We bought a “scratch/dent”, new, LG washer dryer set. Customer service was excellent: talk to Juan. Do your research before you go, and pick from their inventory. Same or next day delivery and installation of the items you choose on the floor. At a time when no big box stores have any inventory for weeks, Angel came through!

My wife and I bought a washer and dryer 10/23, they delivered 10/24. They called at 12:04 which we were told they would call have after 12. The gentlemen said he would be there in 25 minutes. They arrived at 12:26 and were done at 12:44. They are quick pleasant and didnt make a mess.

I was sold a recalled washer machine in March. When I called and asked about it, the lady that answered the phone rudely yelled over me, interrupted me when I talked, and just kept saying over and over that they werent scamming me. I tried to have a mature professional conversation, but she wasnt having it. I was told the owner was going to call me. That was 2 weeks ago...no call. Once the warranty is up (which is only 90 days), they could care less about their customers! If this washer causes any kind of damage to my home or property, Im coming after Angel!

I bought a fridge four years ago and it stopped working a few days ago so they came to my house and fixed it and it’s been working great so far They also have washers dryers stoves microwave freezers and etc I recommend this place

Very good service & great experience. The people are very friendly & helpful. I got same day deliver within hours of buying my set. It’s very easy to set up the 90 day financing with 0% interest. I love my set & excited to use it. Barely used & looks basically new for a fraction of the cost. I saw a lot of really nice washer dryer sets under $1000. I’d definitely recommend over any chain appliance store

If i could give 0 stars i would because i spoke with the manager of this store to schedule a repair appointmemt for my washer and dryer and they missed the appointment. They went in to the office the following morning and didnt even give me a courtesy call to reschedule appointment after telling me ALL day he was coming. She then advised the next appointment is 3 weeks out and i asked fir a small discount for my inconvenience and she refused and told me they had 1 repair tech as if that was my problem. Dont even spend your hard earned money with them! I wish i would have chosen a different appliance store.

Theyre the worse company that I have sent with. The representative that answers the phone is rude. Her customer service skills are atrocious. One minute she is saying she is willing win you and then she is lying. They sold me a used washer. Im unable to go to the store to pick my Appliancesout so they though I wouldnt. Noticed. BUYER BEWARE: Bought a washer and dryer, as well as a stove and refrigerator from here. They loaded them on a trailer for me and I moved them to my new house out of state. The stove and fridge were fine, but neither the washer or dryer were working properly. I called the owner and he said since I lived out of town, he would order the parts and have them shipped to me to fix it. I agreed. Two weeks go by and no parts, so I reached out to him again. He says the parts were on “back order”, so he will mail me a check for $200 to “make it right”. That was a month ago and I’ve not received anything from this guy, and now he won’t answer my calls or respond to my texts. Again, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

We stopped in to check for a washer and dryer for our daughter who just bought a condo. Deanna was the only one working the store. She did an excellent job managing all the customers so no one felt left out. She was extremely knowledgeable of. All the appliances and had a great personality. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I will be going back to get appliances from here and I hope Deanna is there again. We really enjoyed working with her. She is a tremendous asset to this place.

We bought appliances several months ago and we were impressed with the quality as well as the delivery and set up. So when we needed additional appliances, we decided to go back to Angel Appliances.We had the pleasure of being assisted by Deanna. We were very impressed that even though she was the only sales and office staff there, she spent time with us answering questions and helping us search out for just the right appliances. While she was helping us, she was also answering the phone and giving directions to the warehouse staff, always very polite and courteous to everyone. Deanna explained that she was new and was still learning, and when there was a question she couldnt answer she took the time to call the owner for information. Deanna is a wonderful asset to Angel Appliances. We look forward to continuing to purchasing appliances from Angel Appliances and receiving assistance by Deanna!

I called earlier today and was looking for a used dishwasher I asked what is the lowest price dishwasher he had he told me $85 and with delivery fee and set up the total price would be $170 so I was all excited I drive all the way across town over there only to realize that it was a lie every dishwasher they had was over $300 and they were all used

I give them 5 stars because I cant give them 50. We bought a washer and a dryer 3 and half years ago for a very good price and they still work excellent. We recently only had an issue with the washer but they fixed quickly and for a very cheap price. I purchased a washer & dryer from this place 3 years ago. The items were delivered and installed in my home by this company. They were fairly used, in great condition and are still working well. I will definitely purchase from here again.

They were about 3 hours late on delivery but I still give 5 stars because otherwise the service we got was awesome. Best pricing on washer/dryer set, and for a small fee they delivered and hooked everything up for us next day- very quick and professional too- and made sure everything worked before they left. If we ever need anything else I’ll be sure to go back to them first.

Rude lady when I told her I was in desperate need of a washer and dryer. She mumbled under her breath everybody needs something. Not at all professional. Very hot inside the store. I did not have that experience the first time I purchased there. Very disappointed. She also told me I might be better off to purchase new. I am not one to write reviews but by far the worst business to purchase from if I could give them zero stars I would. So terrible please do not waste your money I purchased a washer and dryer set from them In September 2020. The day of insulation they told me they would be at my home anywhere from 9am to 12pm theses people didn’t show up until 4pm no phone call no apology I had to call them to find out what was going on and the excuse the owner gave me is that they had to eat. As if they were minors. it takes you that long to eat. I reached out recently because I was having an issue with my dryer. His assistant who answers the phone is very rude doesn’t speak and understand English well. Their system of doing things is very strange I set up an appointment for a specific day and time no one informed me that they were going to call me to reconfirm what we already spoke about on the day of the appointment I wasn’t able to answer the call and so they moved my appointment from 10am to 4pm if you are someone who is big on time and customer service I advise you not to waste your time with this company I don’t even know how they are still in business with the awful customer service.

I bought a samsung washer and dryer 2 yrs ago and they delivered to my home and I was definitely satisfied with their service. The prices were reasonable and I had many to pick from.

This review is just on the customer service experience as I purchased a new stove and a used refrigerator and its just day one. But I want to say Isabella was so polite, and professional she answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful. The two young men that made the delivery I didnt get their names, but they were so thorough taking care with my floors. They worked so hard thank you guys so much.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM THIS BUSINESS.Yesterday a lady at their Powers location sold me a microwave and dishwasher. I paid for both and she told me that installation was included for the delivery fee. I told her multiple times that I needed delivery AND installation. Their deliverymen arrived on time, dropped off the items, & did not install the dishwasher. They said that was a separate service. Even though I shouldnt have had to, I told the men I would pay them extra to install it right now. They said no, that it was an extra service, & left.So, I called back up to the store right away and the lady that sold me the appliances apologized, said it was her fault & that she would ask her boss if they could either install it for free or for a discounted rated tomorrow. She said she would call me back this morning...I waited, and no call came, so I called up there again just now. This time a different lady was working. I explained everything to her and she yelled at me and told me it doesnt work like that. I told her she was being unprofessional, and that she should make this right. She called her boss while on the phone with me hearing the whole thing and he claims that the employee from yesterday never took accountability or even contacted him about my issue. The lady yelled at me and said I could pay extra for installation. I told her their employee yesterday promised installation and that they needed to make it right, SHE THEN HUNG UP ON ME.On top of that their warranty states that if you install an appliance from them yourself then the warranty is voided....how convenient. They are very unprofessional and essentially running scams... There is a reason why they have an F rating on the better business bureau website!!!

While at thee north side location I was greeted by diana who not only gave me good advice on a credit option she also directed me to their other store for a better selection.Im not sure because I didnt ask but Im sure she may work or gain by commission. Bought a used washing machine over the weekend and have used it all week. No problems so far. Nancy the salesperson was very nice and helpful. Delivery guy was on time and very knowledgeable about the machine. Glad I found them.

These ppl are the worse bew set didnt last 3 months had to order part the first week which he did refund amount of part but should have never had to order anything, this is 2nd set I brought home had to take first one back because it didnt work which was a 45 min drive from me so instead of driving second set back I just ordered part when the washer went out completely and the dryer belt slung off I called complaining and they pretended to not speak english. This place is a joke. Put me out a few hundred and gave me a huge headache. There still in my yard where I threw them if soneone wants them.

Im very disappointed with the customer service. My fiancee purchased a used dishwasher for us, and was told by an employee that she was paying for delivery and installation. Upon delivery, the driver told us that they dont do installation. The initial employee apologized on the phone and said the issue would be remedied at their expense. The next day we called back to follow up, and were verbally abused by a different employee. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business to anyone.

I bought a nice refrigerator today. delivery is tomorrow but staff was friendly and informative over the phone. patient when i got there. explained everything. financing very easy. no hassle.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! This was the absolute worst buying experience I’ve ever had. These people are horrible to deal with, rude and extremely unprofessional. Went in to buy a washer, we went back and forth on a price until agreed upon and when calling hours later to find out when the washer would be delivered we were told they priced the unit wrong and wouldn’t budge on the price or delivery trying to charge over $200 more! They spoke to us as if we were the ones who had something wrong. Their customer service is the absolute worst ! Never will I ever deal with these people again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to stay as far away as possible !

I purchased a used washer and dryer from Angels Appliances on October 24 2019 totaling $403.80 this includes tax and delivery fee. I was given a 60 day warranty on the machines. On December 22, 2019 the washer stopped working I called and they came out to fix the machine no problem and with out cost. On February 8, 2020 the washer broke down again, it appeared to be the same problem as before, when I called and asked to speak with the manager about fixing the problem under the warranty because it was yet again the same problem I was told he would call me on Monday and we would talk through it. Instead I get a call from someone who only identifies himself as the mechanic asking me to send pictures of the washer and that he would come out to fix it that afternoon. I said that would be wonderful and asked for free? His response was I would have to pay $79.00 labor cost to fix it the machine. I told him that it is the same problem he previously fixed not 2 months ago and that I would not pay money for an issue that was supposed to be fixed then. I called the office and spoke with one of the ladies there and said I need to speak with he manager that is when she informed me that was who I was texting. He got mad after I called the office, He then stopped texting with me. Every time I called the office to speak with him he was gone and I was told I would be called back with a resolution and I got nothing in return. I finally asked on the 5th day of calling the office to please just come look at it let me know if its the same issue, if it is fix it, if its a different issue Ill pay to fix it. I have yet to get a response, I am left with a washer full of water that is growing mildew. I have to go spend money on another machine, money I didnt really have in the first place and am now out the money I gave to them for the Washer.Then please explain to me why your owner texted this to me (see text below)telling me he would pay for the part and I would have to pay for labor. $79 the washer was $162.

If you want fair and honest dealings on used appliances then this is my choice for my rental properties also does some repairs.i wrote this two weeks ago now must change since they failed to fix unit and forced many calls and text email etc to get any response. They refuse to do work when all I ask is warranty for what is fixed.Tom I tested washer myself it does not work.

Very friendly. My mother told me I didnt need to measure that I had a standard size fridge but I didnt thankfully they caught it before coming up to the second floor . I was able to pick something out that same day and they delivered it.

My fridge broke 2 months after I bought it, I’ve bought multiple appliances from this place and when I needed help they were no where to be found, the owner told me he would help but never got back to me, I am in need of a few other appliances but I will be taking my business Elsewhere.

I bought a washer and dryer set from them a few months ago but as soon as our warranty was up the washer broke. When I went to use it the button fell off and I discovered the button was held on by zip ties. He took the cover off the panel with the buttons and low and behold more zip ties.Will not do business with them again.
