The customer service in this company is lacking. I was told i would relieve my order within a 2-3 week turn around time and received it almost a full 8 weeks later with no explanation and no effort to reach out to me to inform me that my order was behind, and to add my hand prints had spots on them that apparently is “normal” in the process However none of the photos they have posted have prints with spots. After reaching out to the store where i placed my order (the middle man in all of this) who also was receiving several different answers as well, i finally reached out to them personally, with short and sarcastic replies in return. I feel for the amount of money i have spent i expect top notch communication and customer service and that is just not the case of this company. Extremely disappointed with my experience.
