I go to this Walmart on Highland to fill my mother meds, the ladies working the counter always have a smile for me. I appreciate this more than they will ever know. The pharmacist are helpful and make sure I know what to expect with my moms medications. They go above and beyond to provide great and friendly customer service.Thank you all

I didnt like that I had to climb shelves to get what I wanted but other than that it was great.

Great selection and a clean store. Guy in sporting goods helped me get help in automotive great customer service. I dropped my review from 5 to 3 because I took my mother there so she could get some items. I was grabbing a couple things and she went to checkout. She accidentally went to a card only machine and when she went and told the lady she was so rude, ignorant, and I will drive the extra 20 minutes each way to N Jackson from now on

I can generally find everything I need at a price thats competitive. There is an app that will tell me what aisle the item I need is on if I dont know.

Super busy very crowded I got everything I needed and I was out. Staff was very helpful.

Love that store to death only if they had more help around the store but you cant never get in and out of there at all wish they could do better on the checkout lines

Overcrowded and no help from workers finding products and they only had 1 electric wheelchair that was only on 6 percent charge. Wont be going back to this Walmart anytime soon

Restrooms looked like a sewage treatmant plant had came shopping. Rude, indifferent staff. Used to be the best Walmart in town- now in a steady decline. I have been the field ops manager /supervisor on several walmart remodels and I have never seen such a store wide decline in just 3 months

The clearance isle was small but customer service was great!

Very clean they mind their business😳 lol I put my whole dash back into my truck while waiting to meet someone and that took some hours and they said nothing so it was great! They have ok products and friendly ppl.

Grocery pick up needs improvement. I waited close to 30 minutes to pick up groceries, and other cars that pulled in 5 minutes after I did were taken care of before they got to me. Had they not already charged me for the groceries, I wouldve left.

Needed pet supplies. Walked in got my cart and went straight back to pet dept. Got my cart full then headed towards check out. No problems, easy shopping experience.no long lines . Polite employees.

I only do online pick-up orders here, so it was a fine experience! Curbside pick-up wait was short, employee was friendly and handled things well! Glad for the service without extra charge ($35+ order). They substituted one of my items so I knocked off a star…usually it means whoever picked my order didn’t take time to look hard enough…I’ve had fiends for in store and find their “out of stock” item on the shelf…🤷🏻‍♀️

Was a pretty good experience, got in and out pretty quick, everyone was very pleasant.

Everything but one thing was good,and the one thing was dog treats limited my furbaby loves vibrant life brand pigs in a blanket and not only Jackson walmart but Lexington to they are getting hard to find have seen similar comments on this as well have tried ordering on line but they only pick up at store .

I try not to shop there, if I ever seen a place so screwed up, I cant remember it. They move stuff around to much, make you hunt, of course its to keep you in the store longer. The automatic check out is good for me, but not everyone, I help an elderly man check out, I almost cried right there in the store. They need to remember, not everyone has an debit card.

Walmart has stipulated that, in CDC designated high-risk counties, employees must wear masks. CDC’s current definition of high risk is 100 cases per 100000 citizens or more. Madison county currently has 400 cases per 100000 citizens. Employees at this Walmart don’t wear their properly masks. Most customers don’t wear masks either despite the CDC recommending everyone (even the vaccinated) wear masks in public indoor places. This Walmart is not COVID safe. Babies and young children who have family members that go to this Walmart are at an elevated risk of contracting COVID through potential indirect exposure. You might order what you need from Amazon and have it delivered if COVID safety is imply you.

Store very clean. Great selection in the produce section. Ammo is always out of stock when you go in the sporting section. Where are the bolts of fabric? Associates are friendly when you can find one to assist you.

They had checkers at 4 of the 6 check out lanes. Self check.lanes were open too. Very nice employees.

Love Walmart but they just need better customer service

My husband and I live in Somerville but we drive all the way to Jackson to go to your store.you always have what we need your store is clean and the people there are so helpful. We live 25 miles from 4 walmarts in the other direction.meaning memphis.they are the absolute worse stores Ive ever been in we are so done with them. Thank you for your services

Wal Mart expects you to wait in line to check yourself out with no pay or discount. What is the purpose of all the other check out lanes when wal mart never uses them? Never buy a large grocery list. What a shame!

I wish they got a bigger variety in their shipments. Especially in the home and garden sections. This Walmart has good stock but it would be awesome if they could expand to be a bigger store that carried more.

Convenient clean knowledgeable employees great stock always has what I need and lots of times what I want.

Its walmart.... but this one is kind of different. It had cashiers but not much grocery product on shelves.

I have been to many walmart stores, and I have to say this one has been to BEST one I have went to. Every walmart employee I came across asked me if they could help me in anyway. I was shocked!!!! But in a good way.

This store practically has everything a person could think of and some. Online pick up and delivery is a complete game changer, especially since those with food stamps can also indulge in online shopping when getting groceries. The only thing is a lot of products in-store may not be available when shopping through the online app, which sucks when you want something you know is at the store.

Convenient shopping...HOWEVER... so very many self-check out machines, so many people checking out.. BUT! NOT ALL MACHINES TAKE CASH! Could Wal-Mart mark their cash only machines a little more evident? Leave cash only green flags and make card-machine blue, maybe? Or, as employee directs to an open machine, ask cash or card???

Great customer service. I found everything i needed for reasonable prices. Great bargains. My favorite store wally world!!!

I can pretty much find what I need. I dont really like grocery shopping. I going them to be higher than Kroger. I do hate that it always crowded when I go and for them to have so man registers the checkout lines are always long.......

Walmart is our home town store w love it but they need to have more cashiers especially on the weekends....

Tire and Lube are the worst ever! 2hrs 45min for 2 tires then the tech sent the truck out knowing it was making a noise it was not making before he beat on passenger side front lug nuts. We drove halfway through the parking lot, heard noise, and went straight back and the tech had already clocked out and left that quick. When the shop manager was asked how to file incident report Charlie responded with I dont know what to file. He also claimed that the front end was not rebuilt but have receipts and mechanic to prove Charlie spoke out of turn.... I will never use this location or recommend this location for anything automotive...

I always find what Im looking for and then some just wish they had actual registers open because I dont always have my card and need to pay cash and they hardly have any tills open that take cash anymore

Today wasnt many around I store shopping. Clean store and courteous employees.

I only go there when I have to. The prices have gone up so much I cant hardly afford anything there anymore. I buy most of my things at dollar tree or find things on sale.

Friendly people well stocked and clean. Prices real nice.

Ive mostly been using the pick up option the last year. Its great, very convenient to pick every thing I need (and not impulse buy), and not have to unload my kid.

Very busy and crowded. Store is well managed even with dealing with such a crowd. Parking lot was about full and could use more parking spaces.

It was cleaner than most wal marts.

Need more lines open & More customer service

Felt like the only 2 choices I had were to wait in line for 20 mins to check out or self checkout. I dont work at Walmart...its not like they give you a discount for doing it yourself. Also I am visually impaired and it is very stressful trying to do self checkout

Super friendly girl doing the grocery pickup! Absolute best service.

I had to find something to cook quick I had just got off from work & they didnt have any frozen bags of Pollock. Nor did they any bluejeans in Misses size 18.

Its about the first walmart so far that employee is in their assigned area, also havent seen any texting on their phones, great job gals and guys.

Some staff were great and was ready to answer any questions I had, but then the man by the fitting room was rude. He wouldnt let me finish what I was saying. He had an attitude when I said the sheets he said they dont carry toddler sheets.

I was able to find what I needed and saw were they are expanding food and clothing products. Used self check out and was able to check out quickly.

I did an online order, the pick up was as fast & as easy as could ask for.

They changed it around good

I got my oil changed and tire checked for object. Excellent customer service not a long wait!

This Walmart is my favorite to shop at because the employees are nice and it’s less crowded and it’s easier to get in and out of the parking lot than the one near Sam’s

3 went to 3 different Wal-Marts and still out of cold stones creamer for over 3 weeks its the big bottle next to the small one some times

Just a quick run in and out of this location as were headed back to Memphis after a long day of driving around checking out the area.Store had everything on our short list.

Be better if they actually had the stuff they said they did after taking three online orders and emailed after accepting my payment and wasnt able to fill my order none of the time. Disappointed

I checked online and this location had canning lids in stock. After driving 67 miles to get there, when I picked up my online order, they were out of stock.

Not enforcing the mask mandate. It seemed like customers who were not wearing masks were trying to get as close as possible to the rest of us. I intentionally shop at places that require masks, to keep me and my wife safe. Impossible at this Walmart.

Screw Walmart. I only went for bird food. Thats the only reason I ever go there.

Its a WalmartAs far as Walmarts go, it meets expectations, you know going in there will be a long wait.

They need more cashiers and the employees need a little more friendly faces. Some of them walk around like they are not ready to help anyone and if they do help you its like pulling teeth.

Has everything you need in one store

Im not the biggest wallyworld fan but if I have to go id walk to the south location before I drove to the north location. Cleaner, better organized. Just a better experience every time. Good job guys.
