Premier Outdoor USA is the only seller of spas between Daytona and Jacksonville that seems to have an inventory onsite. No need to wait 9 months for your delivery! We got ours the next day and we live 50 miles south of Jacksonville. You won’t be disappointed.

Did not give us all items that were discussed and in writing when we bought hot tub. Have not responded to phone calls and emails lately. They do not follow through on what they promised. I would not purchase items here. Read all the reviews first. Wish I would have before we bought. They ask you to post review before you leave the store and give gifts for reviews.Update- they finally sent us two items they owed us. Talked with a different person who was very accommodating.

Bought a hot tub and covana motorized hot tub cover from Premier Outdoors at the Home and Patio show in Jacksonville 2021.They delivered & set up my spa and assembled the hot tub cover but will not plug it in and show me that it works ..Contacted owner Mr Shaun Jackrel and was basically told everything they set up needs to be on a concrete slab....He told me I need to unhook everything move spa, pour a slab and they would come hook it back up for me... Gee thanks.. Would have been really nice if someone would have told me this before install...Does this sound like they care about their customers.I paid for EVERYTHING at show...Got his money now its my problem... Beware of this business and shady practices......

This store is one of a kind for sure! Super Cool! You have to see it, all the video screens, tiki bars, frozen drinks, motorcycles, UTVS, E-bikes, spas, outdoor kitchens... I spent way too much time and money there, but I highly recommend it, bring your own rum tho for the virgin strawberry daiquiris, delicious, like Im back at Islamorada...lol
