They never have what im looking for and when they DO its so expensive I cant buy it.

Less sales and coupons same high prices. Cant blame the local store for what corporate is doing though. This store is well kept, employees are always cheerful and helpful.

We got exactly what we were looking for. Not 5 stars because my daughter had her service dog with her and the lady at the cutting desk came out from behind the desk moving to talk to and pet the dog. My daughter told her please dont pet and talk to him hes working. The woman went back behind the cutting desk. She cut what we wanted of the fabrics but wasnt as friendly as she had been before.

The store was clean. They had really nice selections for some stuff and not so much for others. The sections themselves seemed pretty well organized. However, they had baskets and shelves randomly placed in the middle of isles and sections displaying things that didnt quite make sense with their surroundings.They also have a very dark store entrance. The lighting right outside the doors and where the carts are is erie and unwelcoming. We almost didnt stop because it looked closed. They could also use some parking lot lighting.

Fabric makes me happy, but I wish the building owner would make the needed roof repairs.

Always love shopping at JoAnns. This store is clean and well organized. I have shopped at other branches but love this one for friendliness. This was especially important trip as I have moved to Florida. This trip was with my daughter and granddaughter. This was my granddaughters first time of really enjoying shopping with the girls. I have taken her here as a baby. We could spend hours shopping. The staff makes you feel at home. For a tired 9month old at the time. It was a welcome relief. To not feel rushed when completed the day. This was a shorter trip but not because we were not made to feel welcome back. But a daughter that teaches middle schoolers had found just what she was looking for to welcome them back to in school learning. Its not just a fabric or sewing machine store any more. That is just a small part of it. Numerous hobbies are stocked here. If you want to just try a new one there are classes for beginners as well as advanced students. This trip our daughter and granddaughter opened us up to painting and drawing. A wide variety of materials present. We will be coming back again. Staff were wearing mask. And there are numerous hand sanitizer stations.

Very helpful staff and had exactly what I needed.

They have a really great group of employees from what i can tell. Whenever I go there, i feel welcomed without words and helped without being badgered and interrogated like other craft stores. For someone with anxiety and a lot of creativity, i really appreciated my experience there. People my age (22-30) were especially great to see, and i felt at home which makes me spend waaaaay more lol. Great job, Jackson. What a gem. 💎

I can find what I need easily and quickly. The employees are helpful and friendly.

Great place to get everything from yard fabric to lawn ornaments to painting supplies. They also have lots of sales going usually, and if you know when to look you can get things you need for low prices. They also have events and classes and things running often, so check those out to see if youd like something to do or need activities for a young one. Staff is always helpful and polite, and the stock is big without making the store feel crowded.As an added benefit the bathrooms do have changing tables, so dont worry about coming here with a baby that might need changed.

They discontinued wedding items. That was the reason we went there. To purchase decorative items for a wedding.

Always a great pla e go for all our crafting needs..great selection, even after Christmas! Super helpful staff, able to find all sorts for us. We will be there again!

The store is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. This Joanns offers sewing machine service and training classes for those interested in learning new skills, no matter what your previous experience is. They also offer kids craft sessions for free to the community. Not sure if those things are currently happening with Covid-19 restrictions. The stores fabric selection is massive and the order online service is very good, I tend to use it. They still offer curb side pickup also so, you can just pull up call and get your items brought out to you.

Joans is great! 90% of the time the employees are polite and helpful. (Ive only encountered one rude cashier at Joans in Jackson, we all have bad days)Its clean and always has good deals.

I love going here but the lines are always super long at check out. Like 8 times out of 10 I come in, get my stuff, and then have to wait 5-10 mins just to check out. They really need to hire more cashiers or get people more willing to help when the line is super long

I’m starting to be bothered by workers not taking the face mask rules seriously. As this pandemic continues and we are continually told to mask up, I don’t want to shop somewhere that doesn’t take the health and safety of its customers seriously.I snapped a pic when some workers backs were turned because it felt wrong to show their faces, but they were facing towards customers each time I walked by them.Ironically there was a sign reminding us to wear masks right next to them

I had the best experience, I was searching for a specific lace for my wedding and with only a week left. I called and spoke to Laurie and she went above and beyond to get me what I needed. I am a very satisfied customer and will be going back for all my crafting needs.

I do understand what is happening in the world today, and Im happy we can buy what we can, but by no means should it take 3 days to have someone bag up a few strings of beads, thats it. This is the second time Ive ordered curbside pickup and each time its 3 days to get 1 or 2 items together. M order by 3, pickup by 6. But I like Joanns better. 😶

It is a large store, but aisles are well labeled. They dont move stuff around so I know right where to go. Seasonal items are always at the front of the store. Raming is professionally done with many options. They have great coupons and deals... a good clearance section. Staff are readily available and have headsets for communication.

More so my fiancee loves the place. They always have what she needs when we go there and the staff is very helpful.

Pick up in store is great!

So few places left to get fabric any more. Of course this is more than a fabric store, decor and crafting items. Help can be hard to find at times but not an unpleasant experience. The quilting fabric has improved in quality if you are careful. Good sales and a good selection of sewing patterns.

Other than slow clerks great store

Yarn was picked over and didnt have color I need in stock. Did get a little bit of fabric for facemasks and was able to get the wooden crosses I wanted.

Cashier was absolutely rediculous. Plead ignorance to sales promotions, though once I got away from bliss, HA. I had an opportunity to correct a situation that should have been handled quite succinctly at the register, if it hadnt been for the immaturity of the young female cashier. So overall I had to endure nearly 45 minutes to get this ordeal resolved...Thus making my 83 yr mother wait in the car as I resolved the problem 😡.

I love Jo Ann, they have such a great selection of crafts and crafting supplies.
