”. He was right my bike was in Orlando $1,500 cheaper.....

Got the bike I wanted quick and simple. This is the 3rd bike Ive bought here new and couldnt be happier. My sales guy Jeff Adams was super friendly, knowledgeable and straight to the point. Financing was patient with my slow-to-help bank and I left a happy customer. I take my bikes there for all service needs too, they get things done.

Not a bad selection or location. I walked the entire showroom, even threw a leg over a few bikes, never to be greeted or offered assistance. I personally dont like a pesky sales person, but it is nice to at least have the offer, or an inquiry as to my needs.

Friendly people and gave me a good price almost close to what was the advertised price out the door. Wish selection was better on off road but still have a lot if different items. Even helped me load. Seem like good guys. Will return.

Great selection. Got the best deal here. Everyone at store from sales to finance were polite, I even got some accessories from parts. Was an all over excellent experience. Best shop in North Florida.

Ive been coming into BBM for years.. Mostly just to order stuff from the parts department. I walked in to pick up some parts and I saw a leftover 2019 gsxr 1000. Ive owned several dozen motorcycles but never purchased a brand new one. Brian made it simple and easy. It was nearly impossible to walk away from that bike for the price and it took maybe 10 minutes to fill out some paperwork. I came back next business day with a check and some cash and I was out the door. Hopefully they will work with me when I trade it in for a new one. Thanks again
