Amazing marketing rate maze. Very thought out plan, almost a tourist attraction to shop. And by the way very interesting products with a modern, european twist. Excellent shopping, good quality, very good pricing structure. A must when setting up a new place.

I CANTA IKEA EVER AGAINThe absolute worst buying experience I have experienced. They have the most difficult policies. Tried to buy a shelf kit only to get half of the parts. Web site shows in stock but cant order online so go to the store, told cant find product. After a couple of weeks trying still in stock cant buy on line so back to the store. Finally get a person to confirm and actually correct the status. so now I go to the website to get on the wait list to be notified when product is in. next day get email in stock. go to store nope still no shelf. still says in stock. by the way its all ways 6 in stock in the beginning and later.... So 3 weeks later theres 50 in stock. still cant order on-line so off to the store again its there, i purchase start assembly find the leg kit missing cross brace. since it was bought at the store... have to go to the store again they cant send it to me. Im forced to make my own brace wont be going to that store or web site ever again. should have bought from one of the big box or amazon stores

I love going to IKEA. This store huge and you can spend a large part of the day in it. It’s filled with things you can buy and ideas for your home. I like seeing the little rooms they have put together. Really helps me get good ideas for my own home. Also, the have a ton of unique and innovated things you can buy here. Everything is exclusive to IKEA so you won’t find anything to be the same as another store.

This place is FABULOUS, my first visit with Hubbie today 08/0702021. So much to choose from I was at Aww to say the least, and its not expensive at all for these times. I loved everything I set my eyes onand will definitely will make this my home improvement store next to Lowes. The only bad thing I can say about my visit is that I came with my husband who was not a fan of me buying more items.... Fudge

I have not traversed IKEA very much. They had a mattress I was interested in buying, and the website said it was in stock. Got in, found the bedroom section without asking anyone, tested the display mattress, got the location of where I could pick up a mattress to buy....it was all surprisingly easy.

I bought Brimnes bed frame and months later, its all messed up. Not a reliable one, thin and very much to break. I called customer service to see if they can do anything about, I told her about what happened to the bed frame and she recommended me pay $$. It wasnt that much to pay but to repair it with just a flat wood woudnt make it better. She was rudely said “Because this, you damaged the frame… NO NO NO, because you took it apart, you DAMAGED the frame!”FIRST OF ALL I DIDNT TAKE ANYTHING APART!I always buy my furniture and more stuff here but it will be the last one. Wont buy anymore.Picture is main issue but the bottom frame was all messed up, not even a year for almost $300🤦‍♀️

Always a fun trip with my daughter to the Jacksonville KEA - went for a platform bed, mattress and napkins and enjoyed a great lunch in the meantime. The store is always buzzing with activity and we have found during the week is so much more enjoyable and less hectic than the weekends. While shopping, make sure to enjoy one of the many delicious meals from the cafeteria, like the pulled pork sandwich with the best Mac and Cheese. You won’t be disappointed!!!

This Ikea location (franchise) is the most disorganized that I have seen and visited. The exit signals were a labyrinth and you can easily get lost between rooms. Lots of sample merchandise on the shelves were messed up and without prices. When it was the time to pick up the boxes (self service) for my selected items, I practically cried from frustration. I left without even trying to figure out that mess, after almost an hour of trying to find my items.. Help was scarce around the store. It was a Saturday and it was not that busy. Things have to be better organized asap.

Just wanted to shout out Rich/ Richard for helping my boyfriend and I today. We purchased our first large piece of furniture together and Rich made the experience a lot less stressful for us. From explaining the set up to physically helping us move the boxes, Rich was kind and super on top of it. Thank you Rich you made our day so much easier !

This place is very efficient order online someone comes out to your car and load it with your purchase. Technology is the spearhead of this organization. They sell good hot dogs and a nice cafeteria. Not only can you tour to see nice furniture you can take a person out on a date if you are creative

First time Ive been to Ikea. They have a good display but figuring out how to get what you want was a bit confusing at first. My wife and I used the phone app to keep track of what we wanted. We picked out a few items and had to leave. We were going to order them on the phone while we were at our second stop for the day a flooring store because we saw the curb side pick up that how we thought the process was but when we went back we saw the checkout registers and figured we would talk to them and thats when we saw the Warehouse. We were able to pick out one of the items and out it on a cart but the other had to be selected by an employee. We were handed a voucher so we could pay for the item at the register.After we got home it was time to assemble the book case we picked out. I was expecting Walmart quality but at first glance the fiber its made out of was denser and seem to be stiffer. Assembly was quick and I didnt need any tools.We will definitely shop here again.

What is there to say? Its IKEA. So much to see. But for me the real treat is walking thru the set up rooms. Seeing how they put together a room in various designs and styles. Kitchens. Living Rooms. Bedrooms. Dining Rooms. Plus you can outfit the entire house too. Rugs to china. Dont forget the food court for their famous meatballs and lingonberry sauce. For me IKEA is like going to a designer Disneyland. Its just fun.

Couches seem very low to the floor. Shelving and lighting department a good selection

We love Ikea, dont get me wrong. But no point in having one if they have all these things we want to buy out but they dont have any of them. We had a list of things we found.... they didnt have any of them. And one isnt even available that we really want except for Maryland, and we apparently cant get it delivered. Also the drinks need improvement in the eating area. The trash was super backed up for the extremely slow day we came on.

This was my first time here. I absolutely love the way they make the room so you can see how its going to turn out, they have so many options!!! They have a cafe and a cafeteria the food is wholesome and healthy. I get cold easily so those of you that get a chill easily in restaurants and whatnot this is definitely a place to take your sweater or jacket.

Weird place to go. Furniture looks cheap and couldnt find my way out when i was ready to go. Dont go if your claustrophobic

It has furniture staged for different room types, also a separate couch section and another whole section of warehouse. It also has a little food section for drinks n ice creams.

I just moved and I needed 2 dressers and a wardrobe and there was some many to choose from I loves it. Who doesnt like Ikea???

Normandi and Quinn were very kind and helpful! Quinn has helped us several times that weve been there. These kind of employees are the reason well keep shopping at Ikea.

I like how they have so much to see and how much they have in stock you dont have to order. Its definitely a good shopping experience and the walk around it is a decent workout in itself. You can find new furniture here for the same prices as the used places.

Not a big fan of Ikea right now. I live over an hours drive from the store. Part of my lighting is missing and has already been installed. All I need is a special bulb. They refuse to mail it, want me to drive two hours. Poor customer service if you ask me. Most places would send it to you instead of making you drive that far.

Theyre perpetually out of furniture, but maybe thats all IKEAs. I looked up an item that was supposed to be in stock in the warehouse, but when I go there it was missing. Maybe someone else grabbed it before me, but I just wish they had better stock of popular items in general. The customer service here is incredible, though, and made my visit ten times easier.

First time at IKEA. Was not disappointed. The showroom was fantastic and once we learned the layout, navigating throughout the store and finding the items that we wanted was easy peasy. Mask enforcement was a little lacking due to the store being crowded and not many sales people on the floor.

The store is awesome, they just never have anything in stock. Ive been 8+ times and when I go to the self service to get all the pieces at least 1/3 of what I need is out of stock. Today there was literally one of 15 items in stock.

They had what l needed for my other residence in Florida. Plus the matress is very very comfortable. I love IKEA. I got the Bamboo behind my fresh cut roses, white stand that the TV is on and the firm matress. The prices are fare. So, I was very very happy.

What is there to say that hasnt already been said. High value and creative furnishings with emphasis on great customer service. I enjoy the ability to order and pickup, but the longer demerit is not all items can be ordered for pickup.

I cant say enough great things about IKEA (the company) and the Jacksonville location. We have always had an amazing experience here. The staff is SUPER friendly and professional. The customer service desk is always accurate and very efficient. The food is always perfect. Inventory is always well stocked. It is never too crowded. Everyone is following COVID guidelines. And the furniture we assembled and installed just looks FAB! This is one store Jacksonville should be very proud of!

Incredible selection and designs. Modern architecture for your living space! Quite a maze as well, surprised it wasnt decked or for Halloween & no employees dressed up. What a shame. 🤙

Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for tasty Scandinavian style food experience. I did have to check 5 coffee cups before I found one that wasnt stained inside from someone elses previous coffee beverage. Flatware looked okay.

I went there with my daughters. I was surprised. Because when I first saw this place on tv when they did grand opening. Nothing seemed interesting. But when I went through the store, I changed my mind. I was there late didnt have much time to really see everything closely. But I did see and grabbed some candles and three small bowls.

Specifically visited for a late lunch and enjoyed a wonderful meal of coffee, pear soda, apple pie, Swedish meatballs and Veggie Balls with curry sauce. Honestly...the veggie version with the curry sauce was more flavorful and had a hint of spice. But everything was perfect and so reasonably priced.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. When I ordered furniture last fall, two employees helped me place the order and had it delivered straight to my front door. The store is always well stocked, clean, and easy to get through.

This place was a maze. I didnt think I was ever getting out. But good Lord, the prices....so cheap! And every damned thing was for sale🤣 the only drawback to the place was the cafeteria. Nice place, clean. But it smelled like dog food. I dunno what theyre cooking in there, but thats all I smelled until I got to coffee.The guy in the big black boots loves Ikea🥰

I came to IKEA to purchase some frames for posters that I own. I had purchased one before and had 2 more posters to frame and made the trip to pick up the others while I was in Jacksonville. I ended up purchasing a kitchen set for my granddaughter, 2 small bath rugs and several other items. The frames were difficult to find but I did finally locate them. I do like to shop at IKEA!

I was great. It was a little crowds which I dont mind. I normally work on the weekend so Im not use to the crowd. It good be among the people.

My wife went to IKEA for the Furniture and I went for the food. This was our first time at IKEA it was pretty interesting the layout was pretty neat it was like a maze but without getting lost. You go through each section of a home Weatherby living room bedroom kitchen and then once you’re past the marketplace/kitchen then you can shop for the items you previously looked at this was our first time again here and we had no clue what was going on and had to ask get the items we wanted. The food was pretty decent I got the pulled pork sandwich Swedish meatballs and mac & cheese and pulled pork sandwich was OK and chewy.

Very clean and welcoming. We were in a hurry for specific items and everyone was very helpful in getting to where we needed to go.That being said, we had a difficult time parking due to the size of our truck. I am a veteran, which I could not use the posted parking, and wife has a service dog, we had to park far away for the truck to fit properly, which required us to walk in the rain to get into the store.

Great store to get ideas for decorating and organization. Great prices on most things. Great kitchen gadget section.

Lots of cool stuff. Went there from Savannah GA for an open storage book shelf. Inventory is scarce. I even called twice before I went to see if they had it. It wasnt In Stock because it was missing a brace. Kind of a pain in that respect... But was able to figure out that I could get all the different pieces in the warehouse area. Just no brace. Had to go to home Depot and buy thick aluminum metal strips. I have to cut them and drill holes in them. Annoying but doable. They should have offered to mail them to me but they didnt. I tried to order the bookcase online but they were out of stock. And what was in stock was $220 SHIPPING!!!! It was probably a 3.5 star experience.

Its very well laid out with each area of the home represented. You can see and touch the products. Associate stations are in each area so you can interact with them plus place orders. They also have direction signs throughout the store so you dont get lost.One could spend hours and hours looking through it. The order pickup area is massive allowing you to back up to the dock for loading.They also have two restaurants just in case you get hungry while shopping.

Smaller than most IKEA stores Ive been to. This store is all on one level, but has all the departments of other IKEA stores,inncluding a cafe. Also has a small area to buy Swedish candy and foods. Its clean and the manager is nice!

I still have blisters under my feet...from walking inside this place. Is tooo big...and i didnt had my tenis shoes on...it is nice place and you can furnished your entire home from what they have there...and the prices are good.

Always LOVE getting LOST in the IKEA maze. As a husband, I usually just pop in one of the rooms and pick a couch or chair to sit on while my wife shops around. My favorite part is the middle since I finally know where I am and I can get some food and take my wife on a date that wont break the bank....unless she finds something to buy at the second part of the store which I will undoubtingly have to put together as soon as we get home.But putting all that aside, Ikea is a great store and always look forward to going...Once or Twice a year.

It was My first time there and it was a new experience! I was helping my sister out and had not imagined All the items that they have! It was semi long visit but that also involved waiting 30 minutes for the Torrential Rain to Stop! Next time I intend to try out a snack or Two!

Absolutely terrible customer service in their returns department. Both the initial rep and manager were extremely rude. Sad part is my wife and I just bought a house and had been looking forward to this IKEA trip for months, waiting until I got my bonus. Instead of buying new patio furniture, daybed, home decor, and talking to them about my wife’s favorite kitchen…. We both walked out of there vowing to never shop there again.

Love coming here and looking around. Havent had the food in over a year so I cant give an honest opinion on that. But their products are cheaper than other places and the store is clean.

Store was great. Store currently is out of many items. If you cant pick up item as you go through the store, do not expect it to be in stock on warehouse shelfs.

Nice place for medium to low quality furniture and decorative items with that occasional good or great item at a descent price. Would be nicer if they adapted to location they are serving instead of pushing small European style housing designs on an area where our homes are on the average 5 to 6 times larger. That area of the store could be used for better purposes.

Not too sure what the hype is all about? Overpriced furniture for the quality and only a few good deals throughout the store. And the food court is nothing to write home about... Meatballs are hardly edible :-(

We enjoy shopping Ikea, however, assembling even a small patio food cart is another story of sheer frustration. One must have hands of one of Santas elves and patience of a monk to insert those very tiny screws into place.Never again.

I love this Ikea!

Normally would be a 5 star but they are literally out of everything. Even if the tags dont say out of stock you spen an additional hour or more in the warehouse area and either what you ant is actually out of stock or in the wrong place. Only 1 out of multiple items were in the aisle or bin stated on the tags.

Once things start looking familiar youre half way through! Just keep going and youll find the exit. Very clean store. Disinfectant wipes scattered around for your use. Unless youre buying a plant dont drive your civic. Youll need the SUV at least. Ill be back.

Amazing!! Definitely exceeded my expectations. The show room is beautiful, so much pretty to look at. I attached a couple of pictures. The prices are very reasonable as well. If you havent been, go! Even if you dont buy anything its an awesome adventure just walking around looking. Theres even a little play room for the kids, I didnt look into that much because I didnt have my son with me. This place has everything to deck your place out if your looking to furnish a room. Like I said, if you havent already, check it out you wont be disappointed. Just make sure you have plenty of time to waste because youre going to be in there a while!! So much to look at!

IKEA is always a great place to go to for anything Home related. From furniture to decorations it literally has everything. Even when you think the prices are expensive when you look elsewhere they are actually pretty good. If youve never been I do suggest you go, even if you dont need anything home related. It has a cafeteria and you definitely work up an appetite by the time you get there. IKEA is an experience worth having.

Tremendous amount of items that seem to be of moderate quality. The flow of the store is particularly irritating using a managed traffic pattern that requires shoppers view items they have no interest in to reach the department they seek.

IKEA a store known for their Swedish meatballs as well as their affordable but modern do it yourself decor, furniture, and rooms is a store many have come to expect as a go to. This location in particular does not disappoint as it features many of the same amenities you see in other IKEAs! The location for this IKEA is also great with it being right off gate pkwy by I-295. The accessibility by Jacksonville residents is absolutely superb!!

Well we know everyone is struggling with employees/covid, I was bothered by the fact that while they had people at death setting up new accounts and big orders throughout....... There was very little hands on deck people around too ask questions about or get directions etc. I do want to compliment this amazing guy who was over hanging a display that had buckets and we talked a little bit about retail which I had told him I had worked in for 40 years. He was very engaging and friendly. However when I checked out at the front the person that stood there didnt offer to help bag or anything. She was very rude and had an attitude in her voice. At the time that I started in the line there was no one there and she saw me with all of the stuff in the cart and I had bought two blue bags to put them in you would think that she would at least try to offer to help to do that. Maybe I have high expectations even through a checkout like that but I wont go through that section again Ill just go and wait in line where I know somebody might actually care.

It’s a great place to shop on a weekday. No a lot of crowds.

This place is neat!!! Ideas for your house all over the place and the prices on most items seem very reasonable. The things I bought have nice quality and was easy to put together with the Allen wrench that comes with it. You got to see this place to believe how big of a store it is and what you can get for your money.

Much nicer ikea during the week day. Was here on Saturday three weeks go and the store was mess. Nothing was organized and they were sold out of everything we came for. Three weeks later they finally got the couch in. Thankfully I looked online every day. They didn’t even notify us that the couch was available till three hours after we had bought it online to pick up

Purchasing mirrors, drove all the way from Orlando for specific model, website informed us that item was in stock, arrived, needed 3 only 2 on the shelf.There was 3 pallets in 13 in each in over head storage, but customer service states that they cannot take it down until after hours, but I did have the option to purchase online and ready to pick up between 4-6pm and there was a forklift taking items down on other aisles. Hence it is 2:45pmWhat a joke never ever setting my foot here.

Ive been trying to order the Hovet Mirror from this location for months. They dont update there stock availability so when you call corporate you cant pre-order popular items! Ive been tracking shipping for months and they never post the actual arrival so you end up missing out certain items. Its terrible business would not recommend this location because something fishy is going on.

Wanted to buy about $1500 worth of patio furniture, but the seat cushions were not available, and, after ten minutes in line a very curt sales associate offered no help and gave me a very efficient brush off. Zero customer service skills apparent.

Nice place to get furniture. They also have a good place where you can get pizza, ice cream, coffee and other cold beverages. Place is well organized. They have custom Room designs as well. Love it.

And chicken. You could be adventurous and try the fish but Swedish fish that arent red, green, yellow or orange? I would use caution... And the furniture is off the chain? See it here, pick it up there, schlep it home and destroy some poor son of a bitchs weekend putting it all together.. They have it all. And the bathrooms are sparkling with weird gadgets. Come here. Okay, so Ill get some flack for writing this, but I cannot take it anymore. Ive been nice. Ive been accommodating. Ive bit my tongue to the point it is scarred. Im done.If the mask you are wearing is truly effective, then I dont require one. Ill say it again, if YOUR mask is effective, then I dont need one. If you doubt that, then your mask isnt doing you any good. The only reason for me to wear a mask is if Im the one thats sick or at high risk. If the double filter of a second mask in the room makes you more comfortable, then by all means YOU wear TWO masks.I can sneeze into my hands repeatedly while in my car, but you dont have a visible clue that Im spreading germs all over the store, touching many of the same items youre going to be touching later. But that mask; it separates the US from the THEM.If anything were to be mandatory, it should be gloves. And only people at high risk should be wearing masks so that the rest of us can give them the space, recognition, and consideration they require.The last two times Ive been in this store, two different employees have been insistent to the point of rudeness that I wear a mask. Never mind there are small children on the floor, people sitting on couches, or laying on the beds.... that magical mask is impregnated with hope and fairy dusk to protect you like the princess you are.
