This Rent one Location is one of the best! This store and attendants are like family. When I enter Im greeted by name. Todays experience was nothing shorter than great. I ended up getting exactly what I was going to Harbour Freights to purchase plus got much more in the transaction. My hats off to the entire staff there because I never feel any pressure sales from any of them. They walk through the store with me just casually chatting and let me find exactly what I need.

They have always been very helpful! I have bought 2 different furniture sets from rent one. They sell quality! My first set was still in great condition when I decided I wanted a change. If they dont have it in their store or a neighboring store, they will order it for you!!!

My mother got behind on a rental agreement with them while she was sick. Over the course of time, the phone calls she received were never rude or hateful. They never showed up late in the evening banging on the door. They did their best to work with her, until they needed to pick up the items. Even at that point, they were still polite and respectful. Which is not the norm for rent to own companies. I just wanted to share our experience and give them the rating they deserve. We will definitely refer people to them, and hopefully do business again in the future! Good job Lucious and crew at the Jacksonville store!!!

Since the change from easy home to rent one it has been down hill. Poor customer service products don’t last ive been through 4 tv that don’t last more than a year . I feel like they owe me a free tv! BRING BACK EASY HOME!
